No prices displayed anywhere because he'll change them based on who's purchasing. He charged someone in front of me $1 for a dappen dish, then told me it cost $5. This has happened more than once with different items; and if you ask local techs, they'll likely have similar stories. If you ask for prices as you shop (which means constantly returning to the checkout counter), he makes it clear that you're bothering him. He doesn't want you to open any polish bottles, but most of their swatch books (also at the counter) have only 1/4 of the colors that they're actually selling. They don't have displays/testers for those missing swatches either. You're forced to just look at bottles and hope for the best while he monitors every move you make from the counter. There's an inconsistently enforced "no large bags" policy with no standard for what "large" means. I used the same bag for 6+ months that's only big enough to hold an iphone and keys. Some days I was allowed to bring it in and other days I wasn't. Meanwhile, other shoppers arrived with larger totes and he didn't bat an eye. You'd have to be willfully ignorant to assume the best case scenario here; that the owner treats customers based on his mood. Sadly, the obvious trend is more malicious: the owner engages with customers and adjusts prices based on ethnicity. If you're not Vietnamese, you're probably in for an uncomfortable and expensive shopping trip. It's a real shame because the rest of the staff (noticeably younger folks) is welcoming, friendly, and helpful! But I just can't recommend this supply in good conscience knowing that most people will feel discriminated against. The large stock just isn't worth it. Don't shop here unless you're in a life or death scenario (so....never).

They can be personal with some questions so, they can go far and beyond to assist everyone with whatever they need. Some customers don't like that, but I don't mind it as I know it'll help me purchase the right product for myself and family. Don't ever hesitate to ask questions on the store, because they know their product well and they can definitely assist you.
