First off I didn't even know that had rentals…read more Another home improvement store which I've rented trucks from didn't have anything available day off. To my surprise, this place had some. Perfect. It was pretty simple in the sense of picking it up. Same concept as everywhere you would go for a rental. We didn't book it ahead of time so no reservations were given. Oh, you would need to call whatever store you're interested in to inquire if they had rentals. We just got lucky as it was next door to where we were. They had two right out front of the entrance. Rental booking was at the customer service/return counter. It was pretty simple. The usual with ID and insurance card. And the price was quite decent. Under 20.00 for 90 minutes which was more than we would need. The longer you need it, it's based on the time I believe. It was a couple minutes while information was inputted into the computer. She then went out to check the gas situation and handled us the key. There's a 200.00 deposit and it's refunded after you pay the total on return. Truck itself was pretty sturdy. We needed it for a large pickup which it was perfect for. Return was easy as well. We just parked it in the front where it originally was and the rest was done. Paid the charge and simple as that. Deposit will get refunded after payment. At least now I know that they have rental trucks for whenever I need something transferred. All the staff starting with rental to return was amazing and excellent. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

While looking at colors a clerk comes over to us and lets us know they do this promo where you can get 3 little tester cans of paint in any of their colors and 3 brushes for like $20. So we did this. Clerk was great and helpful. So when it came time to do other rooms we went back. We go in and there's a clerk behind the desk. He doesn't say hello or anything. Eh, fine. No biggie. So we do our thing and pick our three shades to sample. We go to the desk to tell the clerk we want the sample deal and you'd have thought we were asking him for plasma. He tells us the colors we picked won't work for the sample pack. When I asked why he didn't answer but proceeded to type things into his computer. He then rings up the order - again never answering my question as why the colors we picked wouldn't and goes into the paint mixing room. Comes back 10 minutes later with our samples. I asked about the brushes and again a reaction of complete annoyance. He hands them to us and walks away into the back. No thanks. No nothing. We went back a third time on a Sunday. When we walked in and saw him we turned around and walked out and went to Sherman Williams. It's a paint store, I get that. You don't have to be overly attentive. It's not a high end botque. But at least be nice. If you dislike what you do that darn much perhaps do something else. I worked retail for decades and it's not always a picnic. But at least try to be nice.
