Fast, friendly service. Good basic fare including burgers, dogs, fries, sweet potato fries, chicken, etc. Sit on patio or lawn. Plenty of shade

Absolutely LOVE this place! The staff is so friendly and the food is AMAZING!! I had the grilled portobello sandwich with provolone cheese topped with sautéed peppers and onions and they put a balsamic glaze on it which hits the spot!!! This was my first time here and I will certainly be back!! Affordable, especially for the serving size and that it's all fresh and homemade. They also have sweet potato fries and they were out of this world delicious! Thank you!! Definitely stop by if you're in the area or wanting to go to Snug Harbor!

    Beautiful day to eat outside

I had heard there was a food stand at Snug Harbor with all fresh veggies grown on premises and local ingredients. I don't think that's true after eating here. It's a tiny little snack shack like one at a little ballfield or park. Nothing wrong with that just not what I thought it was. The 2 ladies working the day of the Art Fence Show were working very hard in a small space feeding a bunch of hungry tourists and starving artists. We ordered the -Chicken Taco $8. It was one crunchy Taco that was overfilled, just not very good I really didn't like the shell. After one bite I brought it to the counter told them my disappointment and asked if they would give me a -caesar salad (which was $7) instead. They said yes and were sorry we didn't enjoy the taco. They handled the situation nicely, which I appreciate. We also ordered -cheese fries $5. There really wasn't any cheese but the crinkle fries were very very tasty and I ate more then usual. If you catch this place on a great weather day when they are not slammed it's a nice place to eat outside. We had a beautiful breeze at our table so we didn't mind waiting awhile for our food. It is definitely over priced but most snack shacks usually are. Might be expensive for large families with kids but it's a great place for them to run around and play while you enjoy the scenery.

Puny, overcooked burger. No fries, not even a Cole slaw or pickle with it. Two hot dogs and a soda, $14. Disappointing.

I was surprised at the amount of space there was considering it's in a strip mall. Scouring the menu, I noticed they had tons of healthy options. I debated between the shrimp and chicken, but ultimately decided on #28, blackened chicken breast with brown rice and veggies. I asked if I could substitute the veggies for peppers and they were happy to accommodate. We went to Walgreens so she could pick something up and our order was ready by the time we came back. When I opened my bag, I was shocked at how big the platter was. If portioned correctly, you could easily get 3-4 meals. Kudos to them for not skimping on the protein because there was plenty abound. Before I left, they asked if I wanted any sauces. I told them I'd like teriyaki and they gave it to me in this large container. I took two bites (before I put it on) just to see if it was seasoned. The chicken was but the rice was plain, so I decided to go ahead and add it. I noticed the consistency was more of a liquid and it tasted like soy sauce. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my meal and the generous portions. I'll for sure be back next time I'm on the island.

I brought my family for an April 5 2026 Easter brunch. The food quality was mediocre. They even ruined a simple matzoh ball soup. I ordered the "Dill combo" and I got a small 1/2 of a pastrami sandwich it looked like a quarter of a sandwich and the pastrami was over processed and bright red looking and floppy and disgusting it was low quality. I will definitely not go back here. The matzoh ball soup tasted like dish water it was in a "chicken " soup" with no flavor and the matzoh ball was hard and uncooked properly in the middle: very unprofessional. A matzoh ball should be yellow and fluffy and light. This was dark colored and looked old and was hard The pastrami tasted overly processed and I didn't like it Coleslaw was not tasty or salted The salmon was not on point and didn't taste fresh or have capers. They served it on a brioche bun. Seriously? A brioche bun? The challah French toast was tasty and my son appreciated that it was hot and fresh. The water had an actual mint branch in it and it was room temperature. Glasses looked dirty There was no sign for it when we were driving. It's located in a plaza. Every store on the strip has a sign under the plaza sign except this place. There is very limited parking and this place can't decide if it's Jewish or French with the decor of bright yellow wallpaper and small English tea cups. They blare loud music nobody knows why. They have a gigantic TV on the wall blaring . To go to the bathroom there is 1 stall for the whole restaurant. In order to get there you have to pass the kitchen window with the food to be served waiting to be picked up at the counter. Unsanitary! I had to walk past the waitress trying to get to the food that was on the ledge in order reach the stall Owner should pay for a sign so people know where this is Lovely wallpaper P.S. I vomited when I got home Save your hard earned money and go to the Stone House at Clove Lakes Overall I will not return

New Owners, but the BEC needs some TLC Rating: 3-Stars…read more The Vibe & Location: If you're a Staten Island commuter, you already know this spot. Sandwich City is sitting on a gold mine of a location. It is perfectly positioned right in front of many buses that connect you to the North, South, East, and West--literally every direction on the island. With McDonald's right next door and a gas station across the street, it's the ultimate "one-stop shop" for anyone on the move. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how neat and clean the store looked. It's bright, well-organized, and definitely a nice, reliable place to duck into for a quick drink or a snack while you're waiting for your bus. The Experience: I was greeted by a couple of young guys who were super high-energy and friendly. They shared that they had just acquired the store a few days prior, and I had actually walked in on their very first day of business (back in early December 2025)! As a New Yorker, I love seeing young entrepreneurs taking over a local spot, and I was genuinely excited to support them and tuck into a classic NYC Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a roll. The Food (The "Constructive" Part): Unfortunately, this is where the "first-day jitters" seemed to show. I took my sandwich home, but it just didn't hit those iconic NYC-style marks I was craving; I ended up being unable to finish it. I also ordered waffle fries and mozzarella sticks, but they were unfortunately way over-fried to the point of being inedible. Final Verdict: I'm really rooting for these guys! They've got the friendliness and the prime real estate to make this a neighborhood staple. Right now, it's a great, clean spot for a quick drink or a grab-and-go snack between bus transfers. However, the hot food menu definitely has some opening-week kinks to work out. I'm hoping that once they get a few weeks under their belts and dial in that fryer temperature, the food will match the great energy of the staff. I'll be keeping an eye on them to see how they grow! Yelp Tip: Perfect pit-stop for bus commuters needing a cold drink or snack! If you're ordering hot food, keep in mind that they are new owners still finding their rhythm in the kitchen.

Tasty & Fresh Burgers, But Wish They Were Bigger for the Price!…read more I've ordered from Supreme Burger Company a few times now, and I find myself going back because they get the core product right: the burger itself is genuinely good. If you prioritize fresh ingredients and solid taste, this place is worth checking out, and overall, I do recommend giving them a try. The quality of the burger patty is noticeable. You can tell they use fresh beef, and it's consistently cooked well, resulting in a tasty and satisfying flavor. There's a definite freshness to the whole thing that I appreciate, which isn't always the case with burger joints. It tastes like they care about the main component of their offering. However, my main point of feedback, and the reason I hesitate slightly in giving a full-throated recommendation, comes down to the portion size relative to the price. While the flavor is there, the burgers themselves feel consistently on the smaller side for what they cost. I've found myself wishing for a more substantial burger patty or just a slightly larger overall build each time I order. (For reference, check out the pictures I've added/check out pictures others may have posted to see the scale). It's that feeling of "This is delicious, but I wish there was just a bit more of it" for the money spent. As for the sides, the fries I had were okay. They did the job as a companion to the burger, but they weren't particularly memorable or standout. Competent, but not necessarily a reason in themselves to order. So, it's a bit of a trade-off. Supreme Burger Company delivers on a fresh, genuinely tasty burger experience, which is why I've been a repeat customer. I do like the food. But I sincerely hope they might consider adjusting the burger portion size to better align with the price point in the future. If the burgers were just a bit bigger, this place could easily jump from "good" to "great" in my book. For now, go for the quality taste, but manage your expectations regarding the size.
