DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY OF YOUR MONEY. I have never been treated so poorly at any sort of establishment in my life. My friend and I both had appointments for mani/pedi and the hostess greeted us with an attitude, mumbled instructions to us that we couldn't hear and when I asked her to repeat she was completely put off by having to repeat herself. She asked we had gel or shellac and when I told her I dId she laughed. The technician came over and asked us another question and when my friend asked her to repeat herself, she said "I said, are you ready?" When we replied yes she rolled her eyes and rudely said "well then let's go." I asked her if she was going to be rude the entire time she *rudely* responded, "um no, I was askIng which of you had gel." I was seated at a mani station while my friend was seated for a pedi. The tech then went into a bacK room and my friend and I noticed her talking to the hostess. My friend asked me if I wanted to leave and I said yes. My friend was nice enough to ask about a cancellation fee and the hostess said it was 20 dollars each. We said we were cancelling and the hostess ssaid she has to get the manager. We had no issue telling the manager how rude both of her employees were. When I told the manager the hostess had laughed at me after she asked me a question the wretched hostess had the audacity to say "I can't laugh?" No, no you can't laugh at someone who was prepared to pay over a hundred dollars to have to sit across from you and your repulsive attitude for over an hour. Sorry it was so off putting to have to do your job. So I promptly said we weren't paying to walk out on our service and we left. read more

They RUINED my nails!!! I've had manicures religiously for over 7 years and the women there destroyed my nail beds. My pedicure was fine but was underwhelming and extremely basic but then the manicure... she took 45 minutes with a weird tool, chipping away at my gel and nails! I had to stop her twice to say I was extremely uncomfortable with my gel removal. My nails are destroyed and looked so beat up like I was getting acrylic nails put on. She kept saying that my polish was just "so hard"... well I had my nails done there last time too so I have no idea what the problem was. Then she kept filing my nail beds down! I had to stop her again and ask why she was filing my nails so thin if there wasn't any polish on them... they are paper thin and bend now. There's an actual hole in my nail bed on my thumb from her filing it for no reason! I'm horrified that this person is even allowed to work on nails. I will never return here again. read more

I booked this for my friends bachelorette spa day. It was perfect! The bride and friends loved the funky atmosphere. The staff was friendly and great to work with. The extra touches set this place apart. They serve you a complimentary glass of wine, soak your feet in these beautiful stone basins, and chairs unique and comfortable. The area also offers great shops and eats. read more

The ditzy receptionist couldn't answer any of my questions over the phone about pricing and treatments so I decided to come in person to check it out since I live so close by. At least in person someone working could actually tell me how much an eyebrow waxing was and what the treatment consisted of. $45 for a wax is a little outrageous, and I right away told her I'm going somewhere else. It was like I had been handcuffed to the chair because she was not letting me go. She insisted that their stylist is the best and has been featured in multiple magazines and photo shoots. It wasn't my wedding day, my eyebrows just seemed a bit messy and I wanted to clean them up with a simple wax. I had to leave the store by just walking out as she was still talking to me, which is rude I know but I had now spent about 15 minutes listening to straight bullshit. Even if their wax is the best in Denver, it's not worth being them acting like a used car salesman. There are many more professional micro spas downtown that are worth going to. (And they are nicer with less than $20 eyebrow waxes) read more

I had my best ever mani/pedi at Haven. The place is immaculate and was so warm and inviting. I was offered wine immediately and given a hot neck wrap as I sat in a cozy leather chair. The salon is simple and elegant, which adds to the relaxation aspect. The attention to detail was perfection. Nichelle did a wonderful job and my nails still look amazing 5 days later. I love the stamping collection and the ability to have my nails so customized. She asked for feedback while working and made sure I was happy the entire time. Absolutely love it here! ------------------------------- Update - my nails lasted 4 weeks! Never have had that happen with gel before. read more

Haven - Love the flower stamp! This is 5 days after my mani :). - Nail Salons Near Me - Denver, Colorado

I enjoyed the modern-yet-chill vibe at Haven. The employees were all very friendly and my technician took great care of me during my services. I had the "City Manicure" while I was on my lunch break and I was in and out in about 50 minutes. I usually go for a gel manicure however time didn't allow that, but I was quite pleased with my "normal" manicure. They had a wide range of neutral colors which I appreciated. The manicure seemed a little pricey for just your basic manicure however you do pay for quality service! read more

I showed up five minutes late for my appointment. I was seated and waited ten minutes before a bowl with water to soak my feet was produced. Fifteen minutes later after no one came by again, I got up and left. read more

I went here to treat myself for my birthday. The staff were super friendly and did a great job on my pedicure. The salon is super cute and the chairs were conformable. I am always looking for a new, classy place to go and this joint hit all the check boxes. I also believe they serve alcoholic beverages, if you so desire. read more

Nope, never again. I'm still in disbelief. I called and booked for 2 pedis side by side, they gave me the time of 4:15, we were early. Services were fine until they told us we had to leave because they were locking up. I asked 'do you think our nails are dry?' 'Oh no, definitely not' was the reply. 'But we have to go' 'yes' mind you this was after i paid and tipped well. On my first visit I was never offered the complementary beverage. I also find the chairs very uncomfortable (but that could just be me). Anyhow, no thank you. I'm so disappointed that I just spent $120 and was sent out into the snow with wet nails. It would have only taken 10 more minutes to dry. They should not book appts if there is not sufficient time to dry. read more

I went back today for another manicure and it was fantastic. They are so friendly and professional. This is my new spot for sure! Thank you for your attention to detail and making sure your customers are happy. It's so nice to go someplace with great people that appreciate their customers. Haven is a must visit if you want your nails to look amazing! read more

I don't get my nails done very often but this place is so convenient not only due to its location but also their online scheduling! You can use their website or the Mind Body app, which is awesome since I use that already to schedule yoga classes. Throw in a complimentary glass of wine and hello, I'm a happy camper. My first pedicure here ($32) lasted much longer than my second one, not sure why, but either way I liked both and should probably schedule something soon to take care of my dry winter feet. They offer an extra moisturizing version of their regular mani/pedi, an express version and even something for men and children. To top it all off, it's super modern and really cool looking inside and the chairs are comfy. read more

This was one of the best manicures I've had in awhile. Tuul was very meticulous and made sure that I approved of the nail shape, length, and color I selected. All of the staff were very accommodating and the establishment was neat and spacious. read more

This place really is top notch. The prices may be a little higher than some other places in the area, but it's for VERY good reason. First, a complimentary beverage. I personally enjoy wine so this is easily an $8 value added to my service. Secondly, the first time I was there I filled out a little card. It asked questions about your preferred nail shape (which has helped me describe my preferred shape at other places now), nail problems you have, etc. I actually thought it was a little weird at first but then I realized almost every time I get my nails done, the tech works my cuticles so much they hurt and I usually end up cut. So I added in the notes to be careful there. I was delighted when my nail tech at Haven looked at the form before starting my manicure, and let me know she'd be careful. I usually feel bad mentioning that sort of thing ahead of time, I feel like I start with "I already know you're going to cut me..." this was a great way of addressing it. The best part? They KEEP this information, so the next time I came in, they already knew to be careful with my cuticles, the shape I prefer and when I said I don't remember the color I had last time but I really liked it, they had that on file to! It was amazing. This is getting long so I'll try to be brief... I had been living in Denver for about a year when I started coming here. Before Denver, I'd been getting gel manicures for about 6 years. During one of my first manicures here, I was sled when the last time I'd taken a break from gel had been. Never! Why would I? She pointed out how fragile my nails were, and reminded me of how dry it is in Denver. That just because I could get gel continuously in NY, I might not be able to here. I couldn't believe it, she was actually talking me out of the higher priced manicure! She was absolutely right too, within weeks of regular polish (that somehow lasted incredibly well) my nails were showing signs of improvement. Okay, after all that, I do have one complaint. All the techs here are great as far as I can tell, however... Nichelle is my favorite. Our personalities mesh really well. There is also a Michelle that works here... when I would call and ask for an appointment with Nichelle, they often booked me with Michelle. Again, she's great... but it's. It the same and with names that similar, they really should be clarifying. After a few mix ups, I started double checking... but that shouldn't be on me and even then sometimes they would get it wrong. Overall absolutely a 5 star place! read more

Michelle is amazing! She never cuts corners and has always produced stunning results with my nails after showing her pictures. She takes her time to make sure my nails look 1000%. Environment is super awesome, great music, and to top it off, they'll always give me a glass of wine with my visit. I would suggest calling in vs a walk in, as they can be super busy. But that's a good sign! Again, awesome people and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. read more

I was very pleased with my first visit to Haven. It is great to have this service in the neighborhood. Joanne gave me a mani and pedi with plenty of pampering. I definitely will become a regular at Haven! read more

Awesome new addition to the neighborhood. They are great with men's services and this place has an instant calming affect the moment you walk in the door. 5* read more

1st timer, Jennifer did my mani pedi & she was awesome! Would highly recommend. Place was Supper clean, friendly, inviting & comfortable. Don't hesitate on this place. read more

I came because I love the minimalist style. Got my nails done by Sana on Thursday and really loved them for the first few days. Sunday night my thumb nail just fell off. I figured I messed up. Came in and got it fixed for free. Tuesday, another nail broke off while I was doing nothing. I didn't come in again because I realized it wasn't me doing it. Thursday, another. I think I expected way too much. I'm upset, they were beautiful and treated them with care, etc. Wish they stayed on longer than... 4 days lol. read more

Had my first City manicure at Haven today and I have NEVER been more satisfied with my nails. The salon itself is beautiful and meticulously cared for, it is clean and the furniture and decor are beautiful. My tech was knowledgable and friendly and listened to and executed my personal preferences flawlessly. Thank you for opening up such a classy retreat in this neighborhood, I will be back often! read more

This is a wonderful new salon with beautiful design and super nice staff. I had a great experience and will definitely be back again very soon! read more

Manicures are such at treat, and at Haven, they become such a glorious indulgence. The staff is incredibly friendly, not to mention masterful. The atmosphere makes you want to stay all day and sample every service they have. My nails were shaped beautifully and very carefully (no rough manhandling or bloody cuticles!) and the color was perfectly applied. The mimosas definitely made the entire experience stand out as one of the best I've had in any nail salon. read more

Nichelle is AMAZING. The ambiance here is great and she fixed my ruined nails even took the time to fix the broken ones for me because it was my birthday. I've never been so happy with a manicure in my life! read more

Absolutely love it here! Such a cute environment and THE ONLY place in Denver that has a lasting gel manicure. Mine literally lasted 2.5 weeks. Also, when my one nail chipped I went back and they fixed it for free and also put an additional top coat on all my other nails. Definitely pricey for a gel mani but the gel color change is only $20. They also save the previous colors you got in your profile so if you forget the name of a color you can just ask them to look it up for you! I have yet to try a pedi but their chairs aren't the typical big massage chairs, they are more low sitting type chairs just a heads up! The people are very friendly and do an amazing job :) read more

My usual place was booked up and this was recommended by another salon I couldn't get into. The exterior looks really cute but there is a funny smell when you go in. The decor is stark. I was hoping for something fancier. The front desk asked me three times what I wanted to drink. Saving grace they serve wine. They had me fill out a form for my preferences and proceeded to cut my cuticles when I said not to. Either way ouch!!! It hurt and so did the massage. I was looking for relaxation and pampering but unfortunately did not get either. I would not come back. Hopefully this was a one off bad experience. read more

Really cute space, non-smelly, and a convenient location. The lady who did my nails was adorable and really sweet. I had a coupon for a free mani with a pedi. I got the basic pedi which is VERY basic. They obviously want you to upgrade, or maybe it was bc I had a coupon. Its already a high price, $46, probably given the location etc so I personally expect a bit more. Wether that be massage, more shaping. Like I said, nice space but it's kinda what you get with the trendy places. I really love the polish options though! read more

This review is long overdue. I used to live around the corner from Haven and started going there for the sake of convenience. However, I am VERY picky about my nails. It's my happy place and my treat to myself so I don't become a regular if my mani/pedis aren't excellent. Haven, Nichelle specifically, was the hands down best experience I have ever had getting my nails done. She was knowledgeable, professional and my nails looked flawless 10/10 times. I'm sad that I moved away. The struggle is real trying to find a nail salon in Hawaii that meets up to the standards set by Haven. (PS You get a complimentary coffee, wine, beer! BONUS) read more

Still a beautiful salon, but they are starting to nickel and dime customers! Prices have gone up in the last few weeks for basic manicures, and they now charge $7 for gel polish removal! Save your money and do it at home before you go in, or find a place that won't surprise you with hidden fees! read more

Haven is amazing. They have a great staff and 1 complimentary drink you can sip on while you get your nails done. They treat everyone who walks through that door is immediately treated like a queen. The polish stays on for a while and the staff are very accommodating if you are unhappy with something. This is like...a whole new generation of beauty. read more

Pretty disappointed. I came with a group of girls. A few of us got gel, and the rest got regular polish. All the girls who got regular polish had bubbled polish and the polish on our toes completely smudged when we put on our shoes over 2 hours after leaving the salon because somehow the polish was STILL wet. read more

I am so happy this opened in the neighborhood. Bright, clean spa space with friendly employees who welcomed me with a glass of wine. I just had the basic City Mani, to clean up my nails from the dry winter. Amy was friendly and funny. I hope she enjoyed our convo as much as I did. It was a great respite from a cranky 2 year old at home. I will be back, but next time I am doing the super moisturizing mani! read more

I've been here twice. Once for my birthday and it was great. They let us bring in champagne, the services were luxurious and the quality was impeccable. Tonight was my second time and was quite disappointing. It was for a friend's wedding. Most of had rushed services and somewhat snarky service. The reason given was "we are short handed and it's been a busy day". I used to be in the service industry and can definitely relate. However, as a person in sales who drove an hour in traffic at the end of the quarter to get her nails done, I don't have empathy and regret the effort on my part to patron the establishment. Doubt I'll be back as it's not convenient for me and therefore not worth the trip/gamble. read more

The space is wonderful! Decorated nicely. Good greeting. The pedicure was approximately $50. To start, i was late. I expected a bit more on the service side. More than a 60 second leg massage??? Actually, it was more of just putting lotion on the calves. Maybe some conversation? She seemed a bit distant and unhappy. Overpriced for the service. read more

Really a lovely salon and the manicurist did a nice job. I was just kind of in shock when I was charged a total of $44 for a basic gel manicure. The owner was nice enough to waive their $7 gel removal fee so I only paid $37, which in my opinion is about the right price for the neighborhood. I have never paid extra to have gel removed. I am disappointed because I like this salon and it is 2 minutes from my office but I can't swing the $44 plus tip... read more

Haven is hands down the best in Denver in terms of skill of the technicians (I've had my nails done by at least 6 different people here, and they've all been great), the atmosphere (good design, comfortable chairs, great layout), the products (I love their longer wear non-gel products), and the pricing. I also like that they are using MindBody to book now. This is easily the best nail salon in Denver at the moment. read more

I love this place. I am probably the loudest person that has ever walked through those doors and they always treat me well. I continuously see Payia, as she does the best gel manicure in town... in addition, she lets me rant to her about my personal business. Better than therapy! Michelle did my last set and picked out the best colors for me as I never know what's cool. She also has the best laugh I've ever heard. All the ladies there rule. LOVE this place. read more

Haven is one of the best salons in Denver! The staff is incredibly friendly and the salon is very sanitary. I've seen a few different nail techs and every time my nails are perfect (and last at LEAST two weeks!). My only wish is they had more of a selection in gel colors- otherwise 5/5! read more

Hardly a haven. Typical 5 points panhandling out front, yet overpriced manicures inside. $44 gel mani. The look of the facility is very good, but it's nothing for comfort. No wrist rests while you get your mani, just marble 90 degree angle right in the underside of the wrist. Average mani, a bit crooked on the shaping but whatevs- I won't be back. read more

Awesome decor, clean place, sterile equipment, and thank goodness I'm not soaking my feet in a bacteria filled jetted tub! When you walk in the space is open, with well thought out colors and decor that are soothing but have a funky modern flare. Got the sea mani pedi with some gel nails. Around $80 for the two services. No disappointment here. Alyssa was my nail technician and she was personable and creative. I didn't know what color to paint my nails so I had her just wing it. Next thing I know I have a glittery gorgeous hombre of colors at the tips of my fingers with a sassy chevron print flare nail. It was better than anything I could've picked out and exactly what I never knew I wanted. So great- THANKS ALYSSA! As far as the equipment, all packages were sterilized and you take your file home (the way it should be). The chairs you sit in are on a platform so your raised up some from your technician keeping them from having to bend over 24/7 which I'm sure they appreciate. The bowls you soak your feet in are movable-therefore washed before being reused and not putting me at risk of getting someone else's undesirable foot fungus. And last but not least, the wine I received during this whole lovely ordeal just puts the cherry on top. Great place to relax and get pampered with a friend (or just by yourself). read more
