I ordered the rigatoni lucanica instead and it was really good and perfectly al dente, though perhaps it had too many crumbs to enjoy the rest of the flavors. For dessert, I had the tiramisu affogato and it was good -- I really just wanted the coffee but it was a fun way to drink it. The wine list was just okay, though I'm a bit of a wine snob. My only real complaints are that they charge for bread and for salad. I guess charging for bread is becoming a thing; this is the second restaurant I've been to recently where they've done that. If their menu prices were lower, I could understand it, but with entrees at $20 - $40, I would expect at least a piece of bread and an accompanying vegetable.

Why did you have to make every last item on the menu more expensive? I understand that the economy and inflation contribute to these things, but to increase the price and get less on everything throughout the menu plus not honor points earned for a free glass is a slap in the face. I'm just crushed at the blatant disrespect for the regulars that come every week for trivia or other events, no warning. Our trivia night just got a whole lot more expensive and we will be looking at other locations with more reasonably priced beverages and snacks. I hope they still allow us to bring in our own food, they did this week but who knows if that will also change. The staff seemed stressed telling us the new rules as well.

Coming from the Bay Area, I have high expectations when it comes to Asian food, so I was pleasantly surprised by how great the pad thai tasted. The clam chowder was creamy and delightful. The crab cakes were the perfect size and not teeny tiny. The lamb ragu was very well done also and my husband is a big fan of lamb so he really enjoyed his meal.
