Our chef took the time to come speak with us, recommend cuts of beef and generally go over our options. This was a lovely surprise as this rarely happens. We started with "fall off the bone" ribs and the Hallumi - (squeaky cheese - wish I could find this here in SoCal... if anyone reading this knows a place... please let me know!) But after that, the waitress was friendly and provided good service. To be fair the food was spot on, and cooked well. We had three different steaks and they were all cooked as we had requested. The deserts were okay. The coffees weren't all that. So £50 per person, it's okay. (Only 2 alcoholic drinks in £200).
