We placed a large work order through DoorDash and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Bun Slut had ample time to review and prepare our order, yet several issues occurred.When the food arrived, we immediately noticed that one entire meal was missing. In addition, the burgers were missing basic toppings like tomatoes and onions. The patties also appeared rushed and poorly prepare and some were not even seasoned.Overall, this was a frustrating experience, especially given that I spent nearly $40 on my part and the total bill was over $200. I was able to check out BunSlut during their grand opening weekend and I am super excited that this place is finally in a store front location close to me. The inside was clean and trendy with enough space to share a table or two. I can see as more people find out about this spot, it may be hard to sit inside but the food came out pretty quick which will help with getting people in and out. I tried the single burger and an order of fries. The burger was very light and flavorful. I didn't feel super stuffed after I finished my meal but I was also somewhat full. My husband and I went here on a whim, after his coworker recommended the place. I'm not sure if it's a chain or a one off, but let's be real. If you're working and look up BunSlut...with the word slut...you're lucky if you're company doesn't have blocked/censored searches. I think they could be potentially losing business clients, all in the name of having a trendy name and not sure how that will last long term. There spicy fries were good and unique compared to other things I have tasted. I don't think I would have enjoyed the plain fries though. I got the sluttyburger - again, the names, like they're funny weird, I get it, but my job will block searches about cats if I just put in pussycat...like G rated kitty stuff. Oddly, I thought the burger would need jalapenos, because the description didn't give the impression it was flavorful, but it was and the jalapenos werne't necessary. It's hard to say who the intended crowd was as it was still opening weekend. All types of folks came from business workers nearby wanting to check out a different restaurant, friends supporting, and people wanting to say they ate at a bunslut. Inside the music is 2 steps above grocery cool soundtrack and that's not a bad thing. Singing, "How to Save a Life," to yourself while eating isn't the worst thing ever. Milkshakes were good. Bunslut is very similar in style to dripped birria. The interior is dark with neon pink signs reading "Slutty AF" and other such bunslut related phrases. There is a kiosk to order on and if you order dine in the food will be taken to your table. The bathroom and tables weren't clean, the place seemed understaffed. When the food came, the serving sizes looked pretty small, like In N Out size. The burger only had pickles on it and American cheese, which isn't great for the price, considering that you can get a burger with all the fixings for a similar price at Burger Joint that will be much larger. It was a smash burger style patty that was extremely greasy rather than juicy. The cheese fries weren't great, the sauce tasted atrocious (too runny and thin) and I am sure there were no actual dairy products in the fries. The virgin fries weren't bad at all and they were the only item that I would consider getting again. The server also mixed up our order with another customers even though we ordered dine in and they ordered to go. There are better places to spend your money. This restaurant is inauthentic and food is basically minimum quality. The "slut" theme also felt a bit halfhearted, mostly only in the names of some of the fries and burgers and in the neon signs on the walls. It would be nice to see the restaurant lean more into the theme to make it feel more genuine. read more

My only add on was the beef bacon on the double cheeseburger and regular fries. Menu pretty straightforward burgers, shakes and fries. So when my food came the cashier/food runner delivered my tray and brought ketchup which was nice. However, the ball of hair that came with it was disgusting. Since it wasn't on the tray I went ahead and ate the food after a long prayer and left the ketchup on the table. As someone who has been in the industry food handling is important and the management and staff need a refresher asap. I won't go further as I am not being paid to consult, but if you need one I will get you all the way together in 1-2 weeks time. Taste.....burger had no seasoning yet fries were crispy and well seasoned. Cheese was barely melted on the burger and bacon was not cooked well. Honestly I'm surprised there are multiple locations. We were so so excited to try this place, but we were let down. While the burgers were fine, it wasn't worth the trip and the hassle to get the order corrected. We were missing several items in our to-go order (the bag was stapled close when they gave it to us, so we assumed it was all checked) and when we called it sent us through a bunch of AI bots. We waited to speak to someone, but it never gave us the option and never let us leave a voicemail. We would just go back in person, but it's a 45 minute drive for us. Environment is cute but not very bright and welcoming. Food is served as a to-go order. The burger isn't bad, it's okay. If the entire tickets wasn't 50% off-- it would've been the BIGGEST rip off.
