This is my to go place. If I need to get away for a quick bite and mommy me time this is on my top 5 places to go. Food is always good. Theor chicken wings are bomb. I realize this last time that they dab a little honey on it. And its so crunchy I love it.
Popped in for breakfast while visit my son in Pearland. The vibe was perfect for a week day breakfast. I had the half order of avocado toast and he had the Cuban omelet. The food was great - but the avocado toast could have benefitted from fresh cherry tomatoes instead of the bruschetta tomatoes for the texture. We split the billionaire bacon. (Excellent!) My son really enjoyed his cubano omelet. Chloe provided excellent service that was just "enough" without being intrusive. She also made excellent recommendations, if I lived in the area I would def come back.
They have definitely turned it around from the first time I visited. Now this is my go to place after a good workout on the weekends for the very tasty power bowl and cappuccino and great service. Servers are friendly as well. Don't expect a quiet brunch if that is what you're looking for. They typically have a dj spinning for brunch.
Hash kitchen was a great brunch spot I enjoyed with my friend who was visiting from Colorado. No wait time. Welcoming Host, very nice waitress Vanessa was friendly and personable made us feel right at home. The GM Enesto was very caring and professional, when I mentioned the Matcha Latte experiences. I order "The best freaking Birria Hash and the classic waffle; & Ube Matcha Latte (seasonal drink) which was amazing. MY friend ordered the Brunch Sandwich which looked awesome. deep dive deets: The birria Hash, was way more potatoes than hash, it was better describe as lightly smushed baby potatoes, which was way more than the birria. -1 This Birria had a tad fat on it, not the kind of birria I'm use to. I did asked and was told that their's no fat. However, it wasn't much to complain about. (-1 uncooked onions could've been on the side) -1 I requested NO ice in my matcha, and ice on the side. I received a glass full, and when I received my replacement without ice, it was half a glass. Something about measurements. It was fantastic nonetheless. +1 I love that Christin gave me a future suggestion about the waffle; which the kid waffle is the same thing, but comes with a side for less. -1 I couldn't believe that a plain waffle w/sugar was $11, and to add fruit was nearly a $3 add on. +1 I like that my table guest was able to sub the sausage patty for extra beacon. (2 slices) +1 if you sign up for the rewards, you will receive a $1 mimosa. 10% Military discount is offered here.
Fun place to enjoy brunchy with friends or fam. Came here for the first time with some fellow Elite Yelpers for brunch. Love that they have a DJ right at the front door setting the mood for the place. Service- was good. Our server Savannah managed our large party to best of her ability. The place was pretty full. Which I knew it would be. It's definitely a fun party atmosphere. Seating is mostly inside but they do have a smallish patio outside. Which they really should work on. Half the tables outside did not have any chairs. On a nice day, it's a place to double customers. Food- I got the Basic AF breakfast which was pretty tasty and you get to sample a good amount. Comes with 4 small pancakes, eggs your way, 1 meat choice, and potatoes. The potatoes surprised me, as they look so unassuming but are very tasty. If in the area would not mind returning.
Came here to say for a Brunch and Jam session, and that is exactly what happened! You can't make reservations, so some of the crew showed up a little early to snag a table. When I walked in, was greeted immediately but some smiling hosts. Saw my crew and danced my way over!! You're immediately hit with some jams playing, in the super lively and well lit restaurant. I knew it was going to be a good day! Savannah, our server, was absolutely amazing. She too showed up to the table before I sat to ask what I'd like to drink. She made some great recommendations and off we go! When asking about some of the menu items and her choice, she was so great to tell us her faves and I loved that you could tell what her faves were as she talked through them all! I opted for the McDrizzle, which is a hyped up version of McDs McGriddle. The pancakes were super yummy, they had a brand of Hash on there that added some nice texture to the sandwich. I opted to sub out sausage and get back and get an over medium egg. The one thing I can say for a fact is that Hash knows how to cook a perfect egg! Mine was cooked to perfection with the perfect egg run as I bit into the egg. Everyone's eggs on the table looked amazing! Anywhoo, the sandwich was delectable, with tons of sweet, salt, soft, crunchy ratio in every bite! All in all, amazing spot! I wish one was closer to me, as I live in Cypress, and was quite the drive. The music, the service, the food, were all amazing!
There are places you go for the vibe , places for the food and then there is Hash Kitchen in Pearland. You go for convenience. Service 6/10 (collective rating.) Marissa (I think is her name) was the groups saving grace. Her bar mate some man with small gauges in his ear. 0/10. Food was good, I had the Greek Hash and it was okay. I recommend it when you go to stick to simple items on the menu. Will I be back. I doubt it, who knows.
On this past Wednesday, Me and my friend were caving for a good brunch spot So, I asked her have she ever been to Hash Kitchen, and she said yes? And, said she loves their brunch. Of course, I was definitely excited because I heard good reviews for their brunch too. Our service was great, the waitress was very friendly ,and she check on us to make sure if were ok. The ambiance was very nice, and gave a blue colorful beach type of cozy vibe with a full bar. I'll definitely be back to try other items on their menu...can't wait!!!
I came here for a quick weekday brunch. The food was just okay - I wouldn't return specifically for it. Here's what we tried: Main chick hash - a thin layer of cornbread in a skillet with small potatoes and topped with two eggs and 5 chicken wings. The chicken was crispy and juicy but had no hot honey flavor. The cornbread was also a bit dry. This dish would have been better with some maple syrup or hot honey. Biscuits and gravy - biscuits were yummy, a little dense but in a good way, needed more sausage and gravy as there was only enough for the top layer of biscuit, had nice flavor though Matcha latte - would not recommend, color was off and tasted like very sweet oat milk with no matcha flavor at all The service was good; food came out in a reasonable time and the waitress was sweet. The inside was clean with lots of natural lighting. The music was a little loud. Parking was easy on a weekday around brunch as it's in a big plaza but on the weekends and evenings it can be hard to find parking here.
Hash Kitchen is new, hip, and honestly one of the best breakfast spots I've tried in Pearland so far. I ordered the Coconut French Toast, and you get two huge slices. It is definitely Sharable. The flavor coconutty with lots of coconut shavings. You might get some flavoring fatigue and need to add some syrup. I've also tried their protein pancakes and a few other dishes, and everything has been consistently good .The place has a bar which is great for after work And hanging out with friends for brunch. My French toast was about $16, which felt fair for the portion size. I went on a weekday and had zero issues with the service the staff. Overall, I think hash kitchen is my go to although their stuff doesn't seem like it is on the healthy side.
Came here for the first time for a birthday brunch party for 18 ladies on a Friday morning and it was great. The food is delicious. Everything was great, the staff was friendly. The waiters service could have been a little bit better but once we ordered everything went well except for the drinks which he never refilled. Food came out quickly and everything tasted awesome. The ambiance is casual and can get loud. The burritos are huge, every plate was plentiful, presentation was great. My dish was great, I enjoyed everything in it. The Birria meat had a great flavor to it. The potatoes were awesome. I would recommend coming here and would definitely come back to try the carnitas hash.
The weekends have a party vibe with a dj. The weekday is slower and for some reason the service was slower as well. The music is 80s/90s which is perfect for me. Plenty of parking. The menu item names are hilarious! I appreciate the humor. I like how there a a few pictures of food items. The portion sizes are significant. A Good time each time that I've been.
Stopped in without reservation on a Sunday before hitting up the space center. There was a 45 minute wait, but were told they could seat us outside right away and not to worry because there were heaters. We shouldn't have done that. It was so cold, heaters didn't help and everyone's menus, napkins and pieces of food kept blowing all over the place. The service was pretty good, but the food was mediocre. I had the chorizo scrambler. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and chewy, chorizo had a nice flavor, but overall the dish was lacking. We also started with the biscuits which were the highlight of the meal. 2 of the 3 compounded butters were very tasty, the berry one was only ok. Overall, I don't think we'd be back.

Fantastic place! The food was outrageous- that billionaire bacon is seriously the best damn bacon I've ever had. You could make a meal out of just that! I had such a hard time deciding on an entree but finally went with the carnitas hash because that "coca cola braised" aspect was too intriguing. That meat was beyond decadent. It fell apart perfectly and tasted incredible. The whole rest of the dish was tasty as all fluck too. Tried the orange, passion fruit, blackberry and strawberry mimosas- all were great but I enjoyed the passion fruit and strawberry best. Then I made the excellent decision to build my own bloody for dessert. So feckin good! They have so many options for add-ins and even the base choices are a-plenty. Very generous portions for fair prices all around. Leslie was our waitress and she was outstanding. She was so genuinely friendly and REAL with us- nothing faked or forced. It was so refreshing. I'm obsessed with the disco ball decor inside. They've got a great bar (outside too!) and great seating areas. Go hungry! read more

Yummmm! Yum! Yum!! This place is cool and is an influencer's dream. I'm not an influencer, but I imagine it would be... Lol. There are photos opportunities everywhere you turn. Location: In a new Shopping Center in Pearland on 518 a bit past the shopping center with Total Wine, etc. Best to GPS it so you won't pass it up. Parking: Since this is a shopping center there is shared parking. Although they are still building, you pretty much have free reign to pak wherever. However, that may change as the other businesses open up! We shall see! Service: We got there at noon on a weekday and had about a 30-minute wait. Not as bad as when I attempted to go mid-morning on a Sunday, so we toughed it out. The good thing is is that they have water outside for all who are waiting. Our Table Host was plenty busy... you could tell she was giving us space to decide and to eat, but at times felt she gave us a bit too much space. After a while, we just grabbed anyone's attention to assist us. Food: We ordered a variety of foods: -Caritas Hash (9/10 - would recommend) -Chicken Parm Hash (6/10- was just okay) -Birra Nachos Hash (10/10-Would recommend) -Almond Coconut French Toast (2/10- Not the correct bread or ratio for French Toast, but it was pretty dry. I took it home and it still took me a while to finish it. I think I ended up throwing away the crusty crust). Ambiance: Is it shot o-clock over there cuz it is over herrrrreeeee? Shot shot shot shot shot shot... Everybody!!! I love this party!! I don't want to go home, but they close at 2p, so I gotta! Will I go back! Uhhh yeah! They have a live DJ, even during the week. It keeps the vibe fun and exciting. Plus, I likes most of food items! May try something different next time! read more
I've been waiting to get here for some time. There are plenty of parking spotts but hardly any parking for Sunday brunch because the lot is shared with other resturants and they were all busy. This spot is a vibe with the dj playing some good mixed music for the crowd. The service was pretty decent. The thick bacon was good but I've had better. The burrito was really good. The chicken egg bowl was different. Those mimosas were hitting. Good spot for a celebration. Prices were pretty decent read more
Hash Kitchen.. a place that my brother in law and I randomly passed on a Saturday and ended up at on a Sunday with family thanks to my wife who is probably crafting her own review with better visuals lol. This place is full of energy with a live DJ and a random time where they are giving out random shots with the music going. The music is up there in volume so I would not recommend coming here if you are looking for a quiet traditional dining experience. If you are looking for fun, a good time, and something different in Pearland, then by all means make your way. This is an adult and family friendly environment. They did well with blending the 2 atmospheres. Our servers name was Mariam and she was very informative, friendly, and attentive. Food and drinks breakdown: S'more's Latte iced: there is a hot option. I would give this a 9/10. MAKE SURE YOU MIX THIS WELL. You have to mix it well so that you can get the sugar at the bottom into it. Warm might be better (try it if you can and let me know). Billion Dollar Bacon: I give this an 8/10. It is thick and depends on your preference. It's sweet and savory but I honestly prefer my bacon a bit more crispy. Best F*#*#*# Birria Hash: 10/10, it was flavorful with just enough spice and seasoning. Like me, you all may be confused how to consume this and I was too. So.. do you.. personally I just poured it on top of my meal and yyyuuuuummmmmmm. Pineapple upside down pancake: 10/10.. sweetness, pineapple, fluffy, deliciousness.. All the things that you could want in a pineapple upside down pancake. I highly recommend it. Welcome to the jungle: the drink was fantastic. 10/10.. one sip and you will feel like you are on the beach with your feet kicked up. A great drink on a hot day. All in all, check it out for yourself and formulate your own opinion. My tastebuds are not Yours but what I will say. DO NOT GET THE BASIC AF BREAKFAST BECAUSE IT IS AS ADVERTISED. If you love Denny's and of a certain age, then by all means, this breakfast is for you. If you enjoy flavor, avoid this breakfast at all cost. read more

My cousin arrived before me and once I arrived, the waitress (Kasandra T.) arrived a few minutes later to take my drink order (Raspberry Mimosa). While conversing, we enjoyed the lively atmosphere and the live DJ (DJ Mateo) who did his thing. He played a perfect blend of songs to vibe to. Shortly afterwards, the waitress returned for our order and it didn't take long for them to arrive. The food presentation was outstanding and was very tasty. I had the French Toast and a side of avocados. I can't remember what my cousin had but I included a picture of her order as well. PROS: Delicious food, clean environment, lively atmosphere, efficient staff, comfortable seating. CONS: Music is continuously played, cannot accommodate large parties, small parking lot, too many persons who are waiting for seating were standing in the doorway at the hostess station blocking the entrance. The food and drinks are very affordable and the staff is nice. I'm looking forward to going back when it's not so crowded read more

I like this place. It's exactly what we need in Pearland. The service, the vibe and the food all understood the assignment. This place bring a more modern vibe to Pearland but still being inclusive and family friendly. They had a live DJ on the day I went but all songs were appropriate and vibing with the crowd. The food is really good. The Basic AF was anything but basic. The bacon was sweet and salty. The eggs were fluffy and light. You all get the picture. Overall, I would definitely recommend. read more

Vibe: 10/10. Came on a Sunday morning at 10am and they had a live DJ playing good music. It is kid friendly while still being appropriate for a birthday brunch. They came around with shots which was super cool. Service: We had a table of 12 with 5 kids and our server Mariam wa super patient and kind. Drink: Bubble gum pop with tequila reposado: absolutely delicious. 9/10. Appetizer: Billionaire bacon - My brother and I personally rated it 6/10 but my sisters loved it. It's thick. Food: Basic AF is actually that. Basic. 2/10. Super disappointing and should come off the menu. Everyone else's food was good that I tried. The parm chicken sandwich was tasty. S'mores pancake was tasty. Best effin hashbrowns were delicious. The French fries were the best. Recommend. Just don't get the basic AF read more

Drove almost an hour because the food is always AMAZING and the bartender rocks. The only reason I'm not giving a 1 star is because the actual restaurant is great. I'll wait for another Hash to open before i come back - the carnitas has is freaking amazing and their mimosas are killer. They get 3 today though because the hostess this morning though was absolutely out of line - Mother's Day and half the tables in the restaurant and outside are empty. She tells me it's an hour wait for first available table and i legit was like "are you freaking kidding me?" and looked around like they've lost their mind. She then says "ma'am you don't have to yell at me" meanwhile the DJ is blaring music so i can barely hear her. I say that and she ROLLS HER EYES and says "ma'am it's a concept". Little girl it's not the first time I've been here - I'm aware the DJ is there as a concept for the restaurant. You wanna know why I'm yelling is because I'm talking over the music. Hope she's not as rude to her own mother today. Even better - it wasn't but 15 minutes to wait but we already got settled at the bar and then i get a text the table is ready and they'll hold it for 90 minutes. THEN another immediately after they're giving my table up in 2 minutes. Hostess needs training. read more

Went on the grand opening day. Workers were super welcoming, loved everyone's energy! Walked by the DJ as soon as we entered. Our waitress, Jimni, was super friendly. A very lit brunch on a weekday LOL. Hash Kitchen originated from Arizona and I came knowing how the brunch concept would be. Got the Artisan Mimosa w/ white peach flavor. Might try orange or strawberry next time. The coffee menu looked good so I ended up ordering But First... We Dessert (espresso, melted ice cream, cookie butter). Enjoyed it and can't wait to try their other coffee options. Started with Billionaire's Bacon; pretty good. Avocado Toast Hash Style was truly a Texas sized meal. So delicious especially the brioche & pork carnitas, but was struggling to finish it. Did not expect the portion to be big; took the rest to-go. Can't wait to come back and try other menu items! read more

I went here randomly during the week and the service was fast and friendly. The waiter was super helpful when it came time to order. I went with the protein pancakes, which were huge. The pancakes were worth every cent because I was and to eat then again the following day, they are huge! read more
The decor was nice, however the customer service was par at best. The hostess stand was filled with folk that just laughed without offering any guidance or welcomed us in. Even the server was a lil funky when I mentioned to her that something was in the glass as she poured water in which it was in the pitcher of water. The food was so bland like grade school cafeteria food that I didn't bother finishing it. Hopefully other locations are better trained than this location read more

New brunch spot in Pearland with a live DJ on the weekends. I joined the waitlist which stated 40-55 minute wait, when I arrived around 30 minutes after I joined the waitlist and checked in. After checking in we had to wait an additional hour. The decor inside is really nice. Our waitress was not that attentive but it was a busy Sunday morning. The food was just ok in my opinion, as it was lacking seasoning. read more

My husband and step daughter tried this place on a whim. As soon as you walk in, you're hit with loud dance music. They have a dj booth right at the front! Wild! We were put on a waiting list and didn't wait long. Loved that they had crayons and a kids menu to color while we waited to order. I ordered a pineapple mimosa, a round of water for the table and my husband ordered a coffee. Which he never got. We ordered our breakfast and then our server was MIA. The couple next to us who came in after us got their food before us. I ordered the Basic AF breakfast with extra butter for my pancakes (didn't get that either) my husband split Potato Cakes with a roasted pepper (don't remember the name). My breakfast was good! His was also good but when he bit into the pepper it still had the stem on it. The stem was covered in batter too so you couldn't see it. You would think that wouldn't have been covered in batter! Food was tasty but service needs help. I'm showing my age here but if the music was just a tad lower and the server didn't disappear for ever it would have been better. Food was a 4. Service a 2. All and all 3 read more
Well, this has made the list of one of my new favorite brunch spots! The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks and ambiance was a vibe. What went great? I order the hash barria nachos, my sister ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito and my hubby order the chilaquiles. For drinks, we ordered a bottle of champagne with fruit muddle on the side and a couple of build your own bloody Marys. Wow , did they deliver on flavor and abundance! The hash barria nachos were very delicious. The meat was tender and the food over all was flavorful. This was a pretty nice size dish so it was very hard to finish . I loved that . Both other dishes looked very good and hardy. Both my husband and sister raved about their food. My fun favorite was the build my own drink. Their so many toppings for my Bloody Mary, I just added all to my stick. I chose a spicy flavor for the Bloody Mary , my liquor of choice and was able to add the toppings at my leisure. The toppings included but not limited to - jalapeños, bacon, jalapeños poppers, beef jerky , assorted veggies, boiled eggs, olives and cheeses and more ..As you can see from my picture , it was quite full and very tasty! What was a challenge ? The wait time was awful. Prior to leaving my home, I placed us on the waiting list as there no reservations or valet. I was given 75-100 minute wait. This was Sunday at 10:30 am. When we arrived 20 mins later, I checked in at the front and was told that they will let us know when our table is ready. We waiting for another 45 -55 minutes to be seated outside. Overall, the entire wait was about hour and a half. I highly recommend to check in online so that when you arrive your wait would be reduced....? Luckily the food , service and drinks made up for the very long wait . We will come back as it was a fun upbeat time and the food and drinks were great. read more
Everything was pretty ok. Both skillets that I tried seemed to be missing something. There wasn't enough contents for all the potatoes given. If you're a sweet breakfast person, then ignore everything and try them out. The mimosa was sweet and the champagne wasn't strong. This is probably right there with a Perkins or toasted yolk as far as ambience and crowd. Our server seemed to rush off once we received our food instead of waiting to see if we needed anything additional which sucks when you have to wait for her to come back if you need additional salsa, syrup, etc. read more
Came in on a Saturday for brunch with a group of 4. They had an hour wait but since it's in a shopping strip we stopped by the cafe to grab a matcha while we waited. It surprisingly didn't take the entire hour for us to get the text that our table was ready. The restaurant is very lively they have a dj that plays pretty good music. The food is where things go downhill. I'm not sure what to classify this restaurant as, they have American and Mexican style breakfast, we all opted for the Mexican style. I had the Birria Hash and it was so mediocre, it came with three sad ass quesadillas that weren't good. My cousins both ordered green chilaquiles and the tortillas were nearly burnt, and slightly too spicy. The mimosa flights were also just okay, they all tasted the same like sparkling wine with some food coloring we couldn't taste the flavors. If I ever do come back I'd probably try the American breakfast instead because the waffles did look very good. read more

Really cute new brunch spot in Pearland. Came here for a birthday brunch with my family. A good spot for friends and families if your OK with the LOUD music. I put us on the waitlist online with a 55-75 minute wait so we planned to arrive an hour after I put us on the waitlist. I checked in at the front with the hostess. She wasn't the most welcoming, asked for my name and said I'd received a text when the table was ready. I kindly asked how long the wait would be and her response with an attitude was "I don't know, there's no way to know." I asked if getting on the waitlist online helps shorten the wait time and she responded "I don't know, maybe 20 to 30 minutes." I was a bit annoyed at that time because I already arrived an hour after I added ourselves on the waitlist so we didn't have a long wait especially with a toddler. The wait ended up being only 10 minutes but I do think the hostess needs a little bit of coaching with customer service. Everyone else, especially our server was great. We ordered the banana bread French toast sticks which were bomb! My favorite was definitely the herb chicken on a biscuit. The flavors were great and on point. My mom ordered the avocado toast. The bread was huge and I felt it was too bready, there wasn't enough avocado spread. We ordered one of the drinks that came in a pouch, I forgot the name but it was the one listed first. I definitely recommend and would come back. read more

We had breakfast here early on a Friday morning. We beat the crowd and had delicious food. Chicken tinga scrambler with a brown patty instead of potatoes, the potato tacos + pork and the chicken and waffles. I didn't get a pic of the French toast sticks, they were good but supperrrrr heavy. We split these between the table for something sweet and all of us agreed it's too much for a meal lol. Music was great, service was good. We will be back! read more
Met up with a few of my former coworkers for an early holiday brunch. Hash Kitchen had been on my list of places to try- I just hadn't made time to check it out. To my luck, my friend who organized the meetup choose Hash Kitchen as she had been already and raved about the food. First off, make reservations because this placed stays stacked and packed! We arrived at noon on a Monday and there was an hour wait for a table, but that was cool but we had time to catch up. My friend grabbed bevs from the bar as we sat outside which has a line of patio furniture tables with umbrellas. It was a little nippy because of the wind but not uncomfortable. We probably would have enjoyed being outside more than inside if the weather wasn't so obsure, but we wanted to enjoy the full essence of HK so a interior table is what we waited for. We had a great spot inside in the back corner of the restaurant which allows you see everything and everybody. The vibes here are lively and cheerful complete with disco balls and gold glittery walls. Not your typical brunch experience, but typical is so 2023. Hash busted to door wide open in Pearland in 2024 and made brunch an experience from the servers to the food, Hash has you covered with a kaleiscope of choices and unique dishes and drinks. However, I was very torn on what to order despite perusing reviews and pics before my visit. After a week of indecisiveness, I knew I'd order the bread pudding french toast and coffee. Unfortunately, they were out of the bread pudding french toast so I opted for the regular brioche and asked for strawberries (no charge for that add btw). Coffee was so fresh and smooth I drank the whole kettle left on the table! I've never drank so much coffee in my life but I think it was the special creamer our server Kelby created. I requested french vanilla creamer, and she stated she could mix something together to make it french vanilla. Anyway, it was delicious!!! I don't use sugar anymore in my coffee so no late night wide awake caffeine high for me lol Hash has all the speciality drinks you could ever imagine, but simplicity is bliss for me and their coffee proves that point. I will say the french toast fell a little flat for me as it was on the dry side. Asked for extra syrup to compensate which is unlike me. Plus the maple sausage I intially ordered for my protein wss a little too pale for me. Asked Kelby to switch out and got the Applewood Smoked Bacon instead. 4 strips of meatyness graced my presence but not for long because it was crispy just like I like it! My fellow dinners didn't have any complaints about their dishes. From the looks of them all, the portion sizes were huge- even the kids pancake. It was round like a basketball! Kelby took great care of our entire table of 5 adults and 1 kiddo with ease. Once more, we were able to enjoy each others company and have a conversation. I have seen reviews from past patrons stating the music was too loud but it was just right at our visit. We even were able to get a group shot together before we left the establishment. Everyone was so nice, welcoming and accomodating, but I must highlight the manager Kendrick who took my call after the restautant had closed and was going to permit me to look for my phone that I thought I had left at HK. I have two phones (Call me the Kevin Gates of Yelp) and thought I left it. Finally found it under the seat when I arrived at HK as I was waiting for Kendrick to open the door after looking in my section for the phone. He was the only one left in the parking lot and I'm sure he was ready to go home but his compassion was heartfelt. Thank you Kendrick for your understanding and HK for a great brunch with a really special bunch of people in my life. I look forward to making more memories at Hash in the future. read more

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share this with us. We’re truly…
It's that time of the year where it's my birthday and I get to choose where the fam and I get to eat. I am a breakfast/brunch fanatic and Hash Kitchen screamed my name when they popped into the Pearland food scene. I patiently waited as I always do with new spots so they can work out all their kinks. I also watched reviews on here and monitored local foodie pages to see what everyone's thoughts were. It was time to pull the trigger. My sister in law was thinking ahead and called a few days in advance to see about reservations. Apparently they were booked solid for an early Saturday morning slot but were able to squeeze us in once she mentioned it was for a birthday. From what I've heard, if you're walking in, be prepared for long waits. HK is located in a brand new strip center and as of now the only business open, so parking is plentiful. Brunching is cool these days! Alot of places in Houston are known for their lively brunches and now Pearland has the same. I think the kids call it a vibe. It is definitely a vibe here. If you like picture worthy drinks and food, this is your spot as well. Prior to coming I kept reading the music is loud and some groups are a little rowdy. I'm all for it but was worried the older family members might not like it. Walking in you are immediately hit with a party vibe. There's disco balls on the ceiling, a DJ spinning right as you walk in, a Bloody Mary bar, and a huge bar that also opens up to the patio. That being said, my parents and uncle totally enjoyed the atmosphere. The music was loud, but not obnoxious. The mix of music was good for all age ranges. and everyone in my group was bopping their heads. The staff here is awesome too. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood and worked well as a team. On to the food! This is a breakfast and brunch spot so they have hashes, benedicts, waffles, pancakes, French toast, scrambles ,sandwiches, fruits, salads and sides. I could not decide like always so I asked for their most popular dishes and narrowed it down to the herb fried chicken and waffles. I watched as food got served around surrounding tables, and the portions here are no joke. Bring an appetite! I kept mental notes of all the things I need to try next time. My dish came out and it was huge. There was a generous portion of perfectly fried, bone in chicken on top of a large, fluffy waffle. All of that was topped with fried leeks. I tried each component individually first. The chicken was crunchy and seasoned just right. They used the thigh so every bite was moist. The waffle was big, but still fluffy and airy. I also ordered a side of hash browns because they looked like McDonalds hash browns and we all know those are elite. Did not disappoint. I tried one of the hashes, the chilaquiles, and some pancakes and they were all delicious as well. While I waiting I sipped on their unlimited coffee which was good. They also have a wide range of cocktails. There's some truly unique items that I would like to try when I come with my party brunch crew. If you are a bloody Mary lover, they have a whole build your own bloody bar. They give you a base, and then you go to this assembly line that has so many toppings for you to create your own, perfect bloody. Overall, this is definitely my favorite breakfast spot in Pearland. I will most definitely be back! read more

This new brunch joint is great, highly recommend. It's located a little on the West side of Pearland. The lot has plenty of parking spots. There are plenty of seating on it he inside. Their drink menu looks extensive and very creative, with a full Bloody Mary bar - which we didn't get to try at this visit. Their breakfast menu is equally thoughtful. Our table had a few of the hash along with pancakes - I had the chile rellano Benedict, order this if you like a touch spicy. All dishes were very delicious. They have several hot sauce option available. We went on a weekday, and it still drew a nice crowd. Service and food were quick! read more

Service was good, we were seated promptly and it was consistently good throughout visit. Ambiance was nice, chic, trendy, fun music...definitely feel the nice vibe. Options to sit outdoors but we opted to sit indoors. Ordered coffee and tea. Both good, waitress was on top of refills. Sandwich was great, eggs were fluffy, ham tasty...very good. Pancake was okay, more of a sweet cream batter so it was very sweet plus powdered sugar...seemed overly sweet. We ordered the scrambler with tomato, mushrooms, American cheese and avacado. The scramble did not seem to have cheese at all, and eggs were over cooked. Manager was nice enough to have it remade, the remake had same overly cooked eggs and Kraft cheese slice placed on top. They offered to remake again, but honestly as much as we appreciated the attention to service I feel it was just preference in how eggs were made. I prefer light and fluffy, and they just seemed overcooked which I feel sometimes can totally changes the flavor profile. Just a case of preference. Would we visit again, definitely...service was great! read more
