    Iced matcha latte

During a layover I decided to try this place out. The prices aren't bad at all, if anything they're pretty competitive with the places around with the exception that this is way healthier and tastier. It did take a bit to get seated, but nothing I would consider unreasonable. The staff was very friendly. The ambiance was comforting, especially for an airport. No rushed feeling here. I ordered the Denver omelet and a matcha latte, iced. So, so, so delicious! And perfectly portioned. The hash brown dumplings are PHENOMENAL!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, fast, and healthy meal.

OK, so I know this is centered in the airport! And you know I'm a big fan of the hatch I just wish the portion size match the price. That's all I'm saying I love this place. Can never give you guys a bad review. Your team did great. The culture of the restaurant was awesome. Thank you guys. It was delicious. But size matters. lol

What a treat to find Hatch inside the OKC airport on a cold Sunday morning. I thought I would have to get coffee at McD but luckily, I spotted Hatch and there was a table available while I waited to board my flight to Baltimore. Darla was very enthusiastic and friendly. I appreciated her positive attitude as I embarked on what was to become a long travel day. The vegi omelet and whatever those potatoes were ended up being my only meal that day, so I was happy it was delicious and filling, along with hot coffee. The side greens salad was tasty with a light citrusy dressing and almonds. I have to say this was a solid meal for "airport food." Great service by Darla!

I really appreciated the service here. I'm one of those annoying people with a lot of dietary restrictions. The servers were kind, patient, and understanding. The food was delicious. For a busy airport it was a soft, warm, space.

This is one of the few culinary options at Oklahoma City's Will Rogers International Airport. It's a decent little place serving breakfast and brunch food all day made from scratch. Their biscuits are delicious, although the gravy on top ladled in copious amounts is unremarkable and bland. The eggs Benedict are a good option with tasty ham and eggs on an English muffin with a modest amount of hollandaise. Hatch is a nice option if you have an extensive layover in OKC.

Hatch is a new restaurant/bar @Will Rogers Airport since my last visit to Okc. I stopped in for a quick glass of Pinot prior to take off. Service was friendly & fast. The bar seating is first come and fairly comfy.

Surprisingly the best airport meal that I've had and I've traveled a lot in my life. The meal is also matches its cost. We all know in airports we pay double the cost for sometimes half the product. I have the burger plate with fries for just under $20. I substituted the fries for their homemade tater tots but they forgot and gave me fries. It was an easy fix and they bought out a side of tater tots. Both the fries and tater tots were great but the homemade fresh tater tots were top tier. The waitress was amazing and attentive for his busy they were. If I'm ever back in the area I'll definitely will stop here again.

Considering there were not many options at the airport, we thought Hatch would be our best chance at a nice sit down breakfast. It was okay food, but for the price I was hoping for a little better. I was excited for the fried hashbrown balls....but they were very dry. I had to mix ketchup and cholula for a dipping sauce and that helped a lot. I ordered the Incredible Eggwich and it came on toasted Jalapeño Sourdough and it was very soft. I also asked to have turkey sausage added to my sandwich. It was just okay.....my personal complaints were that it was a very small sausage and the eggs were browned a good bit and it just isn't my personal preference.

Here before 9AM. There is line to put in for a table, I asked why at the hostess table. She said there's list to get on the table. I asked why, again, as almost all of the tables are empty. I asked the hostess, once again if they are short staff. She said they only have two servers working, including the bar. I said okay, that's why I had asked if they were short staffed. Not sure why this was a difficult question to comprehend and answer the first time. We decided to sit at the bar for quicker service. They have two servers and two staffers behind the bar, a hostess and manager and then the staff in the kitchen. Ordered a coffee, very veggie omelet, overnight oats with creme brûlée grapefruit side, turkey bacon and turkey sausage. $46.44 The first mug of coffee had some grounds all over it. The second mug looks better. I wanted to try out the tumblers, which comes with the omelet at least. The turkey bacon tastes bland and has a rubbery texture to it. The turkey bacon is also quite rubbery, but at least wasn't overcooked as much as the sausage. The tumblers aren't for me, crunchy on the outside, but a mushy potato mess inside. The overnight oats aren't bad, would probably be good warm as well. The overnight oatmeal and the crème brûlée grapefruit is good. The veggie omelet was just okay, not special and rather scant. A new bartender woman came as we were cashing out, her name is Lauren. She gruffly asked me to move my backpack, while there was no one in line. I told her we are headed out anyways. She rudely said thanks, giving me a rude stare. What an insufferable staffer, foul mood and her day has only started. We were relieved to leave this poorly run breakfast spot at the airport.

Excellent Hatch Early Mood Food breakfast spot location in the Will Rogers Airport that has most of the menu from the main location in Automobile Alley in OKC. Great service and relatively spacious interior dining area. Recommended!

I'm always in the mood for breakfast food, so anytime I can find a place that serves breakfast 24/7 is already winning! The bar was busy but plenty of open seating, lots of small tables, big tables & booth like tables available for any kind of group. I wanted to chill and rest away from the crowd as I waited on my 1st flight and they were happy to accommodate. My waitress promptly came over, several times to check on me as I took forever to place an order lol. She was friendly & very helpful. First I tried the Funky Islander, a caffeinated cocktail. I've never had one of those before, but it was tasty! The price though is pretty steep at $15. I could see $11 or $12 maybe but 15... nonetheless atleast it tasted good and wasn't a small cup. Next for the food: let me start off by saying I hadn't eaten all day and was hungry for everything! So I opted for the Classic Plate & changed up the toast for a side of French Toast. The bread for the the French Toast could have been better, it lacked a little flavor. I felt like it definitely needed some vanilla & cinnamon added or more of it. The hashbrown tumblers are interesting. They have a more bready consistency. Not bad though. At the end of it, I was able to relax and I ate everything. Rightfully stuffed and satisfied. :)

My chai tea latte is awesome!!!

The hostess was friendly and engaging and accommodated us as my mother-in-law was in a wheelchair and graciously removed a chair from our table. She was informative when I inquired about gluten free options, also for my MIL. Hubs had the biscuits and gravy. MIL just one scrambled egg with fruit. Me a serving of cottage cheese and a bruléed grapefruit. Each of them had a coffeee and me a chai latte. Both food and beverage options are plentiful. We enjoyed our food and our server was very sweet and engaging and attentive to our table. Bill was over $50 so it IS on the pricey side if you ask me but hey; it's an airport restaurant so there's that.

Service was great. Very friendly staff all around. 5 stars for the people. Food was a 3 in taste and quality. Portion sizes were large. It's airport food, so as far as that goes, it's one of the better options in the terminal.

All secondary roads are still snow packed so at 11:30 there was only one other couple in the restrauant. The Press is in an old (1920's ?) repourposed building. The interior is comfortable, charming and a bit whimsical. We started with an order of cheese sticks. They were very good and large. I liked that the cheese sticks did not have Italian seasoning in the breading. Jan ordered the chicken fried ribeye with mashed potatoes, cream gravey and green beans. Jan loved it. I took a bite of the chicken fried steak and it was excellent. The green beans were very good. They were loaded with garlic, which I love, but if you're not a garlic fan, I would suggest another side. I ordered the grilled chicked sandwich with waffle fries. The sandwich was good and the waffle fries were excellent. The portions are large and the food quality excellent. The prices reasonable. The menu has variety. We grabbed 2 seats at the bar and were quickly greeted and given menus, place settings & ice water by one of the bartenders After about 5 minutes our order was taken - I didn't see the gluten free pancakes on the menu so I wasn't hopeful but when I asked the employee said that they do in fact have gluten free pancakes! I ordered pancakes 3 ways - creme brûlée, blueberry with lemon & a pig in a blanket along with 2 scrambled eggs & the candied bacon Hubs got the breakfast tacos, side of bacon and an Irish coffee Candied bacon came out with the Irish coffee quick - both were so good! I'm not a pepper fan so when I saw it on the candied bacon I was nervous, but it didn't overpower the flavor at all Next came the tacos & my smazing plate of gluten free PANCAKES!!!! The tacos looked good, but in all honesty I didn't ask if it was good because I was SO focused on my plate :) The pig in a blanket was my fave - the bourbon syrup was so good, there was a little spice to the sausage which was a nice balance The blueberry lemon was great - light, flavorful and just yummy The creme brulee which I was anticipating the most - was good, but wasn't my fave - maybe I was too full by the time I got to it but it wasn't as nummy as I'd hoped I'll be coming back next time I'm in town

That price isn't even including a tip. This place has always been pricier than the rest, but a couple years ago they used to give your to-go coffees in a mason jar so it was justified. Now the mason jars are gone, the cups are barely bigger than a claw clip, and somehow they're charging even more. This was my fourth time here and I wanted to give them another shot, but it'll have to be my last try. You can get much better coffee at a much more fair price at other places in the city. The only strength Elemental has is that it has a bit longer food menu than other cafes, but if you're paying more than $20 for a tiny coffee and a mediocre snack then you are wasting your time and money. Also, I don't expect you to yell a welcome or fall on your knees to greet me when I walk in, but the service here is miserable and always has been. The barista asked me how I was doing, to which I said good thank you, then just stared at me for a good few seconds. I guess that means go ahead and order here. A simple "what would you like today" would suffice. Most places you get used to waiting a second while the barista prepares the system, so if that's not the case, just say something. Then they hand you your to-go drink without a lid, because the $9.50 you spent doesn't cover that level of labor and you need to do it yourself. I love to support our local coffee shops here in OKC, but you'll never find me recommending Elemental. Which is a shame, because the mason jars in my cabinet at home are a good reminder of when they served unique and fairly priced coffee. I am so thoroughly disappointed that I made an account just to say this. At least the espresso is okay.
