Tony's special wasn't as special as I thought.

Astonishing to say the least. Nice convenient store that sells a bunch of snacks and drinks of all kinds. There is a deli mart which I will be reviewing today. Service was okay. There were a married couple who owned the place I believe who were friendly and nice to customers based on what I saw. The guy, probably thought I was a weirdo because I was browsing the store for a while without buying anything. The woman at the deli took my order. I ordered 2 sandwiches that looked interesting from the pictures and so I decided to order the mama and the Tony sandwich. Honestly, it was alright. It needed more flavor, but at least the food was decent. Deli meats not my thing. Maybe I should have gotten a burger instead. Otherwise, wait time to receive food was short, maybe 10 minutes or less. I ordered an essential water while I was at it. I signed up for some rewards program there after ordering. Drinks abundant but overall, I thought the food itself was alright. Service was better than the food. Quantity was massive though and price was sort of higher than I thought it would be given the value of the food. For $40 for two sandwiches, I wish I got chips with it or some other side like a fruit plate or salad would be complementary for brownie points. The sandwiches however, better than jersey mikes and probably healthier too. Subway is worse than both, I still believe the sandwiches at the deli in Greenberg is impossible to beat in Vegas. So yeah, this place is not on Greenberg level at New York New York in Vegas. The ambiance near the beach is spectacular, weather and no crime is absolutely stunning features. Open late with good times everyday is a bonus point. The Japanese place next door is really good too.

Went in after work to try their hot dogs, they brought us the food to our seats and were super friendly. The food was delicious and I definitely plan to come back

Incredible sandwich located in a market on the harbor. I was doing a photo shoot and stopped in to get a bite. I got the turkey and cheese sandwich, it was incredible and the Macsalad which was unlike any other macsalad I've tried it had a different type of seasoning that was so great. They were fast friendly and delicious with lots of clean spots indoor and out to eat.

Nima's special. Roast beef and turkey, American cheese, lettuce, and baby spinach with tomatoes ! I can't believe I have lived in Port Hueneme for over 24 years and didn't know this gem existed until today! Sandwiches wonderful can't compare them to Toppers Pizza Place . Come by have a sandwich oh , They have a nice selection of wine buy 3 bottles and get 10 % off !

They have food here that you can buy at a grocery store which incluides milk, cheese, vegetables, hot dogs, bacon, etc. I come here for liquor as they have a lot of options. The good liquor options are behind the counter. They also sell sandwhiches and burgers here until 6:30pm as of October 2024 so keep that in mind if the time changes for this. The store remains open until 9pm though.

I have been hearing about this place for a while so I finally took the plunge on my cheat day. The staff was incredibly nice and helped navigate the menu; recommendations and their favorites. I opted for the pastrami on white and a side of mac salad. I wanted to add mushrooms but when I found out it was $4.50 extra, I decided to skip that (pretty steep considering a carton of mushrooms at Vons is $2.50). While I waited for my food, I checked out the mart a little bit. It's very clean, organized and welcoming; smiling faces all around. I learned that they have a Ventura location which is literally right by my house that I didn't know about. They had a lot of to-go orders going out but mannnn were they on it. My order took all of about 8 minutes. Decided to eat in my car facing the harbor. I was bummed that I forgot to ask for napkins and peppers... but they were in the sandwich bag! Bonus points!!! Let me tell you, this sammy was SMOKIN' HOT. Not warm. HOT. I love my food HOT! The flavor was fantastic! Perfectly seasoned and cooked pastrami; pickle, mustard, lettuce, secret sauce... unreal. I really loved the bread, too! It reminded me of the Italian rolls my mom used to serve sandwiches on (the perfect fluff)! Since it was my first time, I wasn't sure what to expect but I think next time I'll go lighter on the sauce and add extra meat. But no joke, it was a killer sando. The mac salad was good but on the sweeter side so just be aware of that. Loved the addition of celery and scallions for that nice crunch. The seating area is cute and clean; quiet. Go around the corner and you can watch the boats at the harbor (such a fantastic view). If you want amazing sandos, great service and views... this is your spot. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

This is a great lunch spot near the Navy Base. Their service is very friendly and quick. My sandwich was made quickly after I ordered. The restaurant is located in a convenient store. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. My coworker and I opted inside seating because it was warmer inside. The pastrami sandwich was delicious! I liked how the cheese and toppings complimented the pastrami, but I didn't like how chewy the white bread was. I will return to try their deli or cold cut sandwiches.

Yum hamburger tasty but they didn't have fries ! Definitely go back, place is clean and is in a liquor store but has sitting in back! So they had tall cans of VMC Paloma. If you know, you know! Hot Pastrami (double meat) with grilled onions, swiss, spinach & avocado

Who would have thought? Tucked in a strip mall along the harbor, is a little mini-Mart with the most delicious deli sandwiches and (random as this is) stuffed grape leaves -- made daily and LITERALLY the best that I've ever had -- and I have Greek friends (sorry Yiayia Vasiliou). My go to is the Hot Pastrami Sandwich (hot) with double meat, grilled onions, Swiss, spinach & avocado) and a side of the grape leaves. Yes, you need to wait. But you can peruse the mart's wine selection, grab some Cheetos or laundry detergent while you're waiting. Yes, it's pretty expensive. Sometimes you just have to do what you have to do. Truthfully, the sandwiches are messy regardless of the wrapping (very juicy). Make sure you grab plenty of napkins. I've had the burgers and, while pretty good, I'd still just stick with the sandwiches if I were you. The real non-negotiable is the grape leaves. Flavorful and just melt in your mouth. You've never had grape leaves like this before. Just get them. You'll thank me later.

Nima has done a great job with the store! His wife Azin is making great items at the deli. Best of all the food is great, but the price is even better. There is also craft beer on tap as well. If you're walking by and don't stop for a bite you're doing yourself a disservice. Enjoy! read more

Amazing for a small store how many things you can find. Of course a little bit on the expensive side but better than driving to Ralph's or Vons . That is a disadvantage living close to the beach. Not many options. read more

An absolutely amazing place! We were looking for a quick lunch in between water sports and I can't say how happy we are that we found this place. My family had the gyros, burger, and pastrami sandwich and each was better than the last! The owners are incredibly nice and to find homemade food like this in a convenience store is such a treat. Every single time I go in here I walk out with a smile. The owners are two of the most genuinely nice people I have ever met and the food is amazing!! My mouth is watering just thinking of that mushroom burger-- YUM! Prices are very reasonable and they have an amazing selection of beer and wine! They even have fro-yo!!! I love having this place in my neighborhood! First off the owners are super sweet and happy, second they have a great selection of beer wine and gifts and last but most definitely not least, the yummiest deli around! I had the lamb gyro and it was so tender and delicious and my boyfriend had and I quote"one of the best burgers ever" and he likes his burgers so that's saying a lot! Keep up the great work! We just discovered the deli here...AMAZING! They make everything from scratch. The Gyros are the best in town. Combo comes with either potato or macaroni salad...both delicious. My husband had the heart attack burger (comes with pastrami) and he raved about it but, after tasting my Gyro, on our next visit he opted for that. Yogurt bar has lots of options and toppings. The prices are great, the people are so nice, and there is something for everyone. Highly recommend this hidden jewel! read more

This place made our Saturday! We ate in the deli and tried the cheese burger, roast beef sandwich, and a gyro. They were all delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and brought us an extra plate without us asking when they saw our family of 4 was sharing so we could all taste everything. You will not find a more helpful and friendly convenience store than Harbor Mart. I will go out of my way and pass 2 other liquor stores just to go here. Their little gift store inside has fun Hollywood Beach gear such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, beach bags, stickers and so on. They even have toys for the beach like surfboards and boogie boards. They have a deli in the back with tasty hamburgers and sandwiches. read more

I found myself jonesing for a good hamburger last week. Since I was going to the Harbor Mart anyway I decided to try one of their hamburgers. Good choice. It was delicious. It even came with pepperoncinis on the side. I will definitely eat here again. This is a great little neighborhood market and more. The owners are really nice people too. read more

They don't Accept credit cards, but the Market and the actual kitchen are two different businesses under one roof, so the kitchen lets you pay the market (they do accept credit/debit cards; must pay a fee of 50 cents). Keep in mind this location is in South Oxnard so the surrounding environment is aways a bit sketchy, but well worth the quick authentic food that I go there for.

I had my medication delayed by an entire day even though the app said it would be ready the night before. Use the app to check your medication status and refill. I've been trying to get my mom to use the app instead of calling Walgreens or going in person to ask about a status of a medication. My recommendation would be to wait for the notification or check the app before driving over. You can set notifications as a text when your mediciation is ready. If you arrive to the store and your medication is not ready, the phamacist may be able to get your medication ready in 20-40 minutes while you wait. However, if the medication can wait until app says ready, it saves you being turned away or waiting for it in the store. If it's a busy day with more than 5 folks in line at a time.... then be prepared to wait like 40 minutes. Then you gotta get back in line to ask if it's ready. For the store review, the store has also been understaffed for a while. Sometimes the lines are very long. The store is generally clean though and the employees are kind. Sometimes, there's not much you can do when there's a rush of people coming in during lunch or after school. Another tip I recommend is the Walgreens app sometimes has way better deals if you buy on there and pick-up in store.

About 30 seconds later, a lady with really short hair comes over & doesn't greet me; just says "what can I do for you?" I let her know I'm picking up an online order. While she was processing the order, I asked a simple question & she answered in the most condescending tone. I needed to buy a few more items, but decided to take my business elsewhere. Bad customer service like the one this person displayed makes the store lose business.

But nope they are really like that over there at the Carmen CVS.

The harbor mart is #1... their selection of beer is amazing, all of the employees are amazing. Harbor mart is not only my favorite liquor store, but now my favorite local spot to grab a burger or a hot dog! The prices are as friendly to your wallet as the staff is to you! 10/10.
