I went in for a pedicure - pamphlet on the chair, they immediately removed it and never asked which type of pedicure I wanted. My nail polish looks like a 2 year old painted them, I barely got a nail trim, massage horrible and he applied only lotion. I would never go back to this place! Absolutely the work service EVER!! If I could give a zero star rating I would but site making me add one. read more

Very bad service I just went in yesterday November 4th and not even 12 hours after they did my girlfriend nails and 3 came right off. Plus to mention that there cut and bruised a couple of her fingers. It sucks a lot to come in I thought we could give this place 3rd chance. We aren't coming here again. The lady seemed to be in a hurry not so great of an attitude. read more

Excellent service, clean & friendly-they did a wonderful job & got my naiLs finished very quickly

I had a bad manicure experience here, but the owner made it right. I appreciate business owners who go out of their way, even on a busy day, to make things right. read more

I got my nails done here before I went on a three week trip to Europe. I wanted something that would last the entire trip so I did acrylics w/ gel. I went with a nude gel (I think by Essie..? I can't remember but it was the perfect pink nude!) alternated with marble on white. I was obsessed! And it lasted me the entire trip and then some. Service was nice. I actually f'ed up one of my nails while drying it and they fixed it for me with no attitude. So just let them know if you run into any issues. The place was pretty clean, I think they had pretty new massage chairs when I came in a couple months ago. Price was average. Would recommend if you are in the area. read more

Happiness Nails - Not the best photo but this was my nails two weeks into my trip. No chips even though I'm not all that careful with my nails :) - Nail Salons Near Me - Rancho Mirage, California

Driving through I found this place and had a relaxing manicure and pedicure. I loved that Jay started with my manicure first so that my nails would dry while he did my pedicure and that way they wouldn't mess up. Thanks Jay!! read more

Love how they do nails. Very attentive to their clients, professional and caring. Have all the latest products and know how to use.

Read a lot of bad reviews and honestly you get what you put out. If you are coming in there with an attitude, then expect that same energy back. This place is always so accommodating, nice hard working people and trust me they know their customers and pay attention to their likes. Tina is always so gentle with her hands cause she knows, I am super sensitive esp. When it comes to sharp tools near my toe nails .. Don and Donna are also wonderful. I can't say one negative things about their service. Okay, maybe one... they are always so busy! So book that appointment! read more

paul and his wife are so sweet, and they take their time to do a great job. i did not feel rushed, they constantly tried to make conversation and make me feel comfortable, and the price is very affordable as well! it was 80 dollars for acrylics and and pedicure, better than anything around here! thank you for the lovely job! read more

I just came home after a mani/pedi. It was my third time trying this place and going to Tina. However, during the pedicure, while she was removing calluses, she went too far, in an area where I didn't have a callus and took off the skin at the bottom of my foot. Had I not looked at what was hurting so badly, I wouldn't have known. She never said a word about it. Not even an apology. Time for a new salon read more

I had a 2pm appointment. The man doing my pedicure seated me and told me he'd be right back after his lunch! 15 minutes later he returned, did my entire pedicure in less than 20 minutes and left me to dry until I got up after 15 minutes. What a disappointment! I won't go back, especially since there's a shop on every corner here! read more

I must say I was shocked when the total for a full set was $45 compared to the $60+ I was paying in Palm springs! Not only that but Yvonne did a beautiful job! She's very gentle and does beautiful work. I will definitely be returning. read more

Very unfriendly and seemed like they dislike their customers. In the back a 20 something man glaring at everyone coming in while slouching in a chair. Then moved to front area doing the same thing. Owner arrived halfway thru my pedicure only spoke to one employee in Vietnamese briefly Not Smiling or speaking to customers, then went in back office. The pedicure was very medium, obviously will NEVER be back!!!!! read more

Great nail salon. Friendly and experienced employees. They always make you feel welcomed. Have never been dissatisfied.

It says by appointment only, but they did take a walk in when I was there. I waited a little longer even though I had an appointment, but other than that the pedicure was fine! They have a friendly staff, I was just thrown off that the walk-in was taken to a chair before me. $24 pedicure not bad! read more

Pearl is amazing! Yes it's pricy for a male mani-pedi but they do it with care and its done right.

Still love this place. This is the only place I come to get my nails done. Gels last 3 weeks on me. Their spa pedicures are fabulous and come with a foot/leg masaage. They are amazing and do a great job. read more

Just got my nails done. The manicure part was fine but I chose the color and it looked like a peach and my nails came out pink and nothing like the sample. I brought it up right when she opened the bottle that it didn't look anything like the color I chose and she said "Yea... It says 479 and it will look different after the second coat." She was right, it did look different but it looked further from the sample than before. Not only that but my nail color is inconsistent on every finger. I attached the pictures and although you can only see a slight difference thru the pictures it looks way worse in real life. The manager asked if i told her before the first coat, I said yes, and she spoke to the manicurist in a different language and came back to me as if I had lied. She said if I had said something after the first coat they could have done something about it as if I hadnt just told her I did. At the end of the day.... They gave me the manicure for 20 bucks at a discount as a "favor", but honestly I wasted money because now when I have more time I'll have to get them fixed elsewhere... definitely not here! If I had time to waste and sit there for another hour for them to take off the gel and put another 4 coats on I would... but nowadays time is precious. I'm more pissed about the waste of time than the waste of money. So sad. I will not be back. I need a nail place near Palm springs if anyone has a suggestion, I would love to know. I'm new here. read more

I loved this place! It was super clean and everyone was very friendly. The staff was extremely accommodating to my 5 and 9 year olds sisters, as they gladly fixed both their pedicures after they messed them up! I got a mani/pedi with a full set of acrylics with gel on my hands. My nail tech was Henry, I definitely recommend him as he is amazing! Super friendly and funny, I asked for a coffin shape and he did an exceptional job! He was especially careful with my cuticles since I have a bad habit of biting them (as the photo shows). Henry was meticulous but also fast, the perfect combination. read more

Good solid shop. I had a basic manicure, my friend had a pedi. Reasonable prices and nice work. Not a lot of bells and whistles but they did a nice job- no pressure to upsell which I appreciated. Several obviously local clients came in for appointments. I always think that's a good sign. read more

Relaxing, quiet environment for a mani and pedi. Staff were welcoming and polite and focused on their clients without too much side conversations amongst each other that distracted them. All I heard was the TV and some birds chirping outside along with small talk between client and staff. It was a pleasant feel. The ladies who did my mani and pedi carried on with casual conversations with me and I didn't feel awkward sitting there silently. The salon was clean and I loved their massage chairs. I also loved how accommodating they were as my friend and I were walk in clients. I will definitely return read more

I went to have a pedicure done at this place for the first time. It was 6:15 pm and their sign said OPEN. I asked them I wanted a pedicure and the lady said we are closed. I told her the sign says OPEN and you are supposed to be open till 7 pm. She said we closed and shut the door on me. She was very rude and unprofessional. I won't go back and won't refer anybody. You can't be rude in any business. read more

I used to love coming here. My mom and I were regulars. Unfortunately, the last 2 times have been incredibly terrible. I bring in the same picture every time I get my acrylics done and the last time they were mishapped and crooked, to the point that several people noticed . Same with this time! This time I got them removed & got shellac. None them are straight & while she did paint ends, she then filed them right after taking off thus paint. She was frustrated with me for asking her to file them before she painted them, so I'm confused why she did it after when she knew it would take off the (very thick) shellac she put on...? read more

Nothing Happy about this place. Its dirty, smells bad in there, stuffy and staff is very rude. The nails were even worse. Nails were crooked and after i noticed it i mentioned it to the man doing my nails. He was irritated that i pointed this out. On top of everything he had a cold. Was sneezing and had to stop doing my nails to go drink cold medicine. After one week the gel on my nails started peeling off and started breaking. $45 down the toilet. Terrible experience. read more

Short Asian male who did my gel pedicure...did an ok job....could have been better with as much time he spent doing it. I was charged $45 for a gel pedicure which was ridiculously expensive. I don't live in that area I reside in the Orange County area where I can get the gel pedicure for $10-$15 less. Come to find out he added on his own $5 tip when I already tipped him $5. In conclusion I ended up spending $50 (Tip included) getting a gel pedicure which was not worth it. That place is very deceiving. read more

Just had the fastest pedicure ever! 10 min. The guy was too caught up in the football game. And gave the LOUSY massage, nails trimmed too short, no shape to them. I used to like this place, but like so many nail salons, they are going downhill. They make me feel like I'm interrupting their day. Why is it that these nail salons are becoming so lousy! read more

Not bad for just noticing and dropping in for a pedi. They took me right away. I was weary as soon as I sat down and yelped the place. Oh no. Feet already in water... so I'm giving 3 stars because the place didn't stink, there was no fly problem and I got one hell of a foot massage. Seriously, my eyes wanted to roll back. Perhaps that's why I didn't notice the jagged nails until later that night.... read more

I did not leave this place a happy customer, it was an overall bad experience. I paid $25 to get a pedicure and left with jagged cut toenails because she trimmed them but didn't file them or do any cuticle clean up. To top it off at the end I had to ask her to clean up all the nail polish she left on my skin. Definitely wouldn't go back. read more
