Adam Lineberry called courteously and arrived early. He was friendly and thorough. I would recommend him, and GoForth. This was in Asheboro, NC. I have been using Go-Forth for about 50 years, and have always been well satisfied. read more

I wish I'd read the reviews on YELP before I went to Google. Apparently they've changed ownership and things went downhill. I went by the excellent reviews on Google from years past when I decided to give them a call. When the technician came out to my house I noticed that he wasn't really dressed like a technician. He told me that he was the office manager so he doesn't normally come out. He was nice but he didn't know what he was doing. I have had my yard serviced for a year with another company so I have an idea of how and where they spray. It seemed like he was just pointing and spraying randomly. He couldn't specifically point out what areas he was planning on spraying as we walked through the yard. When I asked about specific areas he said that it was included. I did ask for him to come inside and spray for spiders and little things that get in and he did and I've seen several dead bugs since but whatever he sprayed outside did NOTHING for the mosquitos and fleas outside. My daughter and I continued to get ate up. I called to cancel after speaking with my husband. BEFORE signing up for services and signing the contract, I asked if the $49.99 initial service deal for the first month required me to sign up for a 12 month subscription....the sales rep said yes and I explained that I didn't want it because we don't need spraying during the cool winter months. The rep explained that I could pause it during those months and resume it once it warmed up. He said that they have several clients that do this. I thought this was GENIUS! I verified what I heard and went to speak with my husband. Of course we signed up. When I realized that we were still getting ate up a few weeks later, I called to cancel. The cancellation dept said that they do not pause services just because and that it's usually reserved for financial hardships and for a month or two max. She said she needed to have her manager go listen to the call and someone would give me a call back the next day. I went on a family vacation for a week in Florida. I received a call back the following week when we returned. They called back to say that they couldn't find the call where the rep told me that. Which I believe is very dishonest! I am stuck paying a $200 cancellation fee that they discounted to $150 because their sales rep was dishonest to get me to sign up for services. I'm sure if I don't pay, it will go to collections. PLEASE BEWARE! They are scamming folks. I'm not sure why they would risk ruining their reputation over $150-200. read more

I can't say yes or no about the company. I'm elderly and with a stranger in my kitchen [although he was nice] I got confused and I told him to cancel it before he left. When I went to email him the computer said there is no such email address. read more

Matt never mentioned a monthly fee when he gave me a quote for exterminating for termites. I agreed to a lump sum and he said he would send me a copy of the contract. This was in April and, despite multiple requests, I still haven't received a copy. I will definitely be canceling the contract whenever possible. read more

I would not recommend this company. After the first visit, I still had insects they were supposed to have gotten rid of and the technician was in the house for a max of 2 minutes and set up traps without any bait. I called and spoke to an AI bot less than a week later and they sent someone else out. He only sprayed in the kitchen and bathroom even though I said they will travel but no other rooms were sprayed. Third call also went to an AI bot within a week and they came out a third time. Truth is I have way more bugs now then when they started. Sure the flies are dying but the roaches are everywhere. Sent an email through company and I was texted, I think by the owner, saying someone else would be sent out and haven't heard from them since. They are supposed to come back every month and you have to pay a fee monthly but I am sorry if you came out 3 weeks in a row and the problem isn't fixed than I am done throwing my money away. Seems more like a scam to me. read more

Signed up with the service under the impression I was paying a flat discounted one time fee for spraying my house, turned out to be a year long contract for $50 a month to include a buyout rate for cancellation. I specifically asked if it was just the one time $100 for spraying that day and I was told yes. The spraying didn't prevent or reduce the number of bugs it seemed to actually make it worse. I called and everyone was very apologetic but doesn't change the fact that I wasted $250 dollars on something that didn't work. The company couldn't make any exceptions to offset the bad experience. read more

The technicians are always polite and thorough, no matter who it is or what problem we have!

Serviced house but for some reason did it want to come inside and just kept servicing outside. This was in bluff city tn

First visit- Doug Giles is my technician and I am highly impressed. I have used multiple pest services throughout my home ownership years and I have a feeling he will turn out to be the best! read more

I have had Go Forth for 10 years and give 5 starts over those years. Back in Spring 25' I found out about a merger/ownership change when a different technician arrived at my house. Proper business practice in this day is a letter to its customers notifying them of the change. Since this time, no one answers the phone, when answered get put on hold or answering service, bills are sent for services not received or scheduled, and then notices for collections are sent for bills not paid on services not received. Services are scheduled then find out that the person on the phone did not actually schedule the service. From 5 stars to 0 starts but had to give 1. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beth Masters give 4 stars but that reflects technicians, which I agree with but also speakers on the same issues of customer service. read more

Go elsewhere for your pest control needs! Would not recommend them at all. We moved into a new home in May of this year. We also started our service with them in May of this year. I've had to call them back out 4 more times since then. It's only June! While we have seen less bugs, they're not getting rid of them completely. I thought that was the whole point of having pest control? To not have bugs?? I get charged monthly only for them to come out bi monthly unless I call them like I have been for the last 4 weeks. And I'm stuck in a contract I can't get out of until next year! What they use is not pet friendly as they state. I let whatever they use dry before I release my animals after the home has been sprayed and all my animals get sick the following day after Go Forth has been out here. Not happy with this company at all! read more

I just started with Go Forth after not renewing my contract with my previous company. Doug provided excellent service. He was thorough and professional, even blowing leaves off of my deck and orch and around house so that he could be more efficient. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed! read more

Anthony was friendly and courteous. Did a thorough job and address all our issues. A+

HLBlack- Very unethical company, withdraws funds for service you never signed for. Just despicable and shad.

Taylor provided Excellent Customer Service! He provided the service requested and answered all of my questions. I recommend Go-Forth for keeping your home free of pests and termites! read more

Don't be fooled. This company will charge you for a year long contract that cannot be broken. If you break it, they'll just charge you the full buyout amount minus $25. Whatever they tell you as their cancellation policy, it's not true. They will not even cancel you ahead of time--you HAVE to call after your year is up or they'll just keep billing you. Never again. The people who come out are nice enough but the company policy is to essentially scam you into a contract. Do month to month at most. read more

Don't waste your money with this company . Very poor experience , unfortunately I had to give it one star to leave a review. Can't find any thing positive to say so best find a reputable business rather than using them. read more

I hired go-forth to handle cockroaches and ants. the cockroaches they handled fine and I had asked them to make sure to spray around my air conditioner externally because ants had gotten into it and shorted out the relay. I was on the $60 a month plan. starting this year they stopper calling or texting to let me know it was scheduled. I'm disabled and have to make sure I was available. for most of the visits they only sprayed the outside. Thry said their new system was having problems so they were scheduling my services on a specific date. last week my air conditioner broke yet again because once again ants got inti the relay the same way they did before and I had to have it repaired at my expender. When the technician called and I told him he told me they could put me on a less expensive plan. I called to cancel and explained why they just said "Fine we will cancel your service " no apology or refund for the service they obviously never did. And my service summary specifically said they were spraying outside and inside with pesticides for ants. I'll never use them again after spending so much and the terrible service i received. read more

Need to be more reliable and consistent with service. Takes the fee but have to chase for service. Cancelled with them.

The technicians are nice, but did absolutely nothing in regards to my bug problem, actually got worse since they started coming. Also they never knocked on the door to let me know when they were there, I have no idea if they actually came to my house most of the time. Apparently their email system does not work, I have been trying to get a hold of them via email for a month. I never signed a contract and they still setup autopay. Not a company I find trustworthy in the slightest. read more

Beware of being lied to when they sell you a termite job. I felt lied to completely. The technician they sent to drill under my slab for termites asked where the infestation was, no diagram and not prepared. The sales guy said a Manager was going to do the drilling under the slab. I canceled the job. Felt lied to and felt that the technician was not prepared for a big job like that. read more

There is a rental property behind our home that apparently has started using Go-Forth Pest Control. I got the name from the company vehicle that the employee was driving. We do not use chemicals on our lawn and gardens. We also grow fruits and veggies for our own use. We have signs on our chain link fence that is on our side of the property line, with a sign that clearly says DO NOT SPRAY, then another sign that explains that we are growing organically and care about beneficial insects. Unfortunately, at 1:05 pm on Feb 11, 2025, a Go-Forth Pest Control employee went along the back spraying a chemical fog! I opened our back door & told him that we do not want chemicals coming over here & all he did was wave & keep spraying. I'd never recommend a company that does not care about respecting the surrounding properties. Such a shame. read more

Ok...I called these folks based on their reviews. I had a spider issue and needed someone to come out to spray. I spoke to Lydia this past Monday the 18th to have her to explain all the plans and contracts in which she did so and stated if we signed we had 3 days to cancel the contract. She then explained we would pay the tech when he arrived on Friday the 22nd. On Wednesday morning, I was charged for FULL services not rendered! I called and spoke to Lydia on Wednesday morning to find out what happened in which she did not apologize so I told her I wanted to not only cancel my appointment but to cancel the contract. She said that someone from corporate would be contacting me. I informed her that I emailed and texted the number explaining my reasons for canceling. She STILL did NOT offer any apologies or explanations as to why it happened! Luckily for me, I had a remedy for the spider issue, I got someone to take care of my pest issues for a fraction of the cost! BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS for this company concerning multiple billing...THEY ARE TRUE! read more

I have left a positive review previously for Mr. Giles. Once again, he has impressed us with his friendliness and knowledge. Taylor called to notify me of his ETA. He arrived and let me know what he would be doing, and asked if I needed to add anything else. He went right to work and did everything on the list. He called to let me know he was finished. Taylor was courteous and friendly, and worked hard while he was here. I will definitely recommend Go-Forth, as well as Taylor's service, to friends and neighbors. They use competent workers and provide effective service for keeping my home free of pests! read more

First time Daniel has been in our home. He was quite cordial and a great listener as I shared what happened to cause fleas in our home; our beloved indoor pet had to be put to sleep 2 weeks ago. Go-Forth had sent out the contract, but Daniel shared addition information that was quite helpful. Daniel called to inform me when he had finished spraying so that I could return home in a timely manner. Thank you, Daniel!! read more

This review is not for the company, which sent an incompetent person to my home to take care of a wasp infestation which was three feet away from the area we showed him right on the back of the deck. This resulted in my husband taking a severe fall when later once again being attacked by a wasp). The company stonewalled me when I called to tell them what happened. This five star review, then, is for Mattie Chapman, who was the SINGLE individual at the company who treated me with kindness and respect. She is golden. If the rest of the company's employees had one tenth of her kindness, it would be a grand improvement. I will never hire this company again, but I will remember Mattie. She needs to be promoted and given a raise and then she needs to tell other people how to treat their customers. She was amazing! read more

The service doesn't get rid of everything. They do say they will come out for free if you still see things and spray. However, you basically have to call them back everyday and it becomes tedious and not worth the service. I canceled the service after being complacent and paying month after month. However, when I sent an email and called to cancel for months on end, they kept charging me and wouldn't cancel. It even got to the point where the technician showed up and I had to tell him to not do anything because I canceled. Then when I called the office, they refused to accept that I canceled despite me sending them text and email evidence. They refused to refund me the money they charged me after me canceling which amounted to $113. Yes, this company is so smug that they refused to give me back $113. All in all, bad product and even worse service. The technicians that come out are the only good thing about this company. read more

Daniel T. is one of the friendliest, professional persons I've worked with. I've worked with Go-Forth for many years now and have never experienced any issues. read more

We needed to have 2 termite stakes reset because of some added patio area that we added to our existing one. I called them to have a tech come out and made the appointment. I highly recommend GoForth for termite and pest control services. read more

Thank you for your excellent customer service! read more

I always get good service from this company. They never leave a mess and the workmen are always pleasant.

1st appointment guy did a half ass job with spiders and cobwebs all over. They brought their manager over the following week to fix the problems. They came back in one month for another follow up appointment without any notification. Wife declined the service and they still charge for the service. Won't recommend anyone for their service Follow up: they offered a refund for the paid non service follow up date, in which I disputed with my credit card company about it. They spam called me multiple times per day, for consecutive 3-4 weeks, trying to get me to take off the negative review. I called them finally, and asked for Dawn. One of their staff, Sherryl, disconnected me and then called me back putting me on a recorded line WITHOUT PERMISSION. I'm convinced now that all the positive reviews for this company are fake reviews paid for by the company to generate trust and get people service. read more

Overall, great lawn work! Any complaints I had were addressed and remedied to my satisfaction. I used HomeAdvisor to find a company to assist with the health of my lawn. It (my lawn) was in bad shape, with weeds, bare spots, dead spots, and generally unhealthy grass. I chose their medium plan, which was pricey for the amount of time and material, but I needed professional help, so I budgeted the $$$. Initially, I had some concerns, but they were good to follow-up, listened to what I had to say, and scheduled a specialist to come back out. After the follow-up visit, everything looked great, and my lawn is back on track to adding to the value of my investment (home). Update: Skip a few months, my lawn has filled in nicely. There is a lot of new grass, weeds are almost completely gone, and my lawn looks greener and healthier than ever! read more

Update: They replied 14 months later. Must be new management. Don't trust it. Original review: What a joke. Free estimates, nope, said it would be $200+ for inspection then only 12 month contract treatments after I paid for the estimate. I mentioned the free estimates, but of course my problem insect problem wasn't covered. Go with another company. read more
