1/2 slab pork ribs this picture does not even show how many you get! Tasty!!!

Last night we had their special which happened to be fall off the bone pork ribs! So good! They had a delicious potato salad and coldslaw! There was so much we brought home leftovers for another whole meal! We also had the fried green beans with horsey sauce as an appetizer and cream brûlée as dessert! The staff is always very friendly and kind!

Oh man! Hidden gem in the middle of the country. Food was amazing. I expect this caliber at a fancy steakhouse in NWA. Worth the drive. Haven chicken was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Salmon was delicious.

One our go places when in the area. Fried green beans are delish. It has a view of big sugar creek and has a well deserved reputation as a foodie kinda place. Lunch will cost around 20 bucks so not cheap but a great place to enjoy lunch. A definite must when in the area.

Beautiful setting on the old mill pond at Havenhurst. The mill burned down in '62, but this small unimposing restaurant/tavern was built where the old mill stood. Marvelous fusion of classic French cuisine and Ozark home cooking. The fried green bean appetizer we had was unique and very good. Everyone in our party thought the chef did justice to their order. I had a rare sirloin steak and thought it very good. Most of the folks in our party got the special of the day, which was pork chops. They loved it. Service was prompt, attentive, and friendly. How interesting to see classic French preparations served with down-to-earth Ozark friendliness!

This charming hidden gem offers a wonderful and a lovely view of the Little Sugar Creek waterfall. The service was outstanding, the staff friendly, and the food was good. My husband had the Prime Rib and stated it was the best he has ever had. I was craving filet mignon, but it was not one of the two steak options being served on New Year's Eve. I opted for the sirloin and was a little disappointed that it lacked the tenderness I anticipated. We will return as we have heard others rave about their burgers, the charm of dining al fresco, and we also want to see what their tavern next door is like.

    A great view.

Great service and great food. All the way from Oregon to Missouri to find some fine dinning in the middle of kind of know where .

Very good customer service. I had the Saturday night special, a chicken breast smothered in a port and fig sauce served with parmesan green beans and sweet potatoes. with the Spring rains, the waterfall added to the overall ambience.

Prime Rib, pasta, horseradish and aus ju sides.

This is the epitome of casual fine dining, RESERVATIONS REQUIRED as you will rarely find this small restaurant not booked solid. However, casual clothes welcome. Looks like a little nothing from the outside but the food is top notch. Wednesday is Prime Rib night, best I've ever had. View is beautiful. If you're lucky you'll get a table by the window and you can watch people floating down the river My fav has been heavy spring rainfall and watching the water flow when it's really high, feels like it's almost right under your feet.

Wow. What a truly hidden gem. Sorry we found it as we are leaving NWA. The steak is not normally this small. I split with my husband. Best twice baked potato ever

The food used to be great, which is why we came back, but this visit was incredibly disappointing. The seafood smelled old the moment it came to the table and tasted rancid. It honestly made us question how fresh the food actually is. The drinks were also obviously watered down and lacked any real flavor. What made the experience even worse was the service. Our wait staff barely checked on us the entire meal. Drinks were never refilled, and instead of paying attention to tables, the staff spent most of their time standing around the bar talking. It felt like customers were an inconvenience. After mentioning our experience to others, I realized we are not the only ones noticing the decline in quality and service. I have heard similar complaints from several people recently. I have also heard concerns that many of the glowing reviews may be coming from friends and family rather than actual, unbiased customers. Very disappointing because this used to be a place I enjoyed and recommended. Unfortunately, I will not be returning unless major changes are made.

That personal connection aside, Crabby's delivers an experience that feels both elevated and welcoming. It does lean towards being a bit more expensive, but the quality of the food and the care in presentation make it worth the splurge. I ordered the gnocchi marsala with chicken, and it was nothing short of heavenly. Pillowy gnocchi paired with a rich, savory sauce that lingered beautifully. Mrs. K. chose the salmon pancetta, which arrived as a work of art on the plate, perfectly cooked and elegantly presented. She enjoyed it very much, savoring each bite. And of course, we couldn't resist ending the evening with a crème brûlée: creamy, infused with vanilla, and topped with that satisfying caramelized crust that cracks just right under the spoon. Crabby's is the kind of place where you go not just to eat, but to celebrate, to linger, and to enjoy the finer side of dining in Joplin. It's polished without being pretentious. The crabcakes were fairly large, and not overly bread. They were very good. I had the seafood medley, which was a great value for the price. The scallops were probably the best thing on the plate. They work perfectly. We started off the meal with Aji tuna nachos. that was the best bite of food tonight. They were delicious and we scarf them all down. If you are coming on a weekend evening, please make sure to call ahead for a reservation. We are very happy with the amount of parking. Great recommendations and when the special we ordered was sold out we were able to change the fish for the same prep. Started with a blueberry margarita, which was tart but excellent. I like grapefruit (I peel it like an Orange and eat the wedges without sugar) so right up my alley. Even my wife (who doesn't like grapefruit) loved this drink. Had the Ceviche app. Really good. I am kind of a ceviche expert (have been eating it and a similar food called kelaguin all over the world) and this may be the best we have had in the States. We shared the lobster ravioli and a pecan crusted red snapper (the monkfish was sold out) and both were great. Ravioli was exceptional. Three pieces, shrimp and perfect sauce. Lots of lobster in the filling. The snapper which again was the substitute for the monkfish was light with a more subtle flavor but was served with really good mashed potatoes and broccoli. Unfortunately the ravioli came out first (had to change the fish so slight delay) so the strength of the ravioli flavor would have been better as the second shared entree due to the subtleness of the pecan crusted snapper. But really that is not a complaint. Tight rooms, packed with tables and people. Even so not too loud to have a conversation and everyone was super nice. We will eat here again next time we visit.

All of the food was amazing. The only thing I wish was different is that the bread was not as crusty, but that is a personal preference because I like the butter to saturate the lobster and the bread. The bread is made in house- which makes mildly forgive the harder crust. ;-) The bartender we had was Chris. He was super attentive to all the other patrons and even tried to adjust the TV to the program some of them were hoping to watch. Our drinks were made with care and were efficiently delivered. We will definitely go back when in town. Fun fact: my boyfriend's sister is a local and goes there every birthday because she loves it so much!
