Located in Bay View Golf parking lot and they have a small parking lot right in front. Once facing bay view roundabout, they are on the left. They sell a large variety of sporting gear needed for many different sports including tackle football, softball, baseball, and more! Our mission was to shop for all things needed for tackle football. Upon walking in, we were asked if we needed help finding something. Immediate yes from this mom who has only a slight clue on what was needed lol. He was extremely helpful. My son tried on a few helmets and then he pumped air into his chosen helmet. This is something I did not know about. Next up was the shoulder pads, back plate, practice jersey and pants. The guy was very patient in getting my son into the right size. We went with the Riddell speed flex helmet and although it was pricey, I believe it was a good investment and the best idea to try it on in store even though it was a bit cheaper online. If you need the gear immediately, then this is a great shop and they are open on the weekends.

And we have a store here in Hawaii too--located along Ward Ave between Waimanu and Kawaiahao Street with plenty of unshaded parking. The inside is very open, clean, cool, and comfortable. Everything was quite organized and each section was spacious. The first time I came here I couldn't really understand how most of the clothes aren't even for Hawaii weather..... or Hawaii pockets.... unless you travel to many places to do winter sports and activities. Funny enough, I received a gift card for Pantagonia shortly after my first visit. Now that I need to actually buy something. I focused on the casual, running/training, ocean activity areas. Needless to say, everything was quite expensive in my opinion. The quality is there and the clothes do feel similar to other brands. Is it worth THAT much though? My co-worker says this place is like the Lululemon for outdoors. Sounds about right. Overall, this store was really nice, cool, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything really organized. It's quite niche. I guess if I need some ice climbing gear, I'll know where to go. Eventually I got a pair of shorts. Regular price is $135. Thankful for the gift card cause I'm not on THAT level...yet.

Selection was slightly bigger here if you were looking for location specific stuff (Honolulu and Hawaii merch). It's also much bigger as well. Staff was super friendly as far as giving us advice on on sizing and pull sizes in the back. We left with 5 or 6 more shirts from here so to us, it's definitely worth checking out if you're big on location specific stuff.

What is this place? Well, if you are into baseball or softball or maybe even pickleball, this is…read morethe place to get your gear. But there's more! there are batting cages that you can rent or have some hitting time. We usually come here for the boy to hit with Coach Jamie Ahu. Yeah, that Jamie Ahu from UH time. He has three teenage boys that are awesome baseball players. Anyway, the boy practices his hitting with Coach Jamie and most of the time, I am watching him hit. It gets really noisy in the batting cages. My watch tells me that it's too loud! There are screens up that would say where the ball potentially goes depending on how it is hit. It's pretty cool. Anyway, the batting cages make up a good portion of this space. The other portion is the store. The cashier is towards the back. Don't worry, they have to let you in if you are gonna buy something or even look around. I think the prices are fair. But I am not always buying pants, bats, or gloves. If you are a serious ball player, you must come here at least once to check this place out.

This store focuses on baseball equipment and apparel, including shoes, but also has a full indoor area for batting and pitching practice. They have a few dedicated stalls right outside up the ramp, ring bell to be let in. They have jerseys, cleats, gloves, belts, training gear, bats, balls, and anything else you could need. If they don't have the exact thing in stock, they can order it. The associate Ella working that day was very friendly and immediately helpful to find what I needed. I purchased shoes and a belt; they had just the sizes I needed and she was patient to help me find just the right things. I thought their prices were reasonable, plus it's great to support a local business over ordering online and potentially not getting what you need on time. I'd love to come back and check out the cages sometime soon. If you're a baseball fan or need equipment for school or community leagues, this is a great spot!

I was able to try on the pair, walk around in them, and learn more about their group from him. I really put it to the test today. My new shoes took me over 8,000 steps! This high cut protected my ankles and the wide front made it very comfortable with hiking socks. I really appreciated the sturdy sole because my shoes had fantastic grip on the slopes. At the end of the hike, I was totally safe. No slipping or sliding :) The best part about my purchase, this group plants a tree for every shoe sold! Thanks everyone, I'm loving my new kicks!

Climbing wall in back to try out climbing shoes. Like most small businesses on the island, they have very knowledgeable staff that help you with aloha. The best place for hiking shoes and climbing gear if you want to avoid the big brand stores at the mall. The gear is priced right and their exchange policy is very reasonable for a small business. You have 30 days and you can get something else. They cannot survive as a business if they allowed refunds because tourists would buy gear, go hike or climb with it during their visit, and returned it afterwards. That would be a rental business! That's not what this store is. Same neighborhood as Hi Climb gym too! So convenient. SHOP SMALL! SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES so they stay in business and the big companies don't have a monopoly limiting the customer's options.
