Visited the Harbor 360 with our kids, who were very excited about a rotating restaurant! The view is wonderful and we enjoyed checking out the local scenery. The food was good, however, the service was very slow. There was only one server for the entire restaurant. We felt awful for him, as there is no way one person could handle that many tables and bar guests. He was very kind, but the management team needs to support their staff. Two of our party had the Creamy Wild Rice Soup and said it was good, one had the Chicken Alfredo, which had a chicken breast on top of the pasta. The sauce was a little "sticky" but the flavor was good. I had the Morgan Park, which was delicious: wild rice, roasted vegetables, cranberries, almonds, and I added bacon (for only $2 more). We also had excellent drinks (the Eggnog Martini was fab) for a reasonable $10 each. You seat yourself, order by QR code at the table, then a gal comes to bring you water, check to see if you need anything and comes back with your drinks and food. She checked in with us twice, then brought our 2nd drinks in plastic glasses so we could take them back to our room. Great views of the city! Our server stopped by once at the beginning bringing us water, brought our drinks, and food, but said less then 10 words to us the whole night. Food tasted great for the price. I'd recommend the wings as they were my favorite. It is a beautiful place to check out as it has a great ambiance and wonderful view as you are eating. Great place for lunch. Menu not big but interesting. Definitely something for everyone. Lovely salads, good sandwiches and great burgers. Our waitress was polite, helpful and professional. Always asking if we needed anything. I had the olive burger. What a wonderful blend of flavors!! Olives , blue cheese crumble with LTO. I added some mayonnaise and it was perfect. My friend had the spice burger. She said it was just the right amount of spicy . We sat and chatted in a peaceful quiet atmosphere with a beautiful changing view. Food was an extreme disappointment. Walleye fingers were deep-fried to crisp, next to burnt awfulness. Once I found the tiny piece of walleye in the overdone oily batter, it tasted fishy. By far the worst restaurant I have been to in the Duluth/Superior area by a landslide. What used to be a ritzy and enjoyable supper club is now a run-down, rotating middle school cafeteria. The ambiance used to be so great. It now feels like the colors of a McDonalds playplace with the furniture of a failing jazz bar. Service was slow in a completely dead restaurant. Food was ABYSMAL. The pasta felt like chewing gum in my mouth and the meatballs tasted like it was freezerburned, left out on a countertop for 3 days, and then cooked for a minute and a half. The only unique part of the restaurant is the rotating atmosphere to see the entirety of Duluth which is cool. I try to find good in a restaurant, even if it's not as enjoyable. However, besides the view I could not find anything I could enjoy. I would love to see the restaurant fixed up into a supper club like how it was. If there's any change I would happily give it another try, until then I don't plan on visiting again anytime soon. read more

Waited for a complete revolution for our food. Old fashioned was 50% orange bitters. Rasta pasta was salty and over spiced to try to hide the undercooked pasta. Gouda Mac and cheese just a bland lump that tasted off. Cold burgers. Nothing fresh tasting, are they reserving leftovers? Mistakes on our bill and the GM too busy to come talk to us supposedly. This place should be embarrassed. We came here for a military ball, had 300 people attending and the harbor 360 restaurant at the Radisson catered the event. It was $38/plate & the most disgusting food we've ever experienced. The chicken was so over cooked that you couldn't even chew it for some people, the SGM got a raw piece of chicken. The mashed potatoes obviously were made from a box mix and had zero gravy on it. No butter even offered. The carrots and other mixed veggies were grey and dried out. Some people got lots of veggies. Others only got maybe 3 pieces on their entire plate. Over half the people attending didn't even eat their plate and ended up having to go get different food once the event was over. There was a prime rib option and it had so much fat on it that it was practically inedible. Earlier that morning, we attended breakfast upstairs at the restaurant. Both of us got biscuits & gravy with a side of bacon. The service was crazy slow, not the waitresses fault because she was staffed alone. Looks like there was someone else who works there that was at the bar on a tablet but didn't help at all. The food was sad, similar to what you would get at continental breakfast (which is free). The gravy had no flavor and the biscuits were obviously from a bag. This place should be embarrassed to call themselves a restaurant & the hotel should take some pride and get another quality restaurant owner to take this prime location. read more

The place seemed old, musty and creepy. We were staying at the Radisson so decided to stop upstairs for a quick breakfast. Got there around 7 am on Sunday. The place seemed empty with 1 waitress running around. She told us she was behind and she would get to us soon. We probably waited around 20 minutes before getting seated. Breakfast menu was minimal. We came at 12:45 on a Sunday when the restaurant was supposed to be open. We were told that the restaurant was not opening until 1:30 pm for unknown reasons. When you call the restaurant no one answers- ever! We waited until 1:30 and kept trying the elevator after that time for 1/2 hour. Nothing. We left and did some sightseeing until 3 pm. We decided to try again at that time. The receptionist at the Radisson told us they opened for about 1 hour after we left, but were closed again! REALLY??? No communication! You cannot call them, no sign - terribe communication! I'm sure people come from all over to go to this restaurant, but because you cannot communicate with them, I doubt it will stay open. Probably the worst dining experience ever had.. upon arrival we had to clean dishes off a table to sit at, not an available clean table in sight, last time I had gone the worker was not urgent to buss tables either with an empty restaurant. I understand being short staffed but watching the workers there wasn't much sense of urgency and plenty of time to clean some dishes. The server had walked by at least 3 times and said nothing to us no greeting, didn't offer us waters or anything at all. 20 minutes later went and got our own waters from the bar and placed our orders online. The online menu had multiple errors, wouldn't let us edit our items and had to get the bowl of soup because the cup was unavailable somehow ? The bartender was at least friendly, our server said maybe 5 words to us when delivering our food after waiting over an hour and retrieving our own beers from the bar. The server thanked us for being patient, but could have let us know that it was gonna be a bit of a wait... typically. Only thing I asked for was ranch because I couldn't add it to my item on the online menu, never got the ranch.. no disrespect to the staff just seems like a really horrible system going on there. read more

Although the idea of a spinning restaurant is good, in practice it's really not. The view was nice but the food was only okay and the price was a lot more than it should have been for this quality of food. The service is my biggest complaint. The server wasn't rude or anything but she was the only one working along with a supposed cook that none of us saw. While we were there, it was only our table and one other table, and although I personally have never worked as a waiter I don't think the quality of the service should have been as low as it was. The server consistently forgot parts of our order, and of course everyone makes mistakes so we gave her the benefit of the doubt and just asked her for the things we didn't get, but after asking she didn't bring the things we asked for. My friend paid for a breadstick that he never got, when he tried to ask the server for it, she was gone and when we tried looking for her she was just gone and nowhere to be found. We walked around the entire restaurant and couldn't find her nor any other staff. My other friend was paying with cash and he also tried to find her and failed so he left a 20 on the table because we waited for an extra 10 minutes hoping she would come back. When it finally arrived to burger slipped off the one leaf of wet lettuce that might have been picked up off the floor before finding its way to the dried out bun. Who knew a tomato could grow so. small? I would avoid this restaurant. It's awful. If you can find another hotel to stay at I would also avoid the Radison Duluth. Amazing 360 degree view of Duluth and Lake Superior in a rotating restaurant. We shared a salad and entree and had plenty to eat, we could not finish all the salad. The Aerial Lift Bridge Salad was quite good. The steak was tasty and cooked to the way we wanted, medium rare. Dinner was quite affordable, especially considering the amazing view and sunset. The rotating view was great and the rotation was not really discernible unless you looked carefully. Sitting at the bar for a drink, just for he view, would be worth the cost of the drink. Had an amazing time. I came during the Comcast's outage so they were cash only (just like my work so I understood). Even though they had to do everything manually as the Wi-Fi was out the food was still out in a reasonable time. The spicy chicken sandwich was one of the best I've had and my friend loved the spaghetti. Seeing the rotating view of Duluth was awesome and the board games they had to play while waiting for food made it really fun. While visiting family in Duluth we met some good friends for dinner at this restaurant and I have to say it was worse than what I had anticipated. First we enter the lobby of the Radisson from the parking area and the lobby was deserted, no one at the front desk or anywhere on the lobby floor. We took the rickety elevator to the top floor where the restaurant is located and the doors opened up to a small bar with flat screen TV's playing something of no relevance, blocking the magnificent view. We met our friends and commented how the restaurant was empty but figured it was because we met at 5:30. Our server was pleasant and took our drink orders and informed us that happy hour ended at 6 so we ordered another round. After 30 minutes we decided to order our dinner with all of us ordering smash burgers. We received our burgers and fries in a tray lined with paper, just like what is expected in a country dive joint. I made a statement to my party that it's obvious the fries were frozen and our server overheard me and confirmed that they did not make their fries. We were not asked how we wanted our burgers cooked and they were all overcooked and dry. The house wine was actually pretty good. After finishing our meal our server half cleared our table, gave us our bill which we paid, and then disappeared. After 15 minutes we had to ask for 2 doggie bags for the leftovers from the plates that were never cleared. We left at 7:45 and the restaurant was almost void of customers. I honestly don't understand how this beautiful venue has turned into something like this. The 5 of us agreed that none of us will come back. What has happened to the Radisson and this great venue with wonderful views? read more
