Before bringing it in, I asked the cashier if it was okay since I was only going to be inside for a few minutes to purchase a few items. The cashier said it was fine. A few minutes later, the store manager, who I believe is named Evan, came through the store yelling, "Whose e-bike is that?" in front of other customers. Instead of speaking to me professionally, she immediately became confrontational. I calmly explained that I only needed a few minutes to finish my purchase, but she responded by insulting me and using profanity. I'm an adult, a paying customer, and a regular shopper at this location. There was no reason for the situation to be handled with shouting and disrespect. If there was a store policy, it could have been explained politely instead of creating a scene. I reported the incident to corporate, but because this location is independently franchised, they were unable to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store while this manager is in charge. Customers deserve professionalism and respect, not public embarrassment over a situation that could have been handled with a simple conversation. Ty

When I asked for assistance, the employees told me they "could not even begin to know where to find it" because the item was buried in the back as a seasonal product. This was already frustrating given that your website clearly showed the item as readily available. I asked if placing an online order for pickup would prompt them to retrieve the item. I was surprised when they told me they would not fulfill it and would simply cancel the order instead. This experience was not only unhelpful but also discouraging. It felt like there was no willingness to assist or find a solution. Additionally, while these gutter clips may be categorized as seasonal, they are commonly used year-round for backyard string light not just for holiday décor. I was listening to him, he explain the difference between the two referrals. the budget friendly referral is not budget friendly anymore, but over the phone we liked his customer service over the other. Jeff's expertise was flawless down to him running to his stockroom to provide us the parts. Since we were in a rush to get the job done & be back for a delivery. (new home owners) alert. Jeff is the "Aidan Gillen" of Hardware. But I sure caution: DO NOT use their budget friendly referral. That man doesn't have the expertise for these beautiful complex doors, we ended up replacing the mortis lock (+additional $350), then this budget guy took the wrong measurements of our equipment and shaved down the door tongue pin too far, the replacement cost us an additional $50 and change. Plus their service fee $225. Our business will be back, despite the locksmith experience. Have your own locksmith in hand, hell we found out a family friend is going to give us the family discount now. Just ask, we may even have neighbors who are experts that we can trade trades with. By the time I got home and realized the mistake, the store had already closed. When I returned the next day, I expected the error to be corrected without issue. Instead, I was told they would exchange them for the M8 fasteners I had originally paid for, and it was presented as though they were doing me a favor by not charging me the price difference--even though the mistake was theirs and I had already paid for the correct size. In the meantime, I ordered the same fasteners from McMaster-Carr. They delivered 100 M8 bolts to my door before King Bolt even reopened, and the total cost was less than what I paid King Bolt for just 40. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. Between the poor resolution and the higher prices, I won't be returning.

I opened the plastic and it didn't work out nothing on the stem indicated wear or use I put it back in the plastic it came it and ended up having to replace the entire thing shower. Went to return it and the gentleman said no without making eye contact and pointed at the sign that said no returns or refunds. Over 12$ they lost any work I would bring to this local plumbing spot. I kept it professional on my end, but he definitely made the whole place look bad. On top of that, they charged $2.95 per shoe cover--per shoe, not even per pair. Me and my partner needed them so we bought them, but that pricing is crazy. Overall, this place is just not it. Don't recommend any plumbers stopping by here. It was Black Friday, and when we commented on why the place was dead... yeah, we meant it.
