This is probably my first time I've ever left a review about a dealership cafe. You take your car into Ford, they'll typically give you a coupon for a free entree, some items there's a cost, and others like the breakfast burrito, it's complimentary. In all honesty, this is one of my favorite breakfast burritos of all time. The staff is well aware you're probably in a hurry so they get your meal out quick. Theres not much to say about ambiance, it's in a dealership. The rest of the menu is decent at best, unfortunately, so that's my only reason I dock it a star. But I'll keep coming for that "free" breakfast burrito! read more

While I was having my car serviced here at South Bay Ford, I grabbed a sandwich and coffee from Hank's Cafe, conveniently stationed inside the Ford dealership. Every time I eat here, it is always neat and clean. Karla served me a BLT with eggs and it was scrumptious. The coffee was just right. All I could do was smile because Karla did her part. If you have to start off your week getting your car fixed, go to Hanks and see Karla. She'll make your Monday a fun day. read more

I finally was able to catch this place open after many attempts & ordered the turkey sandwich. The sandwich was good but the portion was not the same, it is smaller than what it was before. Other than that service was great & John kept his word. read more

Everyone was super helpful and the grill master was so sweet! Lots of seating and room for social distancing. Waiting for car service, so I decided to use the voucher for a quick bite. Ordered the Turkey sandwich, which was fresh and delicious. I went to order a drink but I was not aware it was cash only, so I cancelled my drink order. Once my sandwich was ready I was graciously treated to a free fountain drink. Amazing hospitality. Other options to try are the chicken club, bacon cheeseburger & turkey sandwich, of course I add bacon :) They have a very diverse menu, even for breakfast...offering guest many choices.
