There are two kinds of IT people, the ones who leave you more confused than when you started, and…read morethe ones who quietly solve the problem and get you back to running your business. Working with Matt was exactly that. He was prompt, professional, and refreshingly easy to work with. No unnecessary jargon, no drama, just honest expertise and a genuine commitment to getting the job done right. As a small business owner, having someone reliable to call when technology gets in the way is invaluable. If you're looking for an IT professional who knows his craft, communicates well, and delivers on his promises, I highly recommend him. Good people are hard to find. Great IT people are even harder.

I can't say enough great things about Matt. He absolutely saved me this week…read more My Lenovo laptop completely failed to boot after a graphics driver cleanup utility corrupted the Windows boot configuration and recovery environment. The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. He was able to manually access the system, unlock BitLocker, repair the corrupted boot configuration, rebuild the necessary Windows files, and get the machine fully operational again -- without wiping my data. That was critical, as I had local files that weren't backed up to the cloud. Beyond the technical expertise, what impressed me most was: * Clear communication * Fast turnaround * Extremely reasonable pricing * No upselling, no unnecessary "reinstall everything" approach He diagnosed the real issue quickly and fixed it correctly the first time. If you're an independent contractor who depends on your machine daily, or you run a small to mid-sized business and need reliable, competent IT support, Matt is exactly who you want on your side. Look no further. Highly, highly recommend.

The owner, Alex, is a nice dude, but a poor communicator. My laptop was having crashes, and I…read moredropped it off in early June for troubleshooting/diagnosis. I called after several weeks and he promised he'd have the problem diagnosed within the next couple days and call me back. Several additional weeks went by and I called again with the same response, and then once more a few weeks later- a total of 2 months of wait time without any progress or evidence that anything was done at all. I eventually gave up and got my laptop back myself to look at. Googling my error messages indicated that my RAM was faulty, and after replacing the RAM (a 15-minute procedure), my laptop works fine. It took me ~30 minutes of total active time to troubleshoot and solve this problem that I had previously waited 2 months for the owner to fix. I'd guess that Alex was overcommitted with fixing other machines to focus on mine, which is fine if he told me a realistic estimate (i.e. "I'm really busy right now, but check back in a month and I'll give you an update). Instead I got drip-fed inaccurate timeline estimates. Overall, I find it difficult to reccomend going to this business to get your problem fixed unless you have a really easy software issue to diagnose/fix on the spot.

I contacted him again for work & he immediately responded. He gave me very fair & honest options. I wholeheartedly recommend him & have given his name out a ton of times.
