I got an absolutely INCREDIBLE deal on a livingroom set. They were able to deliver it the same day and even hauled off my old furniture (RC WILLY had said they wouldn't). They sent their customer service rep out who basically told us the quality of their cushions are not very good but the frames are. I wouldn't recommend a Purple mattress…read more I purchased a mattress, frame and linens 3 years ago. Purple sent me an email this summer that I had to sign up to receive plastic brackets for the frame legs or the warranty would be voided. I signed up and received really cheap pieces of plastic to clamp around each leg. The mattress started turning into a hammock last year in the last 6 months, it was so dented in that I was in crippling pain every time I slept on it. The warranty states you have to arrange and pay for shipping to return the mattress plus for a consult to review the mattress falling apart if you don't want to move it to the floor, remove the cover, and take a measurement with a level and ruler of how the mattress has fallen apart.

There were two people working, and the lady who helped us gave barely any info just stuff like "this one's firmer" or "this one's softer." No details on how the mattresses were made or what made one deal better than another It also felt kinda gross that there wasn't a cover for the pillows when trying them out. To make it worse, she just left us halfway through and said we could find her at her desk if we needed anything Honestly, it felt like we were on our own trying to figure things out.
