We checked out the location in Haleiwa and figured we might as well go to the one in the city as well since it was easier to get to for us. Selection was slightly bigger here if you were looking for location specific stuff (Honolulu and Hawaii merch). It's also much bigger as well. Staff was super friendly as far as giving us advice on on sizing and pull sizes in the back. We left with 5 or 6 more shirts from here so to us, it's definitely worth checking out if you're big on location specific stuff.

Really unique looking store, with a pretty good selection of normal day-to-day clothing, running, and winter gear. Staff is very friendly and pricing is the same. Worth a visit if you get a chance

If you are a fan of Patagonia, check out the location in Honolulu, HI next time you are there. Similar to other Patagonia stores, the prices are about the same. This location is spacious, offering parking out front in their parking lot. At this location, you will find Hawaii specific merchandise such as Pataloha. I do have feedback. I wish this store received more Pataloha merchandise. I feel like if they carried various Pataloha items, in different sizes, that it would draw in more customers and ultimately, more business. The employees took time to get to know customers which I liked. There were multiple times during my visit that several employees asked how I was doing and if I needed help finding anything. Check out this store if you can. It is big and offers special items you can only get there such as pataloha bags, headwear, shirts and sweatshirts.

Talk about moving mountains... Patagonia went from an insanely tiny shop only to be forced out by condo was a hilarious outcome considering they're here to represent exactly what its representation belief in the core of this amazing place. Relocating to the historic Dearborn Building (which I do remember they day it was the Universal Building) is the perfect fit for all as they reuse this glorious treasure keeping the views here stunning. Walking in and to finally see what they've done to the interior is not something we're used to see here in Hawai'i as it's so spacious!! As we're slowly getting eco friendly with recycling, eco bags and more Patagonia is so inspiring just stepping into the door. Walking in you see outerwear for everyone, along with some accessories, totes, books and snacks all in an environment with total belief or reuse and making items to last which makes reuse a lasting experience. With probably the largest lounge area I've ever seen one that's behind the cash wrap house a humbling information of their Environmental Grantees lists and even "Source" with hydropanels on the roof for renewable water is all new to me but was just so fascinating! Still in search for some outerwear I will definitely be back as being in a convenient yet busy area, once you enter here is like a slight escape to another comfort level. Thank you!

A cool store to check out even if you have no intention on buying anything. They have a cool free purified water system that makes water from the air using solar energy. Another area has free native Hawaiian seeds. The clothes are awesome. But sales are uncommon. I have a lot of Pategonia clothes over 20 years old and still good. I don't pay retail prices and I only buy Pategonia clothes when there are end of season sales online. I came here a few days before Xmas and there were no sales.

One star knocked off because they didn't have any sizes for the Hawaii exclusive merch :( very cute designs but there are not a variety of sizes. I really wanted a long sleeve or hoodie but they didn't have any left in any sizes - both Men and Women. They offer free Hawaii Patagonia stickers, but only one per person. Hawaii exclusive totes, tees, long sleeves, hoodies.

One of the biggest Patagonia stores I've ever stepped foot in. Love the open space floor plan. Especially in a historic building. Great selection of gear. Exclusive Pataloha merchandise - shirts, long sleeved shirts, tote bags, etc. Got lucky to stop by on a day where they just restocked. We had all sizes available. Staff said that it's hard for them to keep the shirts on the shelf, they always sell out. Pataloha shirts cost a little more than their regular shirts - ranging from $49 to $60. Always been a huge supporter of the brand & their mission. I loved visiting this location... we went twice in a week. Really helpful & friendly staff. Got some stickers with my purchase. Mahalo!

Enjoyed being in the Patagonia Honolulu store. It is huge with lots of great clothes and cute bags and shirts. Products are functional and durable, too. Many try-on rooms. Comfy seats to wait if your friend is trying something on like the pants or shorts. Large parking lot is outside of store. After store hours - sometimes there are special showings. I am here to see the concerns and conservation efforts of the snail in Hawaii. Some unique species are extinct due to the Jackson chameleon, cannibalistic wolf snail, the rat and humans.

Definite must. This is far different from your average Patagonia stores because this place has authentic PATALOHA shirts which you can ONLY get in Hawaii. Be the trend setter and get these shirts ($50)!! I brought some back to the mainland and people were amazed how coool these are and it just looks great too. Beware though! Sizes are limited especially men's larges and women's mediums as these fly off the shelves like no other. One of the workers wrote my information down and asked when I would be leaving the island in case any shipments come with the sizes but they hardly have it unless you live there. Again, definite must stop to get your unique PATALOHA gear. They also have hats and tote bags with that brand but the shirts are the way to go.

My wife and I were driving around downtown Honolulu and she began to panic. She has poop stage fright and we were about to drive back windward side. Then she remembered the luxurious Patagonia single stall bathroom. We parked easily in their spacious lot. I perused while she shat. We both bought quality items.

At the time of purchase the salesperson said TNF has a lifetime warranty on their product and I appreciated the heads up. I take good care of my jackets and today I wore it for protection from the heavy rain. When I got home I noticed the inside lining of the hood was peeling. Other than that the jacket was in mint condition. Non fading, no tears, all zippers were in good working order. Fortunately, I still had the receipt so I went to the TNF store at Ala Moana Shopping Center to see what can be done. Salesperson 969009 assisted me with my issue with the jacket and after answering a few questions he then inspected the jacket and agreed it was well taken care of and in good condition. I filled out a form and to my surprise I received a full refund in a gift card. Not prorated but a full refund! I immediately looked around the floor and found another light jacket to my liking and purchased it from the store. Just want to say the salesperson (unfortunately I didn't get his name) was very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. If I still worked as a store manager for Nordstrom I would have recruited him immediately.

I personally think it's the best entry level quality jacket. It's versatile and stylish. They also offer a lifetime warranty which I had to use once on my puffer. Luckily in Honolulu, The North Face store is in Ala Moana Center. It's very convenient and a short commute for most to check them out. The store is a good size with a decent amount of staff to help customers. Joyce is a model employee there and I hope management promotes her or gives her a raise! It's rare you'll need a puffer to wear in Hawaii but they do have rain jackets for local use. If they don't have the item, you can order through the store for free shipping. Good option to check out when you're in the market for jackets.

Their start was aimed at women yoga instructors and their fashionable and functional women's yoga pants are still a signature look at yoga classes. Today, Lululemon is an athletic apparel empire. The brand is not without controversy, starting with the founder, Chip Wilson. He stated in an interview about deliberate mockery of the multiple use of the letter "L" in Lululemon, to make it difficult for Japanese to pronounce. He also made critical and unappreciated remarks about women's bodies following criticism over Lululemon's unflattering and revealing sheer black women's yoga pants. And it continues with his criticism of the diversity and inclusion initiatives the company has emphasized after his departure. Nevertheless, I am a fan of the brand. Not everything fits me well but what does makes me happy. The material is comfortable, washes and line dries easily, and will last for years with only minor dark color fading. I find their athleisureware perfect for traveling. There are several newer athleisure brands out there with products as good or better in quality or price. I visited on 4/26/26 around noon and stood at the Victoria's Secret side of the registers (separate from the Pink side). Two employees were at the counter with no customers in line. They clearly saw me waiting, but neither acknowledged me -- no greeting, no "we'll be right with you," nothing. I stood there for about five minutes without a single word. I finally gave up and walked over to the Pink side. When I explained what happened, the cashier just said "sorry about that" in a flat, scripted tone that made it obvious she wasn't actually concerned. I finished my transaction and left feeling pretty disappointed. The whole interaction didn't sit right with me, and honestly, it explained why the store was nearly empty on a Sunday afternoon. "Keep your sense of humor. There's enough stress in your life not to let bad shots ruin a game…read moreyou're supposed to enjoy." - Amy Alcott, LPGA Hall of Famer We've passed the Travis Mathew lifestyle and golf apparel store at the Ala Moana Center many times since its opening in late February and chuckled at their catchy quote sign. I've known about the stylish California-inspired Travis Mathew men's golf wear for several years, and my current favorite PGA play, John Rahm, wears this brand while on tour. During several passes, I have urged my husband to go in to browse and upgrade his golf wardrobe as he has insisted that I do the same. My husband hadn't gone in to try on the performance polo shirt that he had seen while window shopping, so I took it upon myself to scope out the performance wear and inquire about Travis Mathew's upcoming women's golf apparel line. Walking in, the two employees, who were toward the back of the store unpacking inventory, greeted me with smiles and Aloha. I let them know that I came in to browse for my husband and asked about the arrival of the upcoming women's sportswear. They said the women's line was delayed but should be coming into their inventory in about two weeks, or hopefully, earlier. Just then, my eyes caught sight of the DAD BOD mannequin, and I burst into laughter. My Yelp Friend from Palos Verdes, Chris G, had pointed this mannequin out while visiting his local Travis Mathew store recently. However, because my husband and I hadn't gone far back enough into our Ala Moana store, this was my first time seeing the local version. The male sales representative said the mannequin is quite the conversation piece, and he, although much younger than me, said he's on his way to looking like that even though he's not yet married. Um, I didn't think he's even close to looking like that! Besides, my husband and I took up golf before Tiger Woods came onto the golf scene, and it seemed that most male golfers, amateur and professional, looked like that mannequin. Anyway, we chatted a bit about golf as I browsed and never felt rushed or smothered by this sales representative. The female employee was assisting another customer near the fitting rooms and later joined into the discussion on aging "gracefully" and maintaining fitness to improve your quality of life. We all agreed that playing golf, no matter what skill level you have, is a sport that one can play and enjoy until one's later years. They understood that golf challenges one's mental acuity while not requiring muscle-bound (but fitness, flexibility, and proper techniques are keys). Yes, golfing is paradoxical, and we agreed that accuracy and touch are better than power. Heehee, but, yeah, having strength and agility could be more fun to watch, eh? As more customers came into the store, I quietly stepped to the side to not bother the sales representative with more frivolity; after all, they're working. As I continued to browse, I thought my husband would enjoy the casual apparel for on and off the course and vowed to return when the women's line is released. We'll be back to upgrade our golf attire because my husband teases me about looking too much like a gardener or hiker when we golf.
