I was traveling on Wednesday but left the house prepared for the technician and a key for entry. They had my phone number if there were an issues, but none arose. Normally they ask for the home being empty for 6 hours. Since I was away, I'd be gone for 24 and let them know they could really blast the place. :) My technician was Tyler and he did great. When I returned, I ventilated the space and followed the after-care steps (mostly regular and routine vacuuming). It's now been a week since the treatment and, best I can tell, the fleas are gone. I don't think he liked it too much when I mentioned that because I felt he was giving me an attitude when he said "he has 400 other clients that have never complained or have issues with these flies or problems that I am mentioning." He mentioned he could come by or I could get somebody else. I felt like he was being rude like I was bothering him. I feel if you're gonna run a business by yourself and you take on all these clients,you need to be prepared to answer their texts in a timely manner and not act like they're bothering you.
