I bought something online on Thanksgiving day at Zumiez international Marketplace which was the Shaka banana bag. It sold out in Waikele. It was only available in the Waikiki store. I got notification that the order was ready on Saturday. Its a good thing that I checked on the bag because it was missing the shoulder strap and was dirty. One of the workers there was helpful so I did not give a 1 star and he let me take another banana bag. That was horrible packing of an online order. Always check on the item when you get it because a lazy jerk might have done a half ass job. read more

Huge store front with lots of options for both men & women. My husband and I were just browsing, but hubs left with 12 different outfits and I also got a tshirt. I noticed a BTS Butter Dynamite tshirt and had to snag it. After that, I was curious if they had any others. Brason helped me out and showed me the other design they had in store. He also checked the Ala Moana location for me too. Went above and beyond, and he was happy to do so! Glad we stopped in and picked up a few things. read more

The staff at the store is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The selection is vast and the sale section is not to be missed. If the store doesn't have the size you're looking for, the staff will help find it at another store anywhere in the US and have it shipped over to you. read more

Zumiez is a home store! I was born to love this store from the every start! I literally use to come here everyday to zumiez to buy myself crooks & castle clothes and use to buy my ex boyfriend so much clothes and shoes from here. They have really good styles and deals over here. I always get the buy one get one free deal cuz that's rare to have that kind of sale going on. I love zumiez it's full of skating good. It's a skate store so it's good for skateboarders to stop by and get a new deck for their skateboard. Customer service over here is great! The people here will great you and talk stories with out. They also help you find what you need in the store. I'm not a fan of people helping me go shopping, since I like to go shopping alone. But it's nice to get help once in a while when I'm looking for clothing that I'm interested in. I came here once to buy a backpack since my old one was tearing apart. BJ at the cash register pointed out all the different selections they had and made recommendations on which bags are the best. I had to go back to work so I told him I'd be back another day.. fast forward to 3 months later - I went back to this Zumiez with the same intention. To my surprise BJ was there and remembered exactly what we talked about last time! He even remembered which bag I was gonna buy from my last visit and was able to relocate it! Super nice staff and clothing to choose from. Got a long board while visiting Oahu so I can ride along the island sight seeing. . More long board options are recommended though because there was only 4 to choose from ! Over all went in, got what I was looking for an left. I was sad when Island Snow in Ala Moana closed. But that was ok, because the one in Waikiki was still open. Then I heard they were going to close too. Oh nooeeesss, I thought! Then angels sang and a ray of sunlight shone through the dark dark clouds...Zumiez came to Hawaii. I loved this store when I lived in Oregon. Zumiez carries a fantastically fashionable selection of mens' and womens' skate and snowboarding apparel, awesome kicks, and stylish accessories. Prices are competitive and there's always cool stuff on their sale racks. Browsing the store brings out the laid back, slightly hipster, more so sporty side of me and I always end up buying at least a cool tee or fresh hoody. read more

Very cool urban and street clothing apparel store in Waikiki inside the Royal Hawaiian Center. I was pretty surprised at the amount of unique items in the store everything from designer t-shirts to fashionable caps and kicks. They also sell a ton of cool accessories to go along with your newly pimp'ed out gear. One time my friends and I just checked out the beanies and hats and tried them all. They also have shorts, pants, bags, etc. If you ask the staff in the front counter, they can validate your parking ticket if you parked in the structure which is cool. The prices are decent. To be honest I miss Island Snow because of the events they used to have in Ala Moana, but I never bought anything from them. Zumiez comes and buys their location at Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, and I gotta say there's a better selection. First of all the skate section is pretty decent, could be better, but the one thing they did have that many spots don't are skate dvds. I was super stoked to catch them having a 3 for $20 sale. I can't skate for crap anymore but I still love watching a great vid (especially when doing cardio on the exercise bike when it's raining outside). The shoes where decent prices and they carry those Toms that everyone is rocking now (one pair for you, one for someone needy is cool). The selection isn't that big, but they do carry a little bit of everything. And whoever controlled the stereo that day was bumping dope hiphop. If you have a skateboard section in your store you should have skate dvds! read more

I've shopped at many Zumiez before, but this one was by far the best experience. The people working there greeted me upon arrival and were able to actually help me find what I was looking for: a few pairs of pants and shoes to go with them. I ended up getting two pairs of pants and a pair of Toms. I didn't have to hardly wait at all to get a dressing room and I was able to leave and pay fairly quickly. read more

They have very good prices on decks, bearings, wheels. Their staff is a bit pre occupied and not the most knowledgeable on the sport of skating, but they are willing to help in any way they can. I'd rather go local for any big purchases, but for a quick deck swap or some funky new tape I would happily shop here. read more

i heard about this place from a friend ( Jodi S. ) so i had to check it out because i had a snowboarding trip coming up. Went inside and had an employee Heather help me find some gear i needed for the cold. They had a lot of cool fashionable attire and sweet sales. i would recommend this place for all your snow board needs and because there are so few stores in hawaii that sell snowboard iteams. read more
