I called several companies, but none of them seemed interested in properly diagnosing the problem. They simply wanted to replace the entire water heater at a ridiculously high price or quoted me outrageous prices just to replace a part like over 2000. Then I contacted Sam to diagnose the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the water heater and carefully check all the possible causes instead of jumping straight to replacement. He eventually identified the problem and installed a new ignition combination control box for me at a very reasonable price. The water heater is now working properly again. I really appreciate Sam taking the time to actually diagnose and fix the problem instead of simply telling me to replace the entire water heater. It's refreshing to find someone who is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Sam to anyone who needs water heater repair.

Since my water heater's burner is not functioning normally, so I need to have my water heater replacement asap, Natalia was able to send out her plumber to my house and install the water heater a next day. Her plumber was good, even there was a minor hiccup with the gas leak after the installation, however, as soon as I called Natalia about my family smells gas near water heater, Natalia sent her plumber right away to fix it and the gas leak issue is resolved. I am satisfied with OnCall Water Heater great service and their fair price. Decided to give these guys a try so called them and was able to make a same day appointment. Robert texted ahead of time and arrived within the arrival window. He was very nice, answered all my questions, and fixed 1/4 problems we had. One other issue he says could not be fixed and another he could not find a problem to fix. For the last problem, he said he to see if he could get the part and that he would get back to me. If he made an effort to reach out I missed it and as far as I know he never followed up. Since I was surprised that a special part was needed, I went out to get my own part and will try to fix it myself later. He did fix the main issue we called him out for. Given the mixed experience, I will likely try one of the many other eager plumbers who contacted me on Yelp and give one of them a try in the future, but I will not be opposed to using WR again.
