The first time I came here I couldn't really understand how most of the clothes aren't even for Hawaii weather..... or Hawaii pockets.... unless you travel to many places to do winter sports and activities. Funny enough, I received a gift card for Pantagonia shortly after my first visit. Now that I need to actually buy something. I focused on the casual, running/training, ocean activity areas. Needless to say, everything was quite expensive in my opinion. The quality is there and the clothes do feel similar to other brands. Is it worth THAT much though? My co-worker says this place is like the Lululemon for outdoors. Sounds about right. Overall, this store was really nice, cool, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Instead, he directed me to a wall of pickup orders and had me locate my own package. After I brought it to the counter, he simply removed the tag and completed the transaction. I've used store pickup at this location before, and staff retrieved the order for me. This experience felt indifferent and unprofessional, with no effort made to assist the customer or verify the order before sending me to find it myself. It gave the impression that customer service was an inconvenience rather than a priority. The weakest part about his terrible customer service was the wall is right next to his cashier station and there were no customers in line behind me or the second cashier.
