    Menudo with corn tortillas.

It was my second time here and I ordered the same thing as my first. Chicken fried chicken with white and brown gravy. A Belgian waffle with sugared powder and cinnamon powder. The portions are big and the food is delicious! It's also affordable, the portions are so big that it's almost a steal. The service is always great. I got there early and my order didn't take long. My family member ordered a Menudo and they enjoyed it. We asked the waitress for a small sample and they were nice enough to let us try it before we actually ordered the menudo. It's a nice hidden gem and a must have if in the area!

If you're looking for a quick, easy and cheap breakfast with no frills.. Leo's Country Kitchen is the place to go! Literally breakfast plate of eggs cooked the way you like, with bacon and hash browns for like $6.99 or something dirt cheap. It's a diner like experience and comes with diner prices! Belgium waffle, breakfast tacos, cheese omelette? They have it all; it's all as you would expect; and the cheese omelette and tacos are pretty large in size! Service is always friendly and fairly quick. There's usually a steady stream of people on the weekends but we never have trouble getting a seat. Parking lot is small but everyone seems to make up their own spots and it's always fine. Fiance loves coming here cause it's his type of place. We've been here a handful of times and when he wants a traditional breakfast, this is usually his go-to! Don't come expecting anything fancy and you won't be disappointed!

The food was really delicious! I had the pork chop, egg, hash browns, grits, and added a waffle which was incredibly fluffy and flavorful. I didn't do the powdered sugar, but the cinnamon and butter I believe was a game changer.

The food is unbelievable! The waitress was super nice, this place is a few blocks away from my house. Very quaint place. I had the liver and onions, mashers and green beans!

First morning in Houston after a long international flight and wanted a down-home sort of breakfast at a place that was nearby and open early. This fit the bill and did not disappoint. The menu is extensive, but I stuck with something fairly mundane--two fried eggs with sausage and home fries. All of it was great, the eggs cooked perfectly and the sausage and home fries delicious. The coffee was even really good. Nothing fancy, but good, honest food. Just what I was after. Thanks!!

Decided to give it a try since it was 3 minutes away from home. I was not very impressed. I had higher expectations for this place. I saw the menudo sign for 5.99, so I knew it would be a miss or hit but still decided to give it a try. Also, I got the scramble egg with cheese just in case de menudo was a failed. You can't go wrong with eggs. Anyways, back to the food, the menudo was missing flavor it tasted like it was reheated. The cheese on the egg was just a cold slide of America cheese that I mixed with my egg to melted. I wish they would have melted the cheese, but no problem, still eat it. I did have the kids taste the menudo, and only the youngest said it was good, so I guess it couldn't be that bad l. The restaurant those needs a little maintenance and maybe a cleaning to be a new restaurant it need some keep up. Service was not bad, but those needs some improvement.

Great place and amazing affordable prices ! The owner , is super nice and so is the staff ! Dessert for little under 2$! They have lunch specials and they serve you so much +a drink & a bread for a great price ! Def Would recommend anyone to stop by

I have been knowing Leo for over 30 years and I'm so glad and proud he now has his own place. Just like old memories this place feels like home. Food was great and the restaurant is clean and we AC. I will be coming back as many times as I can from now on.

Chicken fried chicken, with hasbrowns and eggs! (gravy was on the side as well as the toast)

Wanted to try a new breakfast place area and I stumbled upon this one! I noticed this was only 3 mins away and saw it had good reviews so decided to try it out. I had placed a to-go order over the phone this morning and said the wait time was about 10-15 mins which was great for me. I walked into the restaurant, it's a little bit small but very manageable first thing you see is the kitchen bar and it was decorated very nicely, and the food did not disappoint at all I had ordered the chicken fried chicken and it was really good! They give you either brown gravy or white gravy along with hashbrowns/ grits and toast/biscuit and the portion size was a good size I would say! I will say that the service was fast and they were very friendly. Will come back again with perhaps family and friends!

    Chicken fried steak breakfast meal!

Chicken fried steak breakfast meal! A lot of food. Very delicious home cooked country food at prices that can't be beat. Good service! Quaint location.

There were 2 servers that were assisting with the table. Both very nice and got our orders correct. I had to split the bill in a weird way and they followed instructions well. The restaurant is always nice and clean including the restroom. The restaurant has a lunch option for 2 items for $25. What a steal! I got the wedge salad because I love the smothered blue cheese dressing. I got the mahi mahi tacos. Tacos were a good lighter choice. I didn't realize that it came with fries. Service: not great, we had a manager start off as our server but she was awkward in a "not socially aware" way (ex. she kept saying our server had to use the bathroom, even when our server came to the the table and looked so embarrassed; she also told me my non-alcoholic drink order would not taste good without knowing it's what I drink at home), rushed us (every time she said she would give us a moment she'd come RIGHT back to the table within seconds) Our actual server started off rocky as well, perhaps wasn't having a good day and she was visibly annoyed with the manager. She was short and blank with us until she realized we're very nice lol and by the end, her tone and energy had completely shifted for the better. The foreign object: about 2/3 of the way through the meal, I bit into a small piece of blue plastic. Did not know if it was in the fish or the mac and cheese, but I was devastated because I was almost finished eating but couldn't due to paranoia. Our server handled it swiftly and the manager came and let us know it was take off the bill and offered free dessert. Overall, not bad and the food was good enough to where I would go back and give them another try in the future.

Instead, it is about the way we were treated by the hospitality manager, Kryssalyn Bayne. Our party consisted of five people, including a 97-year-old senior citizen. When we arrived, four of the five members of our party were present, and there were no guests waiting to be seated. However, Ms. Bayne was focused solely on the fact that one member of our party had not yet arrived. She informed us that other guests had been seated because they had called ahead, although this option had never been communicated to us during any of our previous visits. What was most concerning was not the seating policy itself, but the manner in which we were treated. Ms. Bayne's demeanor was loud, confrontational, and, in our opinion, disrespectful. We had all just come from church and were simply trying to understand the restaurant's policy. When I politely suggested that she lower her voice, she responded by accusing me of speaking disrespectfully to her staff, despite the fact that I had not spoken to anyone other than her. Grace's has always been known for its hospitality, which made this experience especially disappointing. I believe the front-of-house staff, and particularly those in leadership positions, would benefit from additional training in customer service, de-escalation, and professional communication. Every guest deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, this interaction overshadowed what should have been a pleasant meal and family gathering. We were seated at Table 14 & served by Mr Lewis who was a breath of fresh air. The food was good despite the entry.

We ordered: Sicilian Tar Tar, Arancini, Cappelletti, Orecchiette, and Tiramisu. The Sicilian Tar Tar was very fresh and light however, the star dish of the evening was the complimentary bread basket. The breads are baked in-house so they tasted very fresh and so delicious. I would definitely return for the bread basket and to try other dishes but I would not order the Cappelletti or Orecchiette again. Both dishes were more on the bland side and the Tiramisu was just okay to me. Perhaps the ladyfingers were soaked too long or something because I didn't get any texture of it. I also did not taste any coffee flavor. I definitely would not order that again.
