    Roast beef and harvest soup

I like a good soup-and-sandwich, and Hannah's didn't disappoint on that front. The sandwich was definitely on the small side for the price, but the soup was a decent-sized portion, and the meat (sliced to order) and other ingredients were of good quality. I went with the whole-grain bun (which has an odd name I can't recall) instead of the pretzel bun, but will probably do differently next time.

    Cauliflower soup and angry tofu

I did enjoy the food, just note that the portions are very small for the price. I tried the You pick 2: Cauliflower soup and the special "angry tofu" sandwich on a pretzel bun. They were both tasty with the tofu roll being something I would order again. It was topped with pickled onions, tomato and avocado - very interesting pairings that worked well together. I like the soup options but wish there were more salad choices. The ingredients seem to be very fresh and the pretzels are super yummy. However for small portions at $10+, it won't be a weekly lunch spot.

All the organic, free range goodness you can ask for. I have the wecken Chicken and Avocado sandwich typically. It's amazing and actually very filling despite being the smaller of the two sandwich bread options -- a most delicious pretzel roll either in the form of a wecken (small round roll) or a baguette. They have tons of sandwich options as far as ingredients go. All look tasty. Chocolate bars from all over the world line the assembly line of very courteous and efficient sandwich makers. Love this location as it is larger than the one on Washington, lots of room for seating.

This is the sandwich I paid 11.80 for. From a value standpoint, it's a bit short. Didn't taste great either.

Slightly cheeky review as I didn't actually order and eat any hot food / sandwiches BUT I did buy their snacks (biscuits) and have a good nose around. Clean, bright, colourful and welcoming is how I'd describe it, with an exceptional range of chocolate and biscuits. I'll come back and eat 'properly' before I live Chicago based on my snack purchase today (when I say snack, I mean biscuits of the gods - choco liebniz)

    Salmon sandwich with chips! Delicious!

Oh boy is this place great. I have tried three different sandwiches, the salmon, prosciutto, and the bresaola. All served an a delicious, freshly baked pretzel bun. All the meat is freshly sliced and all the ingredients are carefully placed on the sandwich. It's not your ordinary sandwich place that just slaps on your deli meat. They have thoughtfully planned out all the portions and it really shines through their food. An added bonus is almost all their ingredients are organic. A filling sandwich and a bag of chips will cost you around 11 or 12 dollars. For me, this price is worth it for the quality of ingredients. I've also tried their apple bread and so moist and delicious. It's not overly sweet nor does it have an overpowering apple flavor. Just perfect. Try this place out, you won't be disappointed.

Spanish Serrano ham + manchego cheese & Tomato basil bisque soup combo . Sooo good!

The soup omg it was so good & the Spanish Serrano ham sandwich I added red onions. It was perfect.

Can you find the meat in this $11 sandwich?

I am sorry but a cup of soup and a tiny sandwich with no drink should not cost 17$. This is way to much money for these tiny portions.

We bopped in and little to our surprise, it was the best decision we made all day. I got the shawarma bowl with gryo and the garlic sauce fries and wow, everything was to die for. I wish I wasn't just visiting Chicago so this place was more accessible to me everyday. But I fear i'd go broke if this was in my city. This is a great quick lunch option especially if visiting the zoo/park/beach area. Everything felt light, fresh, and healthy. It felt a little pricey for me but it's Chicago so it may be normal so take that as you will but for how delicious and the amazing ingredients it's worth it. Especially that dang pink sauce on the fries....you've got to get the garlic sauce fries if you check this place out. Some of the most beautiful and tasty fries i've ever had! The atmosphere is cute and bright too. A happy place to eat lunch and hang out in! I'm not from Chicago so i'm already missing this place! Add to your "must try" list for sure!

That part was lovely because often I find that with larger groups it's hard to ensure everyone is able to interact (especially since I was taking my parents) Lamb shakshuka was a winner in my book!! So flavorful and perfect hearty brunch. The skewers my parents got were wonderfully cooked. Others got a more standard scrambled egg breakfast that they said was nothing special. Definitely opt for a Mediterranean breakfast if you're at a Mediterranean spot imo.

The biggest issue was that our drink glasses had a terrible odor, as if they hadn't been washed properly. We mentioned it to the manager, who promptly replaced the glasses, and the new ones did not have the smell, which confirmed there was an issue with the original ones. I ordered the short ribs, which cost $35 and the portion was extremely small. One of the pieces was also mostly fat, leaving very little actual meat. For the price, I expected a much better-quality dish and a more satisfying portion. Overall, the experience did not live up to the restaurant's reputation or pricing. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

They played good music and wasn't too loud. You could easily carry on a conversation or , like me, continue listening to a podcast. By the time I finished, the place was completely full and a bit noisy, but not bad. I started out with a 10oz Birds of Prey Pilsner. It was very nice. Light and crisp and very easy to drink. I followed that up with Melodious Maibock and ordered the CBG burger with fries. I didn't have lunch so I dove right in and forgot to snap a photo. It was a very good smash burger. It was cooked well and I really liked the combination of pickled onion and caramelized onion. I didn't see it until later but you can add bacon. As much as I loved this burger, bacon would totally take it up a notch! I started chatting with the bartender about their different beers and decided to have the Super Melodious Jalapeño Maibock with the burger. It's soooo different, but in a good way. It paired so well with the burger. You get green bell pepper on the nose and a hint of it on the palate. When you swallow you get a little heat at the back of the throat. It was so good! Great bar. Great food. Great beer. Go check them out!
