I was in dire need of a gel manicure while running errands in the Cherry Creek area today and stumbled upon this establishment after parking my car. Upon entering I was immediately seated and attended. The first manicurist I had who filed down my gel polish seemed like she was rushing the service and immediately attended another customer once a younger manicurist was available. Luckily, the second manicurist named Ari was more of a perfectionist as she took her time with each individual nail and attended to every cuticle, bump and crease of my nail. Once Ari was finished with my nails I couldn't help but marvel at how perfect she left them - every bump I had in my natural nail was buffed and the polish was perfectly placed on my nails, still gleaming in the light hours later. If it wasn't for Ari I would have easily rated this establishment 4 stars, but her services were impeccable. Update: Came back again and wasn't able to have Ari do my nails. Had a new nail technician and wasn't impressed at all. I had bubbles left in my shellac manicure and my toes are decent at best. Asked for a shellac manicure and toe polish change, and ended up spending $50+ dollars. Not worth it for the price. Definitely depends on your nail technician. read more

I really needed a mani/pedi for bridal pictures this weekend but I couldn't get out of work this week... So I called a day before I went to the salon and asked if I could make an appointment for 6:15pm for a mani/pedi. They said they only do walk-ins but 6:15 was fine. I showed up at 6:05 and they gave me so much grief that I said we could do mani only, but they assured me that they could do both. The lady rushed on my pedi, and I realized later that evening that she scraped my skin off with the callous file! I know they can't autoclave those so I don't know how they clean them... and it's super painful with any shoes I wear. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because the tech who did my mani (Jin, I think) did absolutely amazing!!!! But this is suuuuper painful and I just hope my foot doesn't get infected. Get the service price in writing beforehand! Yesterday, I was quoted $35 for a mani/pedi for my 3 year old granddaughter at this Cherry Creek salon. The manicurist was very nice and patient with my grandaughter. When I went to pay, suddenly the price was $45. I said you quoted $35; they said they were sorry but the woman had quoted me the wrong amount. Not my problem as I see it. The woman even admitted quoting me $35. I believe they call that a "bait and switch" -- not ethical, probably not legal. I had already given them extra cash so I could get change for a tip when they returned change for $45 instead of $35 -- they had my extra $10 and weren't giving it back! Had they told me upfront it was $45 for a 3YO's manicure I would have balked but said ok. I ended up stiffing the manicurist (which I feel bad about) because I was mad and wasn't going to give this place another dime. I hope the extra $$ was worth all the bad reviews I'm going to give them. read more

I received a nail fungus from this salon 2 times. The first time was 1 1/2 years ago when they used a metal nail utensil to clean under my nail bed. I went back 6 months ago and they didn't use this anymore until I got a manicure 3 weeks ago when the manicurist starts cleaning under my nail bed and I asked her to stop. She told me everything was sanitized and then I got another nail fungus. I went back and asked to speak to the manager and of course, the manager wasn't available. Yesterday I was in for pedicures with my 13 year old daughter. One of the reasons why I chose this business was because the services menu on their website states that they offer kids pedicures for ages 13 & younger for $25. For adults, the pricing increases to $37 for a basic pedicure. After the pedicure began the technician asked how hold my daughter is and I tell her 13. I was then told that they would not be able to offer kids' pricing because that reserved for ages 12 & younger. I took issue with it and even pulled up their website but the technician was very rude and stated that she would charge me the adult pricing. I was shocked by the customer service but did not want to embarrass my 13 year old and risk ruining a rarely occurring pedicure date. The very worst, however, is that my daughter was short-changed on the actual service (her pedicure lasted only 20 minutes while mine took 45) .... presumably because she's a kid! In sum, this establishment did not honor its published pricing, earning itself a one star review in exchange for $12 profit. This treatment goes beyond poor customer service and implicates the integrity of the business. I will never return and recommend that you avoid as well. There are many better options in the area. Also, we waited 30 minutes for chairs even though when we walked in we were told it would be a "very short wait." read more

I really wish I could give them more stars because while the service was great, I was disappointed with my manicure which by day 3, I had a few chipped nails and by day 4 ALL of them were. It's not like I'm running around popping open soda cans all day. I guess I just really expected it to last longer and maybe I shouldn't for a regular manicure? I got mine on a Saturday and by Wednesday I had to remove the polish because my nails looked just horrible. I will say my pedicure lasted much longer and looked so much better - so I would definitely recommend them for a pedi but unless you're going to upgrade your mani, I wouldn't spend the money. I really wanted to like this place. I hoped it would be my new go-to spot and assumed I'd end up giving them 5 stars since they are located in fancy Cherry Creek. The salon itself is big, clean, and beautiful. My friend and I walked in without an appointment and we only had to wait 10-15 min before they could do our nails. The staff were kind and soft spoken. However I wouldn't come back here because it's probably the worst gel manicure I've ever had. Usually it only takes 30 min for me to get a gel manicure anywhere else. But the service at this place was very slow. It took almost an hour for them to do my nails. And the lady cut my cuticles so short that they started to hurt. After 5 days, the gel on my nails were starting to chip. Gel is supposed to last about 2 weeks before they start to crack & chip. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion. Go somewhere else if you want your gel manicure to last longer. read more

Came in here Friday afternoon to get our nails done (there were two of us.) We were greeted and told to pick out our colors and have a seat on the couches to wait. We did this and waited 10-15 minutes which didn't seem like a big deal. Then we were led to two chairs where we proceeded to wait THIRTY minutes with no one coming to talk to us, no one giving any explanations. Not to mention they got to work on at least one other person who got there after us. Needless to say we got up and left and I was so annoyed because I needed a manicure. My new go-to nail place! I have visited this nail salon a few times now. They are able to get to walk-ins fairly quickly even when they've been busy. The best part of my experience has been the attention to detail when getting my mani (since I'm a perfectionist). Some places only care about speed and rush through the mani/pedi, leaving you with sloppy nails or taking away from the relaxing experience. I love that these nail technicians take their time in order to make sure your nails look fabulous when you leave! My only complaint is that it is a little pricy. In October, I paid three visits to the salon for a gel manicure. Over the course of the first visit, I had three different techs attend to my nails, which I thought was unusual. I had asked for the techs not to file the tops of my nails and they argued with me that they needed to do so in order to remove my past gel. I've always been able to soak and buff them off--I hate to have a file on my natural nails since it weakens them. I was surprised they put up such a fight about it. Two days later, my nails began to tear. I went back and they were very interested in who did my nails. There were three people, I could only remember Katie. Another person fixed my nails, and they used an acrylic powder on one nail. It looked thick and shaped different from the other nails. They did not charge me. Within a week, my nails began to chip so I went back. They re-did my nails at no cost and on the torn acrylic nail, there was a purple/green colored segment of my natural nail. I asked about it and they sent someone to look at it. They declared it was a bruise, but I insisted there was no trauma to the nail. It wan't at the nail bed, it was up where the tear was. It's months later, and I can tell you, it's been diagnosed as a nail fungus. The woman who put the powder on my nail repair allowed liquid in and now I have a green growth under my nail. It is growing out and should be gone by next month. It shouldn't take three visits to a salon to get your nails done and you shouldn't leave with nail fungus. read more
