The best part was getting to eat at the impeccably maintained patio out front of the shack. There are metal storks and pelicans keeping watch over the dining patio. Large pots of pink and red blossoms stand next to a statuette of St. Francis (the patron saint of animals and nature). Roses climb over the side of the building, which has a bathroom for customers. It is evident to me that someone cares very much for this little restaurant.
