I am kind of a ceviche expert (have been eating it and a similar food called kelaguin all over the world) and this may be the best we have had in the States. The lemon slices were big and non-uniform--they looked like they belonged slotted on the rim of a glass of water not on a sushi roll. Instead of providing a nice hint of tartness, the lemon just overpowered any other flavor. Beyond that, they were just carelessly strewn across the top of the roll, so the coverage for individual pieces was laughable. Horrible experience. Up until this time, I would have been recommending Blu over Junto, but now I'm not even sure it ranks higher than Sushi House. Don't plan to be back anytime soon.
