Once upon a time our house cleaner told me that our central vac wasn't working. He switched it on…read moreand I could hear suction but the brush wasn't turning. I then took it and switched it on and off a few times, since the vacumn could probably tell that I meant business. I then proclaimed that it was broken. I searched Google and found The Cleaning Supplier. The man on the phone said they could probably fix it, and to bring it by anytime. When I got there, Dewey asked what he could do for me. I explained my problem and he told me that he would be able to give me an estimate in a couple of days. He then said that the switches sometimes go, because they click to one side for suction and the other side for power to the brush. That was when I realized - despite having owned this house and central vac for ten years - that I may not have switched it to both sides... Dewey happily tested it for me right then and there, and sure enough, it worked fine. He didn't charge me for his time, most likely because he didn't want to embarrass me further. He was a total gentleman, so I promised to write a review. Here it is. I never thought I would hope for a vacumn to break down so I could bring it to these guys, but that's how good they are.

WOW - worst service I've ever experienced…read more If you have a schedule to follow, don't plan on it with this company. They have now missed 3 appointments with me where I have cancelled half a day's work to be available for them, and they're blaming me. READ ON, because it really gets funny with how stupid this person who answers the phone thinks I am. 1st - we had an appointment for our stove to be looked at almost a month ago, and they missed the first appointment we had scheduled on the books because they said we didn't reply to a text message that they never sent. So we had to rebook our first appointment. 2nd - we booked an appointment for last week to install the part, and when I waited around and called at the end of my time window, I was told that the owner had some emergency and they tried contacting me via text and phone call, but I didn't respond. When I asked what number they called & texted from, they gave me 2 phone numbers. I looked them both in my phone call and text history over the past month, and there is nothing there from them. Thinking maybe they had my number wrong, I verified they had it correct, and they did have my phone number. So I booked an appointment for today, in the morning time so I can get to work this afternoon, and confirmed it and added the time to my calendar last week while on the phone with them to make sure we didn't miss it. Today comes and no one shows up. So I call the company, and the same lady answered from last time, again tells me it's my fault they missed their appointment. NOW GET THIS She told me I didn't respond to messages to confirm. I confirmed while on the phone last week with her. But also to prove my point, I asked her to confirm when she sent the message because I'm not seeing them on my phone at all, yet again. She said, "it's her personal phone she sent them from and she deletes them right after sending them so she can't tell me when she sent me the messages. EVEN FUNNIER She told me that someone showed up at my door last Friday to fix the stove and I wasn't there. I didn't have an appointment last Friday, I had an appointment for today, and she's acting like I missed my appointment last Friday when she's agreeing with me that I didn't have an appointment last week, but had 1 for today. She then accused me of not responding to messages and that's why they showed up last Friday at random. Because they had an appointment cancellation, so they tried showing up here, and because I wasn't here at a time I did NOT have an appointment for, it's somehow my fault I missed them. Again, I asked her to tell me dates and times she sent messages and called, because they're not on my phone history, and she can't give me dates and times at all. So now here I sit with my stove still broken 3 weeks after our initial appointment, and I'm going to find another company to come fix my stove.

We finished the yard in the fall of 2032 and it looked beautiful. We were outside cleaning up the yard over the past weekend and noticed that some of the rock edging had disintegrated. After talking with the company, they said they would replace the rocks that disintegrated. I was so impressed with the customer service. This will save us money and we will only have to replace parts of the yard instead of having to redo the entire yard with something different. They give discounts to customers that buy plants in bulk. Also they have a fair return policy. If they plant dies within a year, you can bring in your dead plant and receipt and get 50% of the money you spent on that plant towards a new one. They have some of the most knowledgeable personnel in Utah County. If someone doesn't know the answer to your question, they will look it up or find someone that does know the answer. The prices are very comparable to all of the other nurseries. The store is great and they have acres of selection. Sometimes it's a little hard to find the plant you want because they have such a huge selection. They have done a good job trying to fix that by laying it out in a shopper-friendly way. Each year they get better at this. Why not five stars? 1) The gravel is not stroller friendly 2) It can be difficult to find someone to help you on Friday nights and Saturdays. If you want help go on weekdays before school gets out. 3) They go through a lot of plants so they run out sometimes and you have to wait for a new shipment to show up.

Robert and his crew at Altus Tile (Formally known as R & M Remodel & Repair) went out of their way to get the job done right! You can tell that they really care about the details and the quality of their work they do. I would hire Altus Tile in a second if you want an honest, detailed, affordable company that really cares about their work and making the customer happy. We bought our house, and the first thing we had to change was the tile and shower area in our master bath. We wanted to go with a Grays/whites/metallic colors. We chose Glazed Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile (12 x 24 White/Gray) for the floor and walls. We chose the Stone Grey Limestone Dome Wall Accent Tile as the border around the tile. We chose the Brick Boulevard Stone Stainless Mosaic Wall Tile for back-splash on shower built-in shelf. We chose the River Rock Medley Travertine Mosaic Floor/Wall Tile for the shower floor. I hired them to remodel my master bath, and I am so happy the way it turned out! We didn't change the vanity that came with the house, but with time we will change that to a Double Sink Vanity. I will hire Altus Tile in the near future to remodel my other bathroom. I will also hire them again in the near future to make some upgrades in the kitchen, and living room area. They did such an amazing job that even the company that installed my frame-less glass shower doors was impressed with the tile work they did! He said he can't believe the crappy tile work that he sees so often when installing the frameless glass shower doors, so it's refreshing to see great quality work.
