Meanwhile, my steak -- in the exact same lighting -- was perfectly medium‑rare. The entire dining room stopped to watch this arrogant performance. It was humiliating and completely uncalled for. The third attempt showed up in a to‑go box, and when my friend opened it at home, it was practically raw (see attached picture). Spite from the chef? Three failed steaks, zero accountability, and a public lecture from the chef. After two decades of choosing this restaurant for special occasions, we're done.
