My friend and I flew into Houston and immediately went to check this place out based on other reviews and I must admit the service was amazing and it ran like a well oiled machine. We did the online waitlist, checked in and was seated pretty quickly. We both got the mimosa flight which was a nice option for the price. We split the glitter bomb my friend ordered, it would've been too much glitter for one person. It's literally a glitter bomb so not mad at that lol the name is accurate. I had the birria has (recommended by the waitress/bartender) and it was very good. I cleared my skillet. It comes with cheese quesadillas but I wish they had a little birria inside as it was hard to combine the meat in the skillet with the quesadillas in one bite. My friend had the bread pudding French toast, also recommended by our waitress, she said it was good the portion was just too big to finish. The one complaint she had was that the crème brûlée sauce that came with it was cold. Taste delicious but the temperature difference was weird and it was thick like a pudding for dipping. Overall we had a great time, the DJ was cranking out the tunes, the Bloody Mary bar had people stacking meats like it was fogo de chao, and everybody was friendly. We'll be back and begging for a location up in Maryland. read more

Visited the Pearland location on 07/06/26 for the first time with my family. While the food was good and our server, Louis, was friendly, professional, and attentive, the restaurant's cleanliness was disappointing. There was food on the floor, dirty tables, and even the bar area appeared unclean. I noticed the servers were responsible for taking orders, delivering food, bussing tables, and cleaning the dining area. It was clear they were overworked and doing their best, but the lack of support staff negatively affected the overall dining experience. I appreciate Louis's excellent service, but I don't plan to return because the restaurant appears understaffed, which impacts both cleanliness and customer service. read more

10/10 experience at Hash Kitchen in Pearland! Lisa was hands down one of the best servers we've had. She had amazing energy, made us laugh, and gave great recommendations while breaking down the menu so we knew exactly what to try. The food did NOT disappoint -- the birria tacos were incredible, the cannoli donuts were next level, and the strawberry banana French toast was amazing. Even my picky eater daughter loved her food, which says a lot! Great service, great vibes, amazing food. Highly recommend -- ask for Lisa! read more

Just went to Hash Kitchen in Pearland for Sunday Brunch and it did NOT disappoint! Food? 10/10. Vibe and DJ? 10/10. From the music to the atmosphere, everything was on point. What really stood out was the hospitality. Owner and Head Chef Joey came by our table personally and couldn't have been nicer. The entire staff was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything from start to finish. Hands down, BEST BRUNCH AROUND. If you haven't been, go check it out--you won't regret it! read more

Updating my last review... I've been here three times now, and while the vibe is super fun and the drinks are good, the food and service is inconsistent. We went in early recently, around 8 AM on a Sunday, so there wasn't a big crowd by any means. The waitress came by and got our drink order right away and dropped them off quickly. She asked if we were ready to order and I asked if we could have just one more minute; we didn't see her again for another 10+ minutes. But still, we weren't in a hurry so we were ok. I ordered eggs Benedict (Melina) and when it came out, the eggs were severely over done-no runny yolk at all. My boyfriend didn't get his hash browns that were supposed to come with his order either. After waiting for quite a while (still pretty empty in there, BTW) the waitress finally came back by and we told her about the overdone eggs and missing hash browns, so we went to fix it. A new version of my meal came out pretty quickly and she brought boyfriend's hash browns, but by the time the rest of his food was cold from waiting for mine to be corrected, and my eggs were extremely under-done this time. They still had some unset egg white. I ate what I could around the undercooked part because I didn't want to send it back again, but it wasn't great and doesn't make me want to go back anytime soon. If they could get the service and the food to be more consistent, then maybe I'll make it back. Also, they did charge us for two eggs Benedict's for having to remake mine, but thankfully they corrected the ticket and we didn't have to pay for their mistake. read more

The HTX Honeys stopped by Hash Kitchen for brunch last weekend before heading to R&B in the Park, and let me just say--I was pleasantly surprised! Based on the location, I wasn't expecting too much in terms of vibe, but whew, was I wrong. As soon as we walked in, the energy was up. I thought it was just a solid playlist at first, but nope--they had a live DJ setting the tone! (I wish I knew his name because he was on point.) I even ended up tipping him to spin a couple of my favorite tracks, including the Tamia Line Dance. Only one brave soul joined me on the floor--which either means folks didn't know it or just weren't ready to match our energy--but me and that lady had a time! Let's talk about the food though--exceptional. Every bite hit just right. The service was decent, not mind-blowing, but definitely good enough to keep the mood light and easy. Would I go back? Absolutely. Hash Kitchen gave everything it needed to give for a brunch kickback, and I could easily see it becoming a repeat stop before events or just because. read more

Let me start with a helpful tip: put your name on the waiting list online because the parking lot is packed and you will probably have a little wait. But it's not that bad! The atmosphere is so energetic! It's a party the moment you walk through the door: disco balls, a dj, a large BYO Bloody Mary bar, music is pumping, the bartender is mixing concoctions. Some drinks come in souvenir roller skates or a disco ball with a hat. People come to celebrate birthdays and special occasions. It is not quiet. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but if you want a quiet brunch experience, this won't be it. What you will get is a big party with big portions of food. We got a Mimosa flight with sparkly cotton candy bomb, a bloody may, and Booze in a Bag (Bump n Rind). Very unique. For food we ordered cannoli donuts (very sweet!), strawberry shortcake pancakes(they're HUGE and sweet and amazing with Fruity Pebbles), chile relleno Benedict (absolutely incredible served over crispy sweet corncakes), and the birria hash (soooo good!). Everything was really great. I think my favorite today was the chile relleno Benedict. It was different than anything I've had and full of flavor. I can see myself craving this every weekend. Go check out the party and great food and vibe. The outdoor patio area is dog friendly and open to the bar! read more

First time at this restaurant, 6/28/2026. The decor was nice however the music and heavy base was way too loud! We traveled a long way to visit my daughter and her family and we were trying to have a nice conversation with her and her kids and I couldn't even hear what the person next to me was saying. Not conducive to an enjoyable meal especially first thing in the morning! Food: everyone that had pancakes stated they were cold and chewy, could not finish. The eggs, scrambled, over easy and over medium were either cold or undercooked for their stated preference. Sausage had a strange taste. The bacon was very good along with the smashed potatoes. Would not recommend unless you want to be blown out of your seat while you eat! Not worth the money! read more

Service is great atmosphere even better!! We got there before the line started to form. The drinks were spot on, coffee is recommended in my book! The mimosa flight is a good second. Didn't try the bloody Mary bar but it looked packed with patrons. The food is dummied down which is a shame. Not much flavor for what the presentation might suggest. It seems to be flavored with powder instead of fresh herbs. The braised pork was tender, but had a little more fat than welcomed. I wish the entrees were on the train to flavor town instead of the bus to bland. Overall, not to bad but can do more. read more

Ally was awesome the whole time we were there for lunch!! Highly attentive and approachable! Highly recommend!

What a welcome add to this area. We don't have a party brunch spot that I know of, and this fills a gap. We lucked out on some great weather and sat outside in a very welcoming patio. I really like the bar opening outside. Music is blaring to generate the party atmosphere with a live dj, and disco balls and energetic staff really set the tone. Their menu is extensive brunch options with interesting cocktails and a build your own Bloody Mary bar. Definitely a spot for having a good time with adult friends. Seems to be open brunch hours only so they are serious about getting parties started early. read more

Before we entered, I warned my husband of the reviews of loud noise. His respond was he can tolerate loud music. As we sat down, my husband realized I was not exaggerating on the loud music. The waiter had a hard time hearing our order and we could hear others conversations, but our own. We ordered vanilla lattes, but they were more like flavored milk. I ordered a cup of regular coffee, to balance it out, but that didn't help. The chilaquiles had more chips than anything else. My husband had a traditional breakfast plate and claimed it was okay. The homemade biscuits had good flavor and were acceptable. Once we left, we were both relieved of the quietness. As much as I would like to go back to try the rest of the menu, the loud music will keep me away. read more

Today is Saturday Jan 3rd at 11:40am. Just finished eating. This place was amazing! Food off the charts, fun atmosphere, some might find it a bit loud but we enjoyed it. Live DJ. Coffee menu was great and tasted amazing. We accidentally ordered pancakes and forgot to specify gluten free and our server, Savannah, took them back with no question. Shortly after the mgr came over to make sure we were ok. Both ladies were so sweet. Ask for Savannah, you won't be disappointed. She was so nice and helpful and did a great job as well, we wanted for nothing! Would definitely recommend 10/10! If I had to give a critique I would have to say the hostess could have smiled and been more welcoming but the rest of the experience more than made up for it, that was the only missing piece. read more

New brunch place in Pearland I was excited but I left more disappointed than anything... I ordered a vanilla latte with the Chicken Parm Hash. -Chicken Parm Hash 3/5: The Chicken Parm was crispy & cheesy, unfortunately I disliked that it contained way too many potatoes & needed more eggs. I honestly would not get this again but it was interesting combination. -Vanilla Latte 0/5: By far the worst Vanilla Latte I've ever had, it basically tasted like I was drinking straight up creamer with a hint of coffee... just no, terrible..... Overall if you love music blasting in your ears to where you can't hear anything around you & enjoy mediocre food this place might be for you otherwise stay away. The service was exceptional unfortunately the food just fell short. read more

So, after a bad experience here, we did go back to Hash Kitchen after we received an invitation from the manager after having communicated with him about our initial experience. I have to say, this was a completely different experience from the last time we came. We had a Chocolate Decadence coffee and the But First...We Dessert coffee (with cookie butter syrup) but the drinks were never a problem as they have always been beautiful and so tasty. The chocolate coffee was on the sweeter side so if I ordered that again, I would ask about lessening the sweetness - just a personal preference. The cookie butter coffee was perfect! For our meal, we ordered the Birria Hash and the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with a side of Chicken Maple Sausage. The food was very tasty and beautifully presented. They even offered salsa this time as an additional condiment (for an up-charge) as opposed to my last visit in July when the server just straight up said no when asked about salsa. The flavors of the hash were delicious and well balanced. The pancakes came in a stack of 4. This dish had a really nice lemon flavor complemented by a light and balanced addition of blueberry drizzle. I'm not sure if it was too many pancakes stacked or maybe I needed to put more syrup on it (I typically just put minimal syrup on my pancakes) but it was just a tad bit dry. That being said, I love a good lemon and blueberry combo and I would order it again. We did speak to Ernesto, the manager when he stopped by our table, and he mentioned that they have updated their menu. I wish I had taken a photo of it but I didn't think about it at the time. It did look a little different though and I think they are really putting forth a strong effort to improve their product and thus the customer's experience. After my previous experience, in talking with friends, I had heard others say that they thought Hash Kitchen wasn't as good as it used to be but after today, I would encourage everyone to give them another chance. They seem to genuinely care and want to do well and because of this, are responsive to comments. It's not a cheap place to eat, but at least I feel like my money would be going to a place that values me as a customer. Highly recommend you give them a try! read more

Give Hash Kitchen a try....you will NOT be disappointed. The food is excellent and the portions are more than generous. The atmosphere really sets this place apart from the rest. Hash Kitchen is a cool place to checkout. They are usually busy so i would recommend making a reservation by getting on their waitlist. I've been twice. I'll be honest. I'm not overly impressed with the food. However the ambience and live DJ is really cool and my favorite part are the bloody Mary's. You can get a small or a large bloody Mary and go to the bar and put all the toppings that you want, hot or cold on skewers and you can go up as often as you would like. Honestly, I fill up on this and don't really need food read more

Came in for brunch around 1pm on a Saturday. Was not expecting the parking lot to be so packed and overwhelming but i was able to find a parking spot & glad my friend joined the waitlist online 30 minutes before we even got to the place. Service was a lil slow but our waitress did her best it was a lot going on. I ordered -the mimosa flight 10/10 -the birria hash. 7/10 . My friend had ordered the french toast and i had some of it and oh my god! Def will be coming back for that french toast. Did the join the waitlist. Was 1.5-2 hours - Arrived. Cked in. Was told at least another 30 min. Make your own Bloody Mary bar is cool and has lots of choices. Basically a meal in itself. Got potato tacos - With medium egg. Clearly was over easy. It was ok but I wouldn't order again. My husbands food was brought out with just the Benedict. Waitress said they were making the hashbrowns to go with it. He waited a bit. About 10 min later we still had no hasbrowns to go with them. He ate and we still haven't gotten them. I'm not certain why anyone would bring out a dish that wasn't complete. Prob won't be back. Crowded and seems like a fun atmosphere if you like loud music but prob won't try this place again. read more
