I hired go-forth to handle cockroaches and ants. the cockroaches they handled fine and I had asked them to make sure to spray around my air conditioner externally because ants had gotten into it and shorted out the relay. I was on the $60 a month plan. starting this year they stopper calling or texting to let me know it was scheduled. I'm disabled and have to make sure I was available. for most of the visits they only sprayed the outside. Thry said their new system was having problems so they were scheduling my services on a specific date. last week my air conditioner broke yet again because once again ants got inti the relay the same way they did before and I had to have it repaired at my expender. When the technician called and I told him he told me they could put me on a less expensive plan. I called to cancel and explained why they just said "Fine we will cancel your service " no apology or refund for the service they obviously never did. And my service summary specifically said they were spraying outside and inside with pesticides for ants. I'll never use them again after spending so much and the terrible service i received. read more

We engaged Go-Forth Exterminators in Fall of 2023. we had a recurring problem with mice on our 14 acre, wooded lot! our experience has been astonishingly positive. Since our first appointment with a technician who listened to my fairly hysterical explanation of our problem, was responsive and kind and went to work assessing and addressing our particular situation we have seen no evidence of a mouse in the house at ALL! It's uncanny, but it's true! A plague of teeny ants was also addressed quickly and thoroughly and each technician who has arrived is , to a person, on time, kind, thorough and very professional. I have been a Go-forth customer for approximately 6 years and have been more than satisfied with their service. The first time I called, I was in near hysterics because I found evidence of a mouse! Go-forth was the first pest control company that assured me they would send a technician out that very day, not make me wait for days like the other companies I had called before calling them. Luke did an outstanding job this week helping us remove a family of squirrels that had taken up residence in our attic. He removed a total of eight squirrels! Luke was a total professional throughout the process. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and like I said he did an incredible job! Go-Forth Pest and Lawn I turned the heat up and reclined on my bed looking up to see ants swarming out a vent and dropping onto my bed. It was Friday afternoon. Called 3 people in panic and the 4th, Go-Forth Pest came in 20 minutes.
