Came here for items I needed for a backyard project on a home renovation. I like this store, it has a lot of nice specialty items, and I specifically noticed that they had a few things I was needing like these big tarps for painting/shading were $10 less than Home Depot. So thanks for saving me some dough, yo. It is man-central in here... haha. Lots of beards, bandanas, & beer bellies. I sent my partner to go and pick up a drywall hoist for work today and when he came back he was so upset. Apparently a female employee of theirs went off on him for no reason whatsoever. From the time he walked into the store she was just straight rude to him and wouldn't even help him find what he was looking for. When asked for help she rudely replied "Go ask the young lady over there, I'm busy!" So he just decided to look for it himself and found it. While he was in line she just continued to give him attitude and was yelling at him saying "Didn't I tell you to wait over there!!" Mind you this was all in front of other customers so he asked for her to calm down because he didn't feel he deserved this treatment. That's when she really started going off screaming "No you calm down!!...." I mean since when is it anyone else's fault if she is having a bad day?! She should never, under no circumstances, take it out on any random customer that walks in. Super horrible customer service! The worst he's ever experienced. Now his whole day is ruined and I can't help but feel guilty about sending him there to begin with. Harbor freight management should do something about this lady and maybe show her how to treat customers with a little more respect than what was shown. I feel embarrassed for her. Maybe she needs to work in the back where she cannot interact with any customers at all. Would not recommend going to this particular store unless you want your day ruined. read more

Horrible service ,and not truthful I bought a pressure washer and brought it back to return it because it didn't have the pressure listed on the box and they charged me a restocking fee even though this washer didn't meet the standards I'm looking for ... Never going back there again . read more

The guys at store #26 Rock, I have been going to this store since it was on Magnolia mid 90's Big Dan and Bob great guys. visited this location for tools needed (son moved into dormitory nearby). turns out the address is the former Roller2001 we used to frequent @ our younger years. large parking lot, even larger shopping area, great variety of tools we come to expect from Harbor Freight...excellent warranty for basic tools! will definitely visit again read more

We have always had good service at this store, except the last 2times. Had to bring back a pump that went bad only had it for 40 days. They would not let us exchange. Told us we had to call a number they gave us then just walked away. He was very rude. Second time dealing with him and both times extremely rude. read more

This is the place that saves your butt when you have a need for a specialty tool that you over looked that you need to use a couple times or a resource for a disaster where that water pump you'll never use again is clutch .but if your a professional like me don't expect to outfit your shop with most of this and then complain when it breaks remember it saved your butt now stop being a cheapo and get the proper stuff read more

Don't buy the animal trap for $20. I bought it. Caught a few strays, worked fine. Caught a real wild feral cat--he busted out. I looked on the inter-web. A feral cat organization said specifically, "do not buy traps from Harbor Freight." lol. read more

This Harbor fright tools has to be the worst Harbor fright tools around at lease as far as customer service. I wanted to exchange a All steel Motorcycle / ATC jack for a lighter all aluminum Motorcycle / ATC jack witch would cost me about $100 more. When I went to this store they told me I could not or they would not do the exchange because I didn't have the receipt I would have understood but I did have a survey from Harbor fright and the original jack was still in the unopened box. read more

I went Christmas shopping to this particular location about 2 weeks ago. When taking a box out of my cart I hit my wedding ring on the cart. I actually lost one of my diamond from my ring. I looked down and noticed that one of my diamonds was gone. I drop to my knees started searching and crying and just at that time one of the associates that works at the store walked by me and asked if I needed help. I believe his name was Rico. He went inside got a flashlight and helped me look for my loose diamond. Of couse my phone was dead and i coulnt use the flashlight on it. He helped me for about 15 minutes. Thankfully I was able to find it. I can't think that associate enough for bringing me a flashlight and helping me on what was a horrible situation for me. From time to time I need a tool cheep and don't care how long it lasts. Some of the tools I get from Harborfrate last a long time and I really get my money's worth out of them. And some times they brake on the first use but all and all I think I come out on top. So if you need a tool to last you a long time get a good one or roll the dice and do like I do and try harbor first and see how long it lasts. read more

Great assortment of tools, but much of the staff is very unhelpful. I called one day to inquire about a table saw listed on the website and was told by an older angry sounding man that they didn't have any table saws in stock. Clearly, he couldn't be bothered to check because I went into the store just to see about an hour later only to find several table saws in stock! Make sure you know what you need if you go here because not many people are forthcoming with advice. But, you will get a good deal. read more

This location had a sale on an item, which I was pretty happy about because I needed this particular item asap. Because I try to be careful, I called this store before I left home to make sure they had this item in stock and the person on the phone assured me they did, I hate making bum trips you know? When I got there, guess what, the item wasn't there! I was upset and the manager of the store kept saying "what do you expect me to do?" repeatedly. Unhappy customer! I like store. I like the prices. The stuff serves its purpose; i.e. you get what you pay for and that's fine. What's not fine is the cashier's first words, "lets start with your phone number". I don't want to give my phone number. I don't want to give my address to make sure they have it correct. I just want to buy my stuff and go home. She gave me, (which wasn't the first time) attitude and when I swiped my card she started working on something else on the next cash register. I and everybody else had to wait for her to finish whatever she was doing. She was the only one and she only had to hit one key.
