We went there once a couple of days after they opened. The Honolulu and Molakai chicken were alright. The huli huli chicken, rice, and Mac salad were not good at all. The veggies were cooked fine but very plain. We decided tonight to give them another chance. The first time we went into the restaurant. Tonight we used Uber eats. My son got a combo plate with pork that was very salty and molokai chicken, that turned was huli huli chicken. I had huli huli and Honolulu. My plate looked a mess and only had one serving of chicken, only tasted like huli huli. The rice was better today. We won't be back. read more

If you're looking for a really good quick meal, that will fill you up and actually taste good and the SERVICE is outstanding and the cleanliness is apparent... We just recently found this incredibly, authentic restaurant (about two weeks ago) and have already been there three times!!! OMG, I want to try EVERYTHING on the menu! They need a huge sampler plate (or I just need to go and eat for four hours so I can try everything!) So far we've only gone through the drive-thru for take out but one of these days I want to go and dine-in. I've had the kalua pig (twice), huli huli chicken and the Kilauea chicken. And the portions are very generous. I'm not a fan of macaroni salad but their mac salad is SO onolicious...I would actually buy this by the pound and eat it all by myself! Yes...it's that good!!! I tried the strawberry version of guri-guri and was ready to go back and get another one. Dad tried the pineapple but said he liked the strawberry the best. Hawaiian Bros is a step in the right direction for our little area of Hawaiian paradise in Tennessee! I would love for them to open up a second location in Soddy Daisy just so I could "run" there everyday! I will be going back and I'll get better pictures (without my thumb in the way...LoL) I'm so excited about Hawaiian Bros that I've been telling everyone about it. Really good food. Got a large two meat plate with Honolulu Chicken and their signature chicken. The HC was the winner. I did drive thru and it was fast and friendly. If you eat gluten free like me, this place is a slam dunk. Almost everything there is gluten free and it's healthy food. To recap: large portions of healthy, reasonably priced delicious food that is served quickly by friendly employees. I'm from Chicago but told my in laws about this place, raving about it. My MIL tried Hawaiian Bros when they first opened and didn't like it, the food was too salty. I had a ton of leftovers from lunch and convinced her to try mine and she LOVED it. Today was my second visit. The food is decent but slightly too salty in my opinion. Their spam musubi is quite small compared to other Hawaiian restaurants; they also wrap it in a plastic bag & seal it with a sticker so you end up squishing it trying to get it out. Using L&L Hawaiian Barbecue & Ono Hawaiian BBQ as my benchmark, this place is missing 2 signature Hawaiian dishes: Chicken Katsu & Loco Moco. I've been to several Hawaiian restaurants & this is on the only place I've seen not have those 2 dishes. It's like going to a Mexican restaurant that doesn't serve tacos; can you really be a Hawaiian restaurant without Chicken Katsu or Loco Moco? Much too carb heavy... Why would there be a side of rice when there is rice under the entree? Then a second side of macaroni salad, another starch. The entree was good, service was good.
