Blind closed because im not letting them charge my card without see if I got my service

So I ordered two times from here . My chicken was good my only issue is The workers/owners need better customer service. The attitude needs work and if you're finding yourself can't give customers good service and communication then your heart isn't in it Update as of jan 27th 2026, had a call in order said it would be 20 minutes, okay get here. all i asked was can i see if I have extra sauce because im not swiping my card without make sure I get what i asked for cause . The old lady gone say "no cause its not ready " .....then why you charging me when my food isnt ready. So when i told her its no need for an attitude that lets me know yall wasnt planning on giving me extra sauce but still gone up charge long story short this place needs to close . Don't scream nothing about Jesus or God when yall scamming and talking to people any way . I try to look pass the comment but screw this place let it go to HELL

    Burnt, Over Cooked Cartfish

I have never in my almost 50 years have a restaurant serve me burnt fish that you know is burnt when you put it in the container. Who??? is keeping this place open and why??? If the service is horrible and they don't care. The food is nasty and they don't care. Who is responsible for rewarding this bad behavior???

The food is ok... this is the 3rd time coming here. 1st time got fish...,Rude!!! I thought maybe the lady behind the window was having a bad day. I'm not taking it personally... 2nd time went, we asked not to fry the chicken hard. The lady was rude like we shouldn't have asked her that! I'm like ok but if we don't ask, we won't know. Right. Today is the last time going again. The lady behind the window was rude..... 3rd time is a charm. I'm done.... Don't think I will be going back. I have noticed every time we went, NO one else was in there, always empty... and that could be the main reason why.... SHE RUDE You try to give people the benefit and support... but I'll take my LIL MONEY somewhere else. NEED TO HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

4 PC chicken wing that tossed away because I did not trust the Big Back guy who prepared it

Our server, Umberto, was attentive and pleasant and took good care of us; he was the best part of our evening. However, this is the first and last time I'll ever eat at Entourage. They promise "a dining experience" on their website, but I could get the same experience at your average Chili's or TGIFriday's without the pretense. Why do I say that? It's the noise...oh, the noise. There were a few tables with large parties, so it was pretty loud. Even leaning in closely, it was hard for my friend and me to hear each other talk. And the screaming kids were something else, emitting ear-piercing screams that get your attention, for all the wrong reasons. I didn't see any staff ask the large parties to keep it down or ask the parents to manage their children, which I guess I can understand. Large parties = more revenue than a two-top. But we did not - could not - linger after we ate our meals, or order coffee, dessert, and/or an after-dinner drink, because it was just too loud in there.

Other restaurants need to do this as we were blinded at a bar nearby days before. I digress. CJ was our awesome bartender, super attentive and friendly and made the best lavender drop. I started with the salted watermelon margarita, which was tasty and refreshing with a nice fruity flavor. It wasn't overly strong, making it easy to sip throughout the meal. For appetizers, we shared the spinach dip, calamari, and buffalo bites. The spinach dip was good, and the chips had a nice salty crunch. The calamari was pretty standard, but there was way too much breading, the squid-to-breading ratio was way off. For my entrée, I ordered the steak bowl. Unfortunately, it wasn't that great. The menu description mentioned quinoa and brown rice, but they were practically nonexistent. There were maybe a few grains of brown rice in the entire dish, and it mostly consisted of a handful of steak cubes and vegetables. The flavor and sauce were good, but it wasn't very filling. Thankfully, I had already filled up on the appetizers. For dessert, I tried the crème brûlée cheesecake. Honestly, it was nothing special and tasted like a thawed frozen cheesecake with some cheap berry compote on the side. Overall, Yard House is a fine option for hosting large groups thanks to its spacious setup, but I wouldn't come here expecting amazing food. The experience was fine, but the food itself was pretty average at most.

When we're in town, we hit up all the old favorites, and Miller's Ale House was on the menu on June 25th. We had dinner plans with friends later, but we squeezed in a lunch date with beer and a shared appetizer. Their wings are legendary, so we ordered 12 to go with our brews. Let's get to the review. Service was top-notch - our host greeted us with a smile, and our waiter was on point. We got our beers within five minutes, no problem. The ambiance was cozy, well-lit, and bustling with sports tv and ambient noise. But here's the kicker - we waited 30 minutes for our wings. Yeah, it was 1:30 when we arrived and the place was pretty empty, but that's no excuse. Now why did give a rating of two? Well, for the service and ambiance only. We were served our wings at 2:00. How were the wings you maybe wondering? My Husband and I eagerly grab wing flats. 'Can these bones live?' Eating those wings immediately reminded me of Ezekiel 37 in the Old testament after he saw skeletons scattered about asked, "Can these bones live?" The wings were drier than the Sahara, and the honey barbecue sauce was just a weak attempt to revive the corpse. Can these dry out wings live up to being freshly made and juicy covered up by a tasty honey barque sauce? Hell to the naw, naw naw!!! We called our waiter over explained our dissatisfaction with a request to remove the wings off our bill. We still tipped him, because hey, he's not the wing assassin. since he only served the food and it was the kitchen that prepared that saucy dressed up trash plated up real pretty. What a let down Miller's. We noticed your price increase for six wings cut in half sold as 12 pieces. If you expect customers to pay more for less than you should be serving your best, that is cooked fresh not food that is precooked sitting for hours then reheated. I did check your reviews which were not the best and gave you the benefit of a doubt despite low ratings. Would I recommend Miller's? Sure, if you enjoy eating dry wings and wondering if they'll crawl off your plate. However, to each their own, your money, your call. This economy has got me rethinking the whole 'strike three and you're out' deal. Paying more for less, subpar service, unnecessary waiting time, honey it is now, strike one, you're on out as my time and coins are valuable and restaurants are hurting so I will search for one where I can get the love I deserve.
