This American Chinese Stillwater staple is a favorite among locals. The menu isn't too overwhelming and there's a nice special. A lot of food for fairly cheap. Food is either chosen from the steam table or comes from the kitchen. It's quick, affordable, and the customer service is decent. Many will appreciate the drive-thru. I went there today for the first time and last time. They have a convenient drive up window. I looked at the menue and decided to but the chicken chow main. Too right of their menu.the price is listed for $7.95. I made my order at the window and the angry looking older lady CHARGED ME $13.00 She openly ripped me off. I turned around and looked at the menu board again and was positive she charged me $5.00 over price listed. I don't recommend the place to anyone. The food is bland too. read more

Love this place. I order it at least once a week. The OSU special is a lot of food for your money. When I order it for delivery, i usually get my food within 30 minutes. They have the typical food you will find at any fast Chinese food place. They also have a chef's special menu that is well worth checking out. The Pad Thai is on point, that's for sure. This is an amazing little Chinese place! It's in a tiny parking lot with a few other stores, but the food is on a par with the full-on restaurants I've been to. The portions are HUGE, and the prices are reasonable. There are three full meal deals to choose from, plus plenty of a la carte items. I had the sweet and sour chicken with lo mein, and I would definitely recommend it. Their S&S sauce is nice and thick, so it didn't drop on my shirt In addition, the service is great -- very polite and patient at the counter, and quick to deliver the order to your table. We are new to town and were recommended this place by our Realtor. So glad she mentioned it, because otherwise I am not sure we would have ever noticed it. We ordered at the drive through, which made it super convenient. Everything we got was good, and we were especially impressed with the green curry and the fried rice. Portions are substantial, and the large size could easily last for 2 meals. My husband was so excited about this place he went back the next day for more. We will definitely be frequenting Happy Buddha often. read more

I have eaten here since It opened. Always like it. Some things are really different than other Asian food such as the Lo mien noodles being like a fettuccine noodle and that's not a bad thing. I 've driven by it for years and forget to go in. I have always head good things about their food. My wife & I stopped by the other night. I ate shrimp dish and she ate a chicken dish. They were the best Chinese food in town we have eaten in years. The food was hot and good ever though it was 7:30 at night. Being the best in Stillwater is no to hard to do. It was clean and the people were nice. I almost always find people are as nice as I am to them. I knocked off a star for poor seating. I am old and hard chairs are no fun. It was NOT good and the crispy noodles were very bitter. Like they haven't changed their oil in a month. Gross I spoke with possibly the owner and he said he doesn't eat the soup. He didn't sound like he was going to taste it to check. The egg roll was absolutely delicious! I could have eaten 4 of them. My entree was generic and salty. Most of the menu has the same brown sauce, so don't expect the dishes to have much difference in flavor profile. All in all, my review is generous at best.

It really is that good. I had dumplings and Pho and it was perfect. The only place I could compare this too due to the location and randomness of it all is Sugar Nymphs in Penasco, NM. The menus aren't remotely similar but one would never think that Penasco or Stillwater OK would be fortunate enough to have these two wonderful places to eat.
