I have had Go Forth for 10 years and give 5 starts over those years. Back in Spring 25' I found out about a merger/ownership change when a different technician arrived at my house. Proper business practice in this day is a letter to its customers notifying them of the change. Since this time, no one answers the phone, when answered get put on hold or answering service, bills are sent for services not received or scheduled, and then notices for collections are sent for bills not paid on services not received. Services are scheduled then find out that the person on the phone did not actually schedule the service. From 5 stars to 0 starts but had to give 1. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beth Masters give 4 stars but that reflects technicians, which I agree with but also speakers on the same issues of customer service. read more

Go elsewhere for your pest control needs! Would not recommend them at all. We moved into a new home in May of this year. We also started our service with them in May of this year. I've had to call them back out 4 more times since then. It's only June! While we have seen less bugs, they're not getting rid of them completely. I thought that was the whole point of having pest control? To not have bugs?? I get charged monthly only for them to come out bi monthly unless I call them like I have been for the last 4 weeks. And I'm stuck in a contract I can't get out of until next year! What they use is not pet friendly as they state. I let whatever they use dry before I release my animals after the home has been sprayed and all my animals get sick the following day after Go Forth has been out here. Don't be fooled. This company will charge you for a year long contract that cannot be broken. If you break it, they'll just charge you the full buyout amount minus $25. Whatever they tell you as their cancellation policy, it's not true. They will not even cancel you ahead of time--you HAVE to call after your year is up or they'll just keep billing you. Never again. The people who come out are nice enough but the company policy is to essentially scam you into a contract. Do month to month at most. read more

I hired go-forth to handle cockroaches and ants. the cockroaches they handled fine and I had asked them to make sure to spray around my air conditioner externally because ants had gotten into it and shorted out the relay. I was on the $60 a month plan. starting this year they stopper calling or texting to let me know it was scheduled. I'm disabled and have to make sure I was available. for most of the visits they only sprayed the outside. Thry said their new system was having problems so they were scheduling my services on a specific date. last week my air conditioner broke yet again because once again ants got inti the relay the same way they did before and I had to have it repaired at my expender. When the technician called and I told him he told me they could put me on a less expensive plan. I called to cancel and explained why they just said "Fine we will cancel your service " no apology or refund for the service they obviously never did. And my service summary specifically said they were spraying outside and inside with pesticides for ants. I'll never use them again after spending so much and the terrible service i received. read more

There is a rental property behind our home that apparently has started using Go-Forth Pest Control. I got the name from the company vehicle that the employee was driving. We do not use chemicals on our lawn and gardens. We also grow fruits and veggies for our own use. We have signs on our chain link fence that is on our side of the property line, with a sign that clearly says DO NOT SPRAY, then another sign that explains that we are growing organically and care about beneficial insects. Unfortunately, at 1:05 pm on Feb 11, 2025, a Go-Forth Pest Control employee went along the back spraying a chemical fog! I opened our back door & told him that we do not want chemicals coming over here & all he did was wave & keep spraying. I'd never recommend a company that does not care about respecting the surrounding properties. Such a shame. read more

The technicians are nice, but did absolutely nothing in regards to my bug problem, actually got worse since they started coming. Also they never knocked on the door to let me know when they were there, I have no idea if they actually came to my house most of the time. Apparently their email system does not work, I have been trying to get a hold of them via email for a month. I never signed a contract and they still setup autopay. Beware of being lied to when they sell you a termite job. I felt lied to completely. The technician they sent to drill under my slab for termites asked where the infestation was, no diagram and not prepared. The sales guy said a Manager was going to do the drilling under the slab. I canceled the job. Felt lied to and felt that the technician was not prepared for a big job like that. read more

This review is not for the company, which sent an incompetent person to my home to take care of a wasp infestation which was three feet away from the area we showed him right on the back of the deck. This resulted in my husband taking a severe fall when later once again being attacked by a wasp). The company stonewalled me when I called to tell them what happened. This five star review, then, is for Mattie Chapman, who was the SINGLE individual at the company who treated me with kindness and respect. She is golden. If the rest of the company's employees had one tenth of her kindness, it would be a grand improvement. I will never hire this company again, but I will remember Mattie. She needs to be promoted and given a raise and then she needs to tell other people how to treat their customers. She was amazing! read more

Ok...I called these folks based on their reviews. I had a spider issue and needed someone to come out to spray. I spoke to Lydia this past Monday the 18th to have her to explain all the plans and contracts in which she did so and stated if we signed we had 3 days to cancel the contract. She then explained we would pay the tech when he arrived on Friday the 22nd. On Wednesday morning, I was charged for FULL services not rendered! I called and spoke to Lydia on Wednesday morning to find out what happened in which she did not apologize so I told her I wanted to not only cancel my appointment but to cancel the contract. She said that someone from corporate would be contacting me. I informed her that I emailed and texted the number explaining my reasons for canceling. She STILL did NOT offer any apologies or explanations as to why it happened! Luckily for me, I had a remedy for the spider issue, I got someone to take care of my pest issues for a fraction of the cost! The service doesn't get rid of everything. They do say they will come out for free if you still see things and spray. However, you basically have to call them back everyday and it becomes tedious and not worth the service. I canceled the service after being complacent and paying month after month. However, when I sent an email and called to cancel for months on end, they kept charging me and wouldn't cancel. It even got to the point where the technician showed up and I had to tell him to not do anything because I canceled. Then when I called the office, they refused to accept that I canceled despite me sending them text and email evidence. They refused to refund me the money they charged me after me canceling which amounted to $113. Yes, this company is so smug that they refused to give me back $113. All in all, bad product and even worse service. The technicians that come out are the only good thing about this company. read more

We needed to have 2 termite stakes reset because of some added patio area that we added to our existing one. I called them to have a tech come out and made the appointment. On the day they were to arrive I received a text with the time the tech would arrive. He arrived on time and reinstalled the stakes and even added one additional one. I always get good service from this company. They never leave a mess and the workmen are always pleasant.

1st appointment guy did a half ass job with spiders and cobwebs all over. They brought their manager over the following week to fix the problems. They came back in one month for another follow up appointment without any notification. Wife declined the service and they still charge for the service. Won't recommend anyone for their service Follow up: they offered a refund for the paid non service follow up date, in which I disputed with my credit card company about it. They spam called me multiple times per day, for consecutive 3-4 weeks, trying to get me to take off the negative review. I called them finally, and asked for Dawn. One of their staff, Sherryl, disconnected me and then called me back putting me on a recorded line WITHOUT PERMISSION. I'm convinced now that all the positive reviews for this company are fake reviews paid for by the company to generate trust and get people service. read more

Overall, great lawn work! Any complaints I had were addressed and remedied to my satisfaction. I used HomeAdvisor to find a company to assist with the health of my lawn. It (my lawn) was in bad shape, with weeds, bare spots, dead spots, and generally unhealthy grass. I chose their medium plan, which was pricey for the amount of time and material, but I needed professional help, so I budgeted the $$$. Initially, I had some concerns, but they were good to follow-up, listened to what I had to say, and scheduled a specialist to come back out. After the follow-up visit, everything looked great, and my lawn is back on track to adding to the value of my investment (home). Update: Skip a few months, my lawn has filled in nicely. There is a lot of new grass, weeds are almost completely gone, and my lawn looks greener and healthier than ever! read more

I had a relentless problem with little tiny ants..I couldn't leave pet food down, I had to place everything I purchased in ziplock bags..none of the treatments I used helped at all.. GO-FORTH was the best price I found, and the quickest response. Courtney treated the inside & outside of the house..she explained what she was doing as she went..she was friendly & pleasant, and great with my dog..she said to call if I saw anymore ants show up..the treatment worked!! It's obvious GoForth does not train its associates very well. Once again I called ahead and requested additional sticky traps and was handed only three. The technician did retrieve about seven more from her truck. I asked her if she had brought the pheromone traps for my pantry moth issue, as I had also requested in my call to your company two days ago. At first she told me the company didn't offer them any more-too expensive. I've been paying for them all along. Not believing me, she called and then verified that the company does offer them, but they don't keep them on the truck. I then called the office myself and politely asked why my request was not honored. I got no answer. After requesting to speak with a manager, I was on hold for about 5 minutes only to be told the manager was too busy and would have to call me back. As I was leaving my unit to go to an appointment, the technician was still parked in my lot and asked if I'd still like to speak with a supervisor. I spoke with Brad and relayed my questions to him. He said that they only change out the traps when they're full. I asked, "What constitutes 'full'" He said, "75% full." I asked him how the tech knew both traps weren't full when she didn't check the one in the bedroom. This isn't the first time I have got the run around from this company, but it most definitely will be the last. As a customer in good standing for the past six years, I see that they're interested only in getting money, not providing good customer service. This is the most abysmal service I've ever received. I will no longer trouble them with my requests, especially since they don't listen to them anyway. read more
