Plenty of tools and materials for just about any minor home improvement project you may encounter. I always find the item to complete the task at hand. I haven't comparison shopped for lawn and garden equipment or sheetrock but I assume the prices are competitive. There are generally several knowledgeable employees working to answer questions and give free guidance regarding the project that brings you to their hardware store.

I came in the day before Christmas eve and they told me they would have one built and ready to pick up on Christmas eve at 9 am. They even loaded the egg in my vehicle and showed me how to take it apart correctly since there's a lot of pieces to it. Since then we've been going back to this store for many of our essential items and more items for smoking with our new Green Egg. They have a lot of the same items your local Home Depot or Lowes carry without the crowds. I signed up for their free rewards and already used $40 and discount coupons from receiving them in the mail. It's convenience, handy, and the staff is great!

" Last I checked, people actually WORK while the store is open, not seemingly playing on the computer or on the phone. I get better service and attention at the local Home Depot. I had such a great experience at Ace Hardware thanks to Jose F!…read more Jose was truly amazing--honestly the best customer service I've experienced in years. I called the store with a problem and wasn't even sure there was a solution. He encouraged me to come in and confidently assured me he would help figure something out. And he absolutely delivered. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It's so refreshing to walk into a store and be helped by someone who genuinely cares and takes pride in helping customers. I left feeling extremely grateful. Huge thank you to Jose for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy!

From the minute I walked in I was greeted by several polite and well dressed employees. They had a sale on carharts which distracted me from my goal but was very impressed by the price and selection. I bought a tube of silicone for a project, and while I was in the middle of working, I noticed…read moresomething seemed off about it. After checking the package, I realized it had expired. Because of that, I had to stop what I was doing, remove all the silicone I had already applied, and make an extra trip to return it. It wasted my time, set my project back, and caused a lot of unnecessary frustration. What disappointed me the most was the customer service. They exchanged the product, but no one apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience, and they didn't offer any kind of compensation for the time and effort I lost because an expired product was still on the shelf. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my time didn't matter. Because of that, I won't be coming back.

I moved to Heber 7 years ago and was faced with caring for a yard/lawn and wanted to start my first garden as well. After I was armed with the correct yard implements a very helpful employee helped me choose my seed packets. Not only does Timberline Ace Hardware only carry seeds that will successfully yield produce in the area but an employee spend a good 15 minutes explaining the timeline of when to plant which vegetable as well as explaining which I'd already waited too long for due to our shorter growing season. When we decided to keep chickens a few years later we purchased our very healthy chickens here too. They all turned out to be hens (score!) and are as healthy as can be. They also carry a wide array of feed, etc for animals. Whenever I need anything for my yard, garden, or chickens I shop here.
