Came here for the first time for a birthday brunch party for 18 ladies on a Friday morning and it was great. The food is delicious. Everything was great, the staff was friendly. The waiters service could have been a little bit better but once we ordered everything went well except for the drinks which he never refilled. Food came out quickly and everything tasted awesome. The ambiance is casual and can get loud. The burritos are huge, every plate was plentiful, presentation was great. My dish was great, I enjoyed everything in it. The Birria meat had a great flavor to it. The potatoes were awesome. I would recommend coming here and would definitely come back to try the carnitas hash.

There are places you go for the vibe , places for the food and then there is Hash Kitchen in Pearland. You go for convenience. Service 6/10 (collective rating.) Marissa (I think is her name) was the groups saving grace. Her bar mate some man with small gauges in his ear. 0/10. Food was good, I had the Greek Hash and it was okay. I recommend it when you go to stick to simple items on the menu. Will I be back. I doubt it, who knows.

On this past Wednesday, Me and my friend were caving for a good brunch spot So, I asked her have she ever been to Hash Kitchen, and she said yes? And, said she loves their brunch. Of course, I was definitely excited because I heard good reviews for their brunch too. Our service was great, the waitress was very friendly ,and she check on us to make sure if were ok. The ambiance was very nice, and gave a blue colorful beach type of cozy vibe with a full bar. I'll definitely be back to try other items on their menu...can't wait!!!

I came here for a quick weekday brunch. The food was just okay - I wouldn't return specifically for it. Here's what we tried: Main chick hash - a thin layer of cornbread in a skillet with small potatoes and topped with two eggs and 5 chicken wings. The chicken was crispy and juicy but had no hot honey flavor. The cornbread was also a bit dry. This dish would have been better with some maple syrup or hot honey. Biscuits and gravy - biscuits were yummy, a little dense but in a good way, needed more sausage and gravy as there was only enough for the top layer of biscuit, had nice flavor though Matcha latte - would not recommend, color was off and tasted like very sweet oat milk with no matcha flavor at all The service was good; food came out in a reasonable time and the waitress was sweet. The inside was clean with lots of natural lighting. The music was a little loud. Parking was easy on a weekday around brunch as it's in a big plaza but on the weekends and evenings it can be hard to find parking here.

Hash Kitchen is new, hip, and honestly one of the best breakfast spots I've tried in Pearland so far. I ordered the Coconut French Toast, and you get two huge slices. It is definitely Sharable. The flavor coconutty with lots of coconut shavings. You might get some flavoring fatigue and need to add some syrup. I've also tried their protein pancakes and a few other dishes, and everything has been consistently good .The place has a bar which is great for after work And hanging out with friends for brunch. My French toast was about $16, which felt fair for the portion size. I went on a weekday and had zero issues with the service the staff. Overall, I think hash kitchen is my go to although their stuff doesn't seem like it is on the healthy side.

Stopped in without reservation on a Sunday before hitting up the space center. There was a 45 minute wait, but were told they could seat us outside right away and not to worry because there were heaters. We shouldn't have done that. It was so cold, heaters didn't help and everyone's menus, napkins and pieces of food kept blowing all over the place. The service was pretty good, but the food was mediocre. I had the chorizo scrambler. The scrambled eggs were overcooked and chewy, chorizo had a nice flavor, but overall the dish was lacking. We also started with the biscuits which were the highlight of the meal. 2 of the 3 compounded butters were very tasty, the berry one was only ok. Overall, I don't think we'd be back.

The weekends have a party vibe with a dj. The weekday is slower and for some reason the service was slower as well. The music is 80s/90s which is perfect for me. Plenty of parking. The menu item names are hilarious! I appreciate the humor. I like how there a a few pictures of food items. The portion sizes are significant. A Good time each time that I've been.

As other reviews have mentioned, it is very loud and cramped. So don't be surprised when it's exactly that. BUT the food we ordered was good. Our service was really good as well! We joined the online waitlist which said it would be 10-20min. We checked in when we got there and got seated immediately. The music that was played was light club music.. if that makes sense. So if that's not the vibe, then I'd go somewhere else. They were out of the cannoli donuts so we got the boujee biscuits (not pictured) and they were delicious!

It's always loud in here, both with the music and people trying to be heard over it. Our server was professional and friendly. And our food was very good. We ordered outside the box this morningI had the pupusa and hubby had the hashouka. We would order both again. We will definitely be back.

This place was so good!! Jaquwann was our server and he did an excellent job! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations. We had the build you own bloody marry and really went to town with all the skewers. The meatballs were my favorite. I'm really picky about bloody Mary's so I wasn't expecting to love the drink but holy crap it was so good! I'd come back for the bloody Mary's alone. I also had the s'mores latte. I really liked that it was not overly sweet. And best of all, the carnitas hash. Honestly, I was already full from the coffee and Bloody Mary before we even got the dish but I couldn't help myself. It was just so good. Went with the over easy eggs and that was a solid choice. The potatoes were nice and crispy and the corn and avocado went really well with the carnitas. And bonus points for everything being pretty reasonably priced. 10/10, can't wait to come back

Who doesn't love brunch? I saw this place on social media and heard about it from some friends so I was excited to hear about a new brunch spot that's local. When you first enter, wow, what a vibe! The aesthetic definitely appeals to the instagram and TikTok. We went on a Saturday morning and there was a DJ playing at the front of the restaurant. Normally, I wouldn't be a big fan of DJs at restaurants because they tend to be too loud to hear anything. Not this one! Not only was the noise enough to where you can both enjoy the music and still converse with your friends, but the music was BOMB! I could've sat there the whole time just bobbing my head to the music. Now what brunch is really about, the food and drink. I had the rise and grind, a fruity tequila based drink. It was balanced, sweet, and a good sized drink. If you like fruity drinks, definitely order this one. My boyfriend had the peanut butter mudslide and he really enjoyed it too. Honestly, there were so many cocktails that sounded so good, it was difficult to choose just one. Unfortunately, there were some elements of the food that fell a little short. My boyfriend and I shared the fried chicken Benedict and the birria hash. The egg on the Benedict was way overcooked, it was basically a hard boiled egg. I prefer my egg runny to begin with, but this egg overall made the dish dry. The fried chicken was well seasoned and the biscuit was really good. I eventually just took the egg off and made a chicken biscuit sandwich. I liked the Birria hash better. The consome was really good. I was dipping my hashbrown from the benedict in it. It wasn't spicy so keep that in mind if you prefer spicy dishes. I would've preferred the meat be cooked into the quesadilla, but all of the elements by themselves in the dish were great. I didn't have the eggs, although they looked overcooked as well. I will still put this on my list of brunch places to revisit. And I will definitely be coming here with my girlfriends that love music. If they can tweak a few things, this will definitely by a top notch spot!

Stopped by this place after church for a quick bite with family. It was packed, but I was able to add myself to the waitlist online. We waited for less than 15mins, so it wasn't too bad. It's definitely a party atmosphere and very loud, so if you are looking for intimate, look elsewhere. You see the DJ booth as soon as you walk in. Place is pretty small, but they accommodate for large parties well. It was raining when we went, so outside seating was out of the question, but it's available. We were seated and introduced to our waiter Vincent. He was very sweet and attentive, with great hair btw. Entrees: Birria Hash, Chicken & waffles and breakfast burrito (best bite) Drinks: Mimosa Flight Mimosa are heavy on the champagne, so they were great:) Birria Hash has good flavor but they skimp on the grilled veggies and cheese. So that was disappointing. Chicken and waffles is pretty mediocre, if you've tasted one, you've tasted them all. Best bite was the massive breakfast burrito that comes drenched in this amazing chili gravy. Stop by if you are in the area and if you have more than 4ppl, go to the website and add yourself to the waitlist, then thank me later. Enter freely, they've been approved

Definitely needs more staff at lunch time at the bartender was covering the bar, tables, and coffee station. On that my cappuccino was not made well and the chili relleno benedict had no flavor without me adding salt & pepper...quite disappointing. Presentation was good on the dish, but surprised no flavor. Funny the avocado had more flavor. I like Pearland getting new places, but come on let's add some seasoning.

First off I would like to say Thank You for being one of the few places we can come and get brunch at in Pearland! We usually trek to Montrose, Midtown, Galleria or downtown area for brunch. We came here on a Tuesday morning around 11am and still had to wait 30 minutes before we sat down. No problem, but I can only imagine how this place is on the weekends. The ambiance of this place is 10/10. Definitely something that Pearland needed. The service was excellent with multiple servers asking us if we needed anything plus the manager. We wanted mimosas, but were told they ran out of champagne. So we would have to buy a bottle for $34 in order to get mimosas. No thanks! My hubby ended up just getting a Bloody Mary and he said it was just ok. I got a cappuccino with oat milk and it was delicious. We tried the traditional breakfast and the potato tacos. They were good, but I've had better. Others complained about the music being so loud. It wasn't too loud to us, but we did have to repeat our order to our server just to make sure she heard us. Parking is plenty in my opinion. They are still doing construction on the other store fronts. So I think when that is done it'll free up more space to park. They also have parking in the back of the building if you can't find anything out front. Would I try this place again? Yeah if I don't want to go anywhere far, but the food was just ok. Good food, broad menu and a nice atmosphere to sum it up. I feel they put a lot of emphasis on the ambiance as they have a DJ but luckily it doesn't take away from the quality of the food. Bread pudding French toast sticks were crunchy but still maintained the moist consistency. Hangover hash had tender beef and was a great portion. Our server took around 10 minutes to greet us which I understand it was busy but we didn't get a "I'll be right with you" once we were initially seated. I didn't really like the drink menu much and the booze bag I got was light on the booze. I would return for the food as I liked the different menu selections. Drinks were so sweet you need to take an insulin shot after. Classic use of sugar to mask poor quality. Food was out of a Sysco box. If I wanted McDonald's hashbrowns, I would go to McDonalds. Hash Kitchen is doing too much and not providing quality food and drinks. Go to Snooze or Third Coast. They are worth the wait. read more

First time dining here today, and the music was way too loud. I get that they have that theme, but when it starts hurting and i have to shout our order to the server, that's just insane. Eventually, i guess someone said something and they turned the music slightly down, where it doesnt hurt but still too difficult to have a conversation. Food is alright. read more

The option to get on the wishlist online worked out great. We didn't wait long for a table. The ambiance today (Sunday) was heightened by a DJ spinning R&B, Pop, and some hip hop. Food was great!!!! Came out fresh and hot. Server checked in on us consistently. Management staff helped out with bringing orders out, resetting tables etc. They turn over tables rather quick. read more

Party while you eat . This place has a DJ every day that is trying to get this place lit and wake everyone up in a positive way . The music can be a lil too much . The food here is good enough same with the drinks here too . We went on a Sunday morning- so it was really busy. There was a wait time- but if you join the online waitlist, you won't wait as long. This place is just what Pearland needs. Fun atmosphere (great decor and the DJ was playing some good music), friendly & attentive staff, and yummy food. Perfect spot to meet up with friends or celebrate an occasion... but also kid friendly. My son loved having his name announced by the DJThe portions were huge! Went for a girls brunch with my mom, aunt and sisters and cousins ( 7 total in our party) . There was a bit of a wait we got there around 11a and were seated around 12:45ish? But the food was incredible and portions were very well served!!! People could even share plates if they aren't big eaters or would like to try more things. There was a confusion with two of our peoples dishes and that took some time to sort out. But everyone was happy once we got our food and we had plenty to chat about while waiting. I asked everyone in our party how they felt about this place and it's a new gem! And everyone said they would totally come back! Excited to try more of the drinks and dishes ! My sister was in town for her birthday. I wanted to take her somewhere that was fun and entertaining. Hash kitchen was that and then some! The food was delicious and the music was refreshing. The waitstaff was on point with drinks, service and friendliness. The manager/DJ even had the staff sang happy birthday. It is definitely the vibe that will get me to comeback. And the food, staff will get me to recommend it to my family and friends. It's exactly what Pearland needs for the young ground. read more

First visit. The music is rap and very loud. We ordered the simple AF We were asked if we wanted pancakes french toast or waffle. I chose french toast. It was huge but the bill was upcharged $5 for french toast with no notice when ordering. For a place that advertised hash browns they brought frozen pre cooked and they were awful. Waitress was as very nice but food was meh. Very pricey $50 for two standard items. read more

Ambiance 10/10. I felt like I was in the city! Finally Pearland has an out of the ordinary brunch spot. Food was sooo flavorful. So 10/10. Brunch places are always hit or miss, mostly miss. They usually lack flavor, in which you need to add all the flavor by adding salt, pepper, salsa or hot sauce. Not here! Definitely will be coming back. Even the water tastes good! IYKYK. Went in for an early morning breakfast and had a delicious start to the day. I had some questions about the menu and our server was very sweet and helped answer them all and made a recommendation (which I I ended up ordering) and everything was great! I think the normal vibe is a fun club breakfast but since we went early in the morning it was slow and quiet. I got the breakfast tacos with chicken and split the French toast sticks with my friend. Everything was great and we will be back soon to try more food and their drinks! read more

Hmmm.....where do I start? We wanted to order some breakfast on this Saturday morning. I ordered avocado toast. How are you selling avocado toast and the avocado is a dark forest green? Where's your pride ? You should be serving fresh bright green avocado for the meal. That deep green avocado was more than likely cut up yesterday. The manager or whom ever is in control of quality assurance needs to tighten up! Fool me once shame on you! Never again for this . Went on a Tuesday afternoon(first week opening). Music was so loud and blaring. I could hardly think or talk to my family. Great DJ though. He was jamming on tha one! Was told it would not have loud music after the first week during the weekdays and only on weekends. Nice staff but service is slow and they need to work out a few kinks. They were all nice. The food was lackluster. Chicken parm sandwich wasn't the best. Lacked seasoning, basics like salt and pepper! The chicken tasted like frozen patties. Won't order that again. Birria hash according to my husband lacked any flavor. Was run of the mill. We had non alcoholic drinks and they were good. Done after two sips because they play that fill the whole cup with ice game. Their prices are a bit high for most items. Next time I would just try breakfast and a booze pouch. read more

I have to agree with all the one stars, come on people, if this loud music is this establishments thing, it's going to get old fast. I couldn't hear myself think, let alone talk to anyone. The music doesn't need to be that loud early in the morning. I'm a one and done with this place. Oh yeah 4 bucks for a small cup of coffee, no way. read more

The food was basic AF. The basic AF dish seemed like it was pancakes and hashbrowns out of the frozen section of Walmart. The cannoli donuts were just dough with icing on top. The hashbrowns were so greasy. I tried to order a coffee drink and they didn't have chocolate or caramel. I would not recommend the items that I got. The ambience is nice and it was a DJ that played great music. The service was also timely. read more

This is 2 for 2 on this place for me. Weekday brunch dining and parking was much more convenient and easy. I had the birria breakfast tacos potatoe with chicken. Great tacos, next time I will make sure to have my rags come on the side isn't of on top. I also would have liked some extra green sauce on the side for dipping. Fast service and the vibe was upbeat and grown. I even saw some golden girls there to get thier Bloody Mary fix! read more

I asked if the chilaquiles were tossed, topped or simmered, they said tossed but I got a bowl of chips with a little bit of green salsa on top, basically it was dry chips and salsa. Don't come for the food but for bar & ambiance. We returned both our plates and no manager came to ask us. read more

The drinks were great The Follower was great and you keep the glass, had the mimosa the server asked about a flavor add which was nice I got peach. The general manger brought me the donut because my breakfast was taking a little long but was not in a hurry so that was great. Food is really good, the service is ok. I think the music is to loud, that even the waiter/waitress can't hear the customer. I believe that's why they got our order wrong. I asked for chilaquiles with pork and over easy egg. They didn't get the pork on them. They egg was fully fried. My wife asked not to put birria on he huevos rancheros. They put it on them. Lower the music to a decent level. So people could hear. read more

We quickly ran out and tried to not put our hands on the table- everything seems icky. Overall, there are many better brunch spots in the Pearland area. I wouldn't recommend! They really don't have attention to detail- the Thanksgiving sign was still on the building outdoors when we went three months after. In addition, there was a man selling things for dogs outside the door stopping us every time we tried to exit or enter.
