Fabulous as always! Diana was my masseuse- tiny adorable lady with hands with a strength of a weight lifter! I go here every month or every other month. Love the private outdoor pool, food service, and the attendants are very attentive! Sauna and it's never very crowded in the summer! It's not the cheapest place in town. But compared to what most places charge for just a massage/ it's more than worth it. Spend the afternoon enjoying all the amenities! Then have your dinner at the Steakhouse (resv needed $$$) or Waters Cafe. I just had the most delicious prime rib French dip. I'm relaxed and satisfied with my spa day even tho it's 110 outside. if your a resident in CV you get a small discount at the Spa. I think it should be a 20% discount - i mean we suffer in heat 5 months now. How about a little better discount Agua Cali Rancho Mirage??? that's my only complaint its fabulous otherwise!

Such a wonderful experience at Sunstone Spa in Rancho Mirage. The space is beautiful and relaxing a true desert oasis. My treatment was excellent, and the staff was professional and so welcoming. Michael gave a perfect massage with the best pressure for all the knots in my shoulders and neck. All the amenities were amazing and the cucumber lemonade mocktail made this experience even better! This is a perfect spot for a relaxing day or special treat. I'll definitely be back!

Nice area. Appeared clean. 60 minutes full body massage was about $200. The masseuse was very professional. Enjoyed the massage. We enjoyed the relaxing room with tea, mocktail drinks, and snack. The pool and jacuzzi were nice and clean. The quiet message chairs were also really nice. The steam room, sauna, and halotherapy salt chamber were also nice amenities that we enjoyed. Overall, enjoyed the day at the spa.

The location is really lovely and the staff were kind and friendly. I booked the gel manicure however and the end result was really disappointing. I don't usually get my nails done so it was kind of a treat but I had a gift card and at check out they didn't ask how my service was so I didn't feel like making a fuss. But my nails look so much worse than they did when I arrived. There is something still on them that is pulling my skin and there's a polish all over the place. Also the massage part was much shorter than I thought it would be. In terms of the day spa area the whirlpool and sauna area doesn't seem to be a quiet area as there was a group of women talking so if you're looking for a more peaceful spa it doesn't really fit that vibe. I can't speak to the other services either.

Go on a Monday that doesn't follow a holiday and you will have the place to yourself. I last paid $80 for a haircut. I can make a short drive to the desert and pay $85 and get entrance to the spa for the whole day to boot. My husband and I made a day of it and enjoyed all the amenities and had lunch by the pool. For under $250 we had a spa day, had a service, enjoyed all the amenities and lunch, and felt totally pampered. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I had the couples massage We paid $415 for the both of us and had access to the spa all day long which was amazing! Our two massage therapists were absolutely amazing we were very happy and relaxed after our massages - we then went into the lounge where we enjoyed some tea and cookies together - theres a pool area, the showers were so clean with shower caps, shampoos, etc.. overall an amazing spa. Thank you Sunstone.

My son bought me a gift card for my birthday. I waited for the weather to change to use it. The massage was fantastic. The facilities are very nice, the staff is helpful and kind. The pool was at a great temperature. I had lunch and a cocktail by the pool, both were delicious. I look forward to coming back soon.

Went here with my sisters and loved everything about my experience. It is a smaller spa not a lot of things to do but the service and relaxation level was definitely 10/10. I had a prenatal massage by Keyla and she was amazing and very knowledgeable. Will return and book another massage with her.

Went to try this place out and was greeted by a friendly staff and provided a bottle of water upon arrival and check in!!!

Went to get a 30 min back of body massage yesterday! I arrived early about an hour before my appointment and upon arrival I was greeted and checked in by a very friendly staff at the front desk and provided a free bottle of water! They got me all checked in and then an another friendly male employee escorted me back to the men's locker room and showed me how to use the lockers to secure all my clothes and belongs and provided me with a robe and sandals to wear! Once I was changed another male employee came an got me and took me on a tour of the facility and showed and explained all the amenities I was able to use and enjoy before my massage appointment! Once I was done with my tour of the facility i wanted to try the HALOTHERAPY machine so the male employee who provided me the tour got the machine all set up and ready and I went into the booth for 10 mins and WOW what an experience after I got out of the HALOTHERAPY machine my sinuses felt amazing and my head felt clear and I could breathe a lot better! I then gave the steam room a try for bout 10-15 mins and that relaxed me and opened up all my pores! I then went and took and amazing rain shower and they have shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers for you to use to clean my body from all the salt powder from the HALOTHERAPY machine and sweat from the steam room and the shower was amazingly awesome! Once I was done with my shower I dried off and put my robe on and went into the men's lounge and sat in the reclining massage chair and relaxed and waited for my massage appointment! Approx 30 mins later the massage therapist Sal came and got me and to me back to the massage room and got setup to start my massage! Sal was awesome and provided a very relaxing massage with essential oils and a lot of pressure which was needed to work a lot of knots and stiffness out of my back from working 50 hours a week at my job!!! Once I was finished with my massage I went and took another amazing rain shower to wash off the oils used from the massage and went and changed back in to my clothes and grab my belongings out of my locker! Then went back to the front desk where I was greeted again by the friendly staff and asked how my experience was and checked out!!! I will definitely be back in the future as I had an amazing experience and felt very relaxed when I was done with my appointment! I highly recommend this spa for all your pampering need both male and female! Thanks again to all the staff you knocked it out the park and really made for an awesome relaxing experience!!!

    Happy 35th birthday!!

Considering my extensive experience with massages, this speaks volumes about the quality of their services. From the moment we entered the spa, the exceptional customer service set the tone for an outstanding experience. Every staff member displayed genuine enthusiasm and a commitment to ensuring our utmost satisfaction. The spa's locker room and lounge areas were designed to promote complete relaxation. One of the unique features they offer is the "running of the waters," an Indian tradition where you can enjoy a private room to soak in a mineral bath from local hot springs. It was an incredible and rejuvenating experience. After your massage, you're given 20 minutes to unwind in these therapeutic waters. The spa is built around the sacred, ancient Agua Caliente hot mineral spring, which has been providing 12,000 years of healing mineral water. The facility spans an impressive 72,000 square feet and boasts a resort-style mineral pool, four whirlpools, float pod suites, halotherapy salt caves, a cryotherapy chamber, and eucalyptus steam rooms. For those seeking a relaxing poolside experience, the spa also offers a fabulous pool area where you can soak up the sun and enjoy a delicious lunch. We indulged in some delectable breakfast items at their snack coffee bar area, including a delightful chia seeds pudding topped with fresh berries and a robust, smooth coffee. We were celebrating my mom's birthday, and she felt incredibly special and well taken care of throughout her visit. I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was at the Spa at Agua Caliente. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly exceptional massage and spa experience.

We had paid the extra $40 or so to get a room on the second floor and to our surprise, the double queen room came with a nice natural spring tub and was very spacious. The pools are open late with the back part closing at midnight while the main pool and hot spas are always open. We were able to go to the pools late at night and early in the morning and it was nice to have the room right there. We saw a few people who just got the day spa passes asking about the rooms and expressing regret that they hadn't just booked rooms here. Everything was really nice including the staff and service when we ordered food and drinks near the poolside. The skyline is beautiful and to be there on July 4th, we could see the fireworks in various parts of the sky. There is plenty of parking but it is a little odd of a location as it is mainly in a residential neighborhood with a few options for food. They also have another hot spring jacuzzi outdoors by the pool and it is amazing to soak in this jacuzzi and watch the sun set over the mountains across the valley - Truly a million dollar view! Their pool is luke-warm and so nice to take a dip after soaking in the jacuzzis. And if you plan on spending the day on their pool deck they have lots of nice cushioned pool lounge chairs and 5 outdoor beds. There are also tables you can sit at and have a meal or play games, etc. Our room was very comfortable and luxurious. I love the dark wood, heavy curtains and Italian tile! The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. Tip: they have a couple of rooms that have private outdoor patios overlooking the valley and mountains but they don't offer these rooms on Priceline, Expedia or other travel service. Camellia said they only book these rooms directly from the hotel website or by calling. They also have a nice area for massages & treatments.
