When he finally showed up we agreed that he would sand, stain, and lacquer the top to remove the damage of 8 years of usage for $400. When I went to pick it up it was apparent that he didn't sand the top at all. Surface scratches and glass marks were still there. I confronted him and he just lied to my face and said he sanded it. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself. This man is a fraud and shouldn't be trusted. I wasn't going to argue with him and then leave my expensive table in his possession, so I paid and left. I asked for my money back by text and he continued to lie to me. I would guess that he just rubbed stain on the cracks and put one layer of lacquer on it. 10 minutes of work. $400.

It is the elegant, modern, clean bathroom I envisioned. They came in on budget and on time. They accommodated this crazy person without even rolling their eyes. Each and every carpenter, painter, tile installer, plumber and sub showed up, did a perfect job and was clean, honest, decent and hardworking. They were experienced, and it showed in their work and work ethic. Ron gave me a timeline and, for the most part, everything was accomplished on schedule. I didn't have to make any frantic calls. If there was any juggling to be done, Ron did it. And, Dunn was not the only bidder on the contract. I personally met with and got estimates and reviews from 5 others, and chose Dunn overwhelmingly -- and all estimates were basically the same. And, this was not the first time I'd renovated a bathroom -- it was the third! However, this experience was, without a doubt, the best.
