It's hard to walk around and find things. Often they only have like one of each item. Also the aisles are so small it's hard to walk through when people have carts. I actually did a quick walk thru of the store and walked out. Not my idea of a good shopping experience.

I was told by the manager that because they hadn't expired and were opened, even though they were rancid, she would not do the return. She further explained that if they were expired and rancid, she would do the return. I explained how that made no sense. If the product isn't expired but bad, of course you accept the return. After a bit of back and forth she approved the return but then stood there with her back to us as the cashier completed the transaction. The cashier by the way was super sweet!!

Their installers were very careful, and they placed everything just right. If your looking for nice, not me too kind of furniture, they do an awesome job. I really can't say enough... they can transform a space! Most of their furniture is a little spendy, and special order stuff can take a while, so that's my disclaimer, but it really is just stuff you can't find anywhere else, so you get what you pay for. And, even if you are on a budget you can find those showcase pieces that can make a home. I have no affiliation with the company, they did ask me to write them a review, and I was happy to share my thoughts. Sometimes it's tough to get happy customers to leave reviews. Oh. I did have a couple pieces that came in damaged and needed replacement... they refunded or replaced without any issue.

They have two stories to this place. The decor is mostly light and airy, and they also had a cute little space for your littles to play in! They had cute small leather comfy chairs in there, a door and a window. The furniture you can compare to Pottery Barn and some to Restoration Hardware. I love local places like this, so you can feel and touch the furniture pieces. You can also swap fabric colors on the existing fabric on the furniture you find. This is a home decor gem!
