They were very rich for sure do I wouldn't have this every day, but there was a good amount for the price, and each cut was so tender. Some more flavorful than others, but Each stood out with different tastes. Only thing I would change is the marinated rimbs were a bit sweet for our tastes but still delicious. The bibimbap and wagyu tofu soup (comes with rice) were great as well. The ice cream was okay. Overall I for sure would come again. The server was helpful giving recommendations, but he said the protons were small and we should order more. The protons were in fact huge, so lesson learned. They also let us sit down almost 30 minutes before our reservation (do get a reservation) which was nice. The inside is dark and fancy, very clean. Seeing the raw meats on display and lots of other people's orders waiting to be served filled us with anticipation. Once seated, it was a bit odd since we were split into two tables of four with a counter table splitting our party in half. Since our party was split in half, each table of four pretty much had its own waiter. I ended up letting the others in my party order everything since they had already dined at the restaurant previously and knew what the popular items were. The restaurant offers quite a few banchan options with minimal portions of each, though more of specific items can be requested. I also liked that they provided pink Himalayan salt and truffle salt to season your meat to your liking. The waiter offered to cook the meat for us which was nice so my party could socialize more during dinner. The quality of the meat was apparent and tasted very good, though the portions of each were not as big as I expected for the price paid. Considering we ordered quite a few meats to the point the waiter seemed to get bored and started having side conversations with other staff walking by while cooking, I hate to say that some of us still left dinner hungry. The ambiance of the restaurant gave off an elevated modern vibe which should've hinted to me that the portions of each dish would not be as generous as I'd like. The inside of the restaurant was very loud as well, so it was hard to hear the people across from me and it was impossible to talk to the other half of the party at the other table; I would say 10 Butchers is better for smaller groups of four or less because of this.
