The diet soda balances out the skinny fries. My smash burgers are always prepared well and the fries have never disappointed me. The fries are always freshly hot with a crispy outside and just enough salt for seasoning flavor. My dogs even like the skinny fries. They sit next to me while I'm eating and I feed them single fries as I enjoy my burger. The staff over the intercom are easy to understand and once at the window, they are friendly and professional. I don't do fast food casual often, but I'd choose SnS over the clown or king.

Since my last visit, I've learned the Fazoli's is a franchise and is black and woman owned. To celebrate Spaghetti Day, I went with a Marinara and Meat Sauce. The young man working as a cashier was very professional and friendly. My food runner was equally friendly and when I finished my meal and was still sitting at the table, she offered to take the empty dishes away. If you are dining in, they use real plates and flatware. That's a nice touch. I went at lunchtime and was surprised how busy and full the dining room was. I was also surprised to see diners leaving a couple of dollars on the table as they left. The salad had pepperoni chips (probably like 40 over them), crispy chicken, iceberg, fries breadstick croutons, bacon and cheese. Honestly, when I order it the next time, I may tell them to hold the second plate, except for the tortillas. The service is always good and when it's super busy, I don't mind sitting at the bar. Being a single diner, I hate tying up a table or booth when they could sit a larger group. Arandas is on the backside of my subdivision, I can easily walk there.
