That bed did wonders for mine and my husband's back pain. Once our little one got her first big girl bed, Traven and his brother helped us out again and we're pretty sure she has the nicest bed any kid has ever had. He also sold us a mattress protector that saved us through potty training! Finally today we decided to upgrade ourselves to a king size bed with an adjustable base. And yet again the experience was a breeze. Needless to say, we won't go anywhere else for our mattress needs and waiting for our new bed to arrive, we feel like a couple of kids waiting for Christmas!

We were able to get sheets, amazing pillows and a mattress protector for free! I really did my research before pulling the trigger on this purchase and I got by far the best deal at Denver Mattress. They really knew their stuff in there too. I went to RCWilley and it was such a joke compared to Denver Mattress. I also went back after about 6 months because we were moving and I was worried about my new mattress. They gave me a huge tough plastic mattress bag for free to move it in! and they were more than happy to do it. My only complaint is that even though I went in to the store several times over about a week span, they still never recognized me when I came in. They have SO few customers in there, I almost never saw more than one other customer. I should've been greeted by name each time I came in. One extra tip, they have these sheets there that are AMAZING! They're called "sheex" and they are super stretchy like under armour spandex. They are the best sheets I've ever owned. Worth absolutely every penny. I've never found sheets that are deep enough to fit a super cushy mattress, and these fit perfectly. Also, mine are white and don't have a single mark or stain anywhere after a year of use. Every single spot washes right out! And they seriously still look brand new. They dont pill or thin like cotton sheets do. Seriously I can't say enough about these sheets.

We went to a competitor first. They sold me on a bed that was quite a bit more than we planned to spend. When we arrived at Denver Mattress, Rennick was there to greet us. Next thing I know, we were buying a bed!!! He beat the competition hands down!! A week later we had our dream bed and adjustable base delivered and assembled. A few days later, I realized I didn't like the height. A crew came back and lowered it for us. In a nutshell, the service, price, and total experience couldn't have been better!

We ended up at Bassett after exhausting the selection of quality furniture stores in Utah Valley…read more That's a VERY short list. We've normally gone to some of the smaller quality retailers in SLC, but wanted to try local. I had no idea where to place them in the pantheon of furniture stores. I did not realize it is all semi-custom furniture. We were looking for a sofa, love seat, chair combination for the room attached to the kitchen. It needed to be leather. We very quickly found exactly what we wanted. These days everything is huge pillowed pieces. I don't want the chair to have huge arms 15 inches wide. I want more Contemporary. Clean lines, square edges, comfortable, earth tones. They had it in spades. We chose colors, leather, details. The price was in line with the furniture we were replacing that had served us well for 30 years. It was still as useful as ever, but showed 30 years of use. We've been thrilled with it for the couple years we've owned it. The top quality leather recliners we got the RC Willey have just been horrible, and are more pleather than leather, despite what we were told. It's peeling. That was 2K down the toilet. We've just purchased exactly what we want to replace them and they should be here soon. I'm a happy camper. The only nit was finding we had choices on foam type in the cushions for the chairs and not being told we had them on the other furniture as well. In the end we found the other furniture was what we would have picked. It you've made it to the end of this, make sure you verify you got to choose everything that has choices.

Very surprised at the lack of both customer service and treatment received. Definitely will not be making any purchases from this Bassett store.

It's such a fun, unique experience. They provide everything you need, and you leave with a rug that's a great size for a bathroom, office, or really any space. You can choose any design you want, which makes it even better. It adds the perfect little pizazz. Hunter leads the class and gives super clear instructions using great analogies that make everything easy to understand. Everyone there is incredibly nice, and the vibe is welcoming. It's located in American Fork, and while it sounds far, it was only about a 30 min drive from West Jordan. The website booking was easy as well. Overall, I'd 100% do this experience again. it was so fun and satisfying! Plus, they play good music, which is a must since it's a 3 hour class.
