Wings are good, however they charged me $1. For ranch and this is how I received my order.

The food was good, service was great and it was ready on time. Slow down and put the lids on the ranch right pls.

This place is a must! Good wings, great fried chicken and their jalapeño poppers both cream cheese and cheddar are delish! They have gd fries and their sauces are all tasty! Their customer service is good too, super chill and friendly people! They have plenty of room with giant tv's playing old school jams! :)

The wings here were excellent! Duper fresh, nice and crispy, and well seasoned! The place is also really clean, has neat r&b music vibes in the evening, and the folks working here are super chill! The cashier was really nice and attentive, and the cooks in the back seemed to come out every once in a while to help out or organize a thing or two. I got the lemon pepper wings (bomb, definitely get something to drink though or carrots, helps wash it down, but this seasoning is goooood). Then I tried the Dynamite dry seasoning? I thought it was okay, wasn't too flavorful for me, I like something a little zestier, more complex, was hoping for a more Cajun like acidity or something. Nonetheless, deliciously crispy wings, seasoning or not. Great spot for catching up with friends or a casual place to grab a yummy bite with the fam. Had one odd ball guy who came and asked me for god knows what. Eh, what are you gonna do? I felt safe with staff around, not something I'm bothered by personally, but just being honest about my experience dining in. Great food! I really recommend the wings here, I would come back if I'm nearby!

Delicious! Great food and service! Love the ambiance! One of my favorite places to get excellent food and music!

    Boneless wings, fries, eggrolls.

Consistency is the rarest virtue in casual dining, and SoCal Wings possesses it in spades. Time and again, they deliver with precision and flair. The wings are nothing short of exemplary; juicy, crisply rendered, and infused with flavor that lingers without overwhelming. Each bite strikes that elusive balance between texture and taste. Fries arrive perfectly seasoned, neither limp nor overdone, are a humble side elevated to something memorable. But it's the eggrolls that offer the most delightful indulgence: the buffalo rendition is rich and punchy, while the chicken bacon variety borders on the decadent, unapologetically bold in both flavor and form. Add to this an atmosphere of consistently excellent service, and what you have is not simply a meal, but a reliably satisfying experience.

I've been craving some really good wings, but I haven't been able to find any in my area (Valley). I found SoCal Wings on Yelp and decided to try them today while in L.A. The service was great and the wings are a 10/10! I ordered the Spicy Lemon Pepper (semi-wet) and the Soy Garlic Sriracha (wet) with a side of garlic fries. OMG. I think my favorite flavor is the Soy Garlic Sriracha. The food was hot and fresh to order. Next time, I'll ask for easy salt on the fries (they were a bit too salty for me) and I plan to try the fried rice. The wings definitely hit the spot!

Haven't had a single thing bad from this place yet. Only bad thing about it is me trying not to go there after I finished working out

The go to spot when you need a good meal with great service, excellent quality and good prices. Huge menu to order from so a few visits will be needed to understand what your favorites are. Personal recommendations are the jalapeño poppers (cheddar & cream cheese), catfish nuggets and the chicken sandwich. Family owned and operated, support local businesses!

Spoon House is known for their Japanese-style pastas, so we got the Japanese-style clam sauce with mushrooms as well as the Japanese-style cod-roe and butter sauce with squid and uni. I was really impressed with how clean the flavors of both pastas were! I ate so much and never felt overwhelmed as I usually do with pastas. The seafood also tasted really fresh and the squid was buttery soft and not chewy or tough. They also have $1 salads which had a tasty, classic Japanese dressing and fresh greens. You just can't find any food for $1 these days, so the $1 pricepoint was really surprising! I also love that they gave a huge serving of bread and butter as an appetizer. The staff was super kind and accommodating, and the restaurant is very cute and retro. They have a small parking lot in the back, as well as easy street parking. Overall, I'm already really looking forward to coming back here and trying more of their dishes. Or getting the same thing because it was just that good!

The first time I ate here, it took maybe 20-25 minutes for me to get my food. This time, I had my food in around 10 minutes. I was very impressed with this big decrease in wait time. This time I tried the new Hokkaido cream pasta, which tasted super fresh and made to order. The cream was warm and rich without feeling over the top like some other cream-based pasta sauces from Italian/American places. I liked the addition of spinach and mushrooms as well. The restaurant is in a food court with a few other options, and a decent amount of seating. It's also inside of a grocery store, so if you're with a picky group, everyone could theoretically order something different and eat together. I remember I was a little put off by the anime branding of the restaurant at first (it seemed a little childish to me) but Pasta Stories is really a solid wafu pasta place, and I love that they focus on different regional flavors of Japan. To our surprise, we found this "new" place, The Second Wind. The menu looked enticing and the lunch specials really looked like a great deal. So we decided we needed to come back for lunch and soon. A week later, we returned. Parking is very easy in the free lot for the complex. The interior design is energenic, vivrant with amazing looking Asian inspired pop art. Very cool interior. You can be seated and served or order to go. They have a combination lunch special, two items for $15.99. But, many of those items have an up charge if you add a protien. Either way, in these times, $16 for two items is reasonable. Our server greeted us quickly and let us choose the table of our liking. There are a handful of booths and open tables. My wife ordered the Beef Bulgogi and the Eggplant. I ordered the Chicken Dumplings and the Garlic Noodle (adding chicken for $2 more). The portions are generous. Light eaters might be able to just order one two dish combo and share. The Beef Bulgogi was good but the veggies looked a bit dehydrated. The Eggplant was just okay. The Chicken Dumplings were very tasty but served cool. I ordered them steamed and expected them to be warm at least. The Garlic Noodles with chicken was the biggest disappointment. To me, and my wife, over cooked with crunchy pieces. The chicken was also over cooked, dry and tough. When our server asked how things were, I mentioned it. He didn't seem surprised. I asked if the noodles were always dry and he said yes. He offered to bring more sauce, which he did. I added it but it didn't make the chicken any better. In the end, I left 90% of it. They only have cans of sodas so no refills but they are attached to a tea house that serves a great selection of teas, bobo, etc. There was some good things but more not, overall, we were disappointed. Honestly, I was a bit surprised they didn't offer to replace my dish or offer a small discount. They could see the pile of food I left. Anyway... Hopefully your experience and food preparation will be better than ours and...enjoy!!!
