They are scheduled to open at 11AM and we had our reservation for 11:30AM. We arrived at 11:08 and they were closed. I called and they said they will open in 10 minutes, they didn't open until 11:36. They had to set up our table. There was no greeting. It was hot inside with a portable a/c. The tables are small square metal and the chairs are small. Now on to the good part. Our waitress was a very kind young lady. The food is good and the Happy Hour is all day.

Southwestern egg rolls 9/10 smaller than expected but still good

The food was really good, definitely made to order so expect a wait. The $5 margarita taste like really good juice, I wouldn't waste your money if your wanting something strong or to get you tipsy. Better deal was to get the $3 shots they were damn near double shots. My only complaint is they almost forgot my wings, me and my mom were almost finished when they noticed and then they immediately brought it out so I still had to pay and just ask for to go box. I would come back now that I know what to order and wait expectations ! Good music playing, nice vibe, and the staff were nice.

I drove from Tomball to this place on the other side of town because these IG influencers really be hyping these Houston restaurants up. Not worth it at all. Overhyped. Should've listened to the reviews. They also charge a "take out fee"! WTF is a "takeout fee" of 18%? Because I don't want to sit in your establishment and yell at the top of my lungs over loud music, I get charged a fee. I swear these Houston restaurants are overcharging just because. I've been eating out my whole adult life and never been charged a takeout fee. I ordered the Oxtail Sliders and the Oxtail Eggrolls. Sliders were okay. Eggrolls were trash. Extremely little for $17!!! 3 tiny eggrolls cut in half to bite size pieces. The eggrolls are literally the size of spring rolls at an Asian restaurant, then cut in half. The prices are not justifiable. Even with oxtail being a premium meat. Mac and cheese was definitely trash. No flavor at all. If I'm paying almost $50 for my food, I better not find any problems with my order. I'd give any restaurant the same energy. I have no problem paying for food and quality and dining experiences. Trust me, my tabs at steakhouses are car notes for some. I wasn't pleased at all and I won't be back. I just hate I listen to these food bloggers and waste my money. I won't trust anymore food bloggers ever again.

Brunch with the first ladies. Small place but very nice workers. Everyone was so friendly. Ebony, our waitress was very attentive and kept our water carafe filled. The music was fiya! The dj came around 12 noon and was playing old R&B. He had us all singing Tevin Campbell-Can we talk amongst other songs. The vibe was hitting! My cousin and I will be returning without our moms. Not that they can't come, because that's where we got our litness from. Lol!

Chill vibe almost any day of the week. Everyday is like Sunday Funday. Live DJ, the wings are HUGE and worth the $$. Music genre: Hip Hop Hookahs available. Bar tender is really nice and came by to make sure we were satisfied with our drinks. Will be back!

Oxtails with a side of greens (macaroni and yams are the standard sides with this meal)...

I was a little skeptical going here because of some of the reviews...but glad I didn't listen to the folks! Now one thing they did get right is the parking..it is limited. However we went when it opened and had no issues parking. We we greeted when we walked in. They had the trap music playing. It kind of gave me "locker room" vibes. Our waitress was Cynthia and she was amazing. She gave me background on how this started off as a food truck in 2019. She recommended great things on the menu. We had a Appetizer platter with sliders (spicyyyy), good egg rolls, and boneless wings. We shared the catfish and shrimp and grits because we were already full. Now these frozen sidecars yall with a extra shot of Henn got me. I start sweating and had to take a 15 minute nap in the car before my ride back to Katy. I think I may leave out the extra shot next time. Lol. I hear that Sunday is the busy day of them all. It's not a big spot..so plan accordingly. If ever by OST..give this place a try!

I was a little skeptical!! Because the reviews weren't so positive! But I'm so glad I gave this gem a chance. The vibe is very much lit and turn up. They had a DJ. We were there on a Sunday and it was packed. The service was good. A little slow and we had to remind the server of a couple of things. They wrote super busy! Our food and drinks were soooo good! It came out hot and fresh. I was impressed. The place is small and I definitely see them outgrowing this spot! They have the best yams that I have ever tasted from a restaurant! Everything was so good'

I love the ambiance here. The service was great and the food was okay. I would definitely come back.

Food is a joke , don't waste your money . Ordered the Cajun pasta which they literally threw it in a tuber ware and popped it in the microwave. Pasta was so over cooked , pissed I wasted $20.

I was so happy to see a small drive through window. Note than it is a bit of a tight parking lot, but with some maneuvering can be navigated. Our server was so kind and pleasant and talked us through her recommendations when we asked. She also explained the size options. The small is very LARGE, and is far more than enough for a meal. I had the fettuccine alfredo fried and I still cannot believe how good they were. The fries were not soggy and yet ere incorporated into the cheese, with plenty of chicken as well. The boudin egg rolls were also amazing! The menu is extensive and really has options to cater to most flavors. A can't miss!

Reheat will be soggy fries for sure. Service was great. The guy was kind and patient while I decided what to order. The place was nice and clean. Went on a Monday close to closing but still great. 10/10 would come back. It's a super super large plate do next time will be going with someone to share. Neighborhood is a bit...hmm...desolate.

The staff were also pleasant and attentive, checking in on us and making sure we knew what dishes were new and popular. Based on recommendations, I got the lasagna, which was designed based on the Italian flag and was stunning-both in appearance and taste. Each bite was balanced and flavorful, going well with both of the sauces. The chicken parm was also elevated in flavor, giving a home-like and rich feeling to each bite. For dessert I got the chocolate mousse and it was rich heavenly bliss. The meringue and mousse went perfectly together in both flavors and textures. A wonderful experience!

This is a combination review for a dinner at Milton's that I purchased at a charity auction and a…read moresubsequent meal where we brough our son and daughter in law to Milton's to celebrate their 4th wedding anniversary. Bottom line is that Milton's should be your go to place for just good old Italian fare but in an upscale but not stuffy atmosphere. Mark Sayre - the restaurant groups beverage director hosted the charity dinner for my wife and I and 4 other guests. We were served 9 courses family style including a couple of cold plates, a couple of salads, a couple of pastas and a couple of entrees along with a dessert. Everything was fantastic and Mark did a great job of hosting and explaining the wine pairings. The best of the apps was the Sicilian Tar tar. Tuna, scallop and salmon perfectly marinated on crostinis. The Hearts of Palm Salad was excellent, and they are definitely sharable, probably made for 3 - 4 guests to share. Of the two pastas the Cresta De Gallo stood out the most, but the Bolognese was also virtually perfect. Of the two entrees we enjoyed the Chicken Piccata slightly more than the Hanger Steak. On our second visit, Ryan was our server. He had been our server at Underbelly, One Fifth and Georgia James in the past and remembered us immediately and was a wonderful host for the meal. This time the table enjoyed the Chargrilled Oysters and the Parsley Salad to start. We also sampled 4 pastas - The Cresta De Gallo again, the Chitarra with Scallops and Uni, the Lumache with Vodka Sauce and the Sourdough Tagliatelle. All were fantastic. My personal favorite was the Chitarra. In the end we finished off all 4 so no leftovers. We then shared the Chicken Piccata as our only entree. This dish is so good. Juicy Chicken, flavorful sauce, and the Sourdough Tagliatelle was the perfect accompaniment. We also enjoyed two desserts - The Budino (which is more like a chocolate tort than a pudding) and the Tiramisu. Both wonderful. If Milton's wasn't over an hour from our house, it would become a regular on the rotation. But it is definitely good enough to warrant many return visits.
