Other stores couldn't help, but when I called Ace, Brett told me to bring the parts in. He went out to my car with me where I had the water feature in my trunk, took the time to match up the fittings, cut a custom piece of hose, and had my fountain working again for only $13.40. This is exactly the kind of knowledgeable, friendly service that's becoming harder to find. It's reminiscent of the old Mom and pop shops that have gotten lost in corporate America. Because of Brett, I'll be coming back to this Ace Hardware for my future projects."

Perfect. It was pretty simple in the sense of picking it up. Same concept as everywhere you would go for a rental. We didn't book it ahead of time so no reservations were given. Oh, you would need to call whatever store you're interested in to inquire if they had rentals. We just got lucky as it was next door to where we were. They had two right out front of the entrance. Rental booking was at the customer service/return counter. It was pretty simple. The usual with ID and insurance card. And the price was quite decent. Under 20.00 for 90 minutes which was more than we would need. The longer you need it, it's based on the time I believe. It was a couple minutes while information was inputted into the computer. She then went out to check the gas situation and handled us the key. There's a 200.00 deposit and it's refunded after you pay the total on return. Truck itself was pretty sturdy. We needed it for a large pickup which it was perfect for. Return was easy as well. We just parked it in the front where it originally was and the rest was done. Paid the charge and simple as that. Deposit will get refunded after payment. At least now I know that they have rental trucks for whenever I need something transferred. All the staff starting with rental to return was amazing and excellent. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
