Jesse and his colleagues came up with a detailed estimate for materials and labor and a timeline to "exclude" the bats humanely, as well as a quote for an alternative bat box to be installed on our property. Unfortunately, the vents and/or install were not up to standard for my home as the vents continuously fell out leaving my home exposed to pest/animals, etc. After an attempt by a Pest X technician to rectify the problem to no avail, I contacted the regional manager Chuck regarding my ongoing problem. Upon contact with Chuck, I immediately felt heard and confident that he would ensure that my problem was rectified. So much so that he (Chuck) made a personal visit to my home to assess the problem. Not only did Chuck send out technicians to rectify my problem with my vents, he sent out a team to reassess and address any pest issues that I may have incurred due to the problem with my vents. Based on my security feed, these tasks took several hours to complete.
