Mostly disappointing I've driven by this place many a times and I've grown up in this neighborhood decide to stop and I was really craving some kind of chicken and fries I looked at the wings menu and thought it seemed a little expensive but saw the words with fries. I ordered a six count and the person at the counter did not ask me if I wanted regular or boneless I asked if it's possible to get two different kinds of sauces and he said no not offering any other solutions are allowing me to possibly purchase something. After waiting about 15 minutes my order was Soggy and Luke warm at best. I came back in to ask about the fries and the guy at the counter just says the word "no" when I asked about the fries with the 6 piece. I do notice now that the small font of "with fries " isn't under the 6 piece. Which is totally correct looking at it again. - he just said the word "no" - didn't offer or ask if I wanted to buy fries to complete me meal - at this price point, wait time and temperature served it's not worth it. Hope other people have better visits. read more

Today was their 2nd day open and let me just say that this is a fabulous new place for the neighborhood!! The food was awesome! French fries were amazing! But if you like them crispy make sure you tell them! The burgers were so yummy! Restaurant was clean and the service was great!! And the cooks were good also!! Especially for only having 2!! Tried this place since I saw it was new and we were not disappointed. Service was friendly and our food was delicious! At first, I thought it was a bit pricey because I was expecting the same quality as the old fast food joint here but I was so glad to see the quality is so much better! We had a couple cheeseburgers and tried the Horchata smoothie (can't remember what it's called). They offered us a sample while we waited and we ended up ordering one because it was so good (creamy and the right horchata taste, not like those watered down powder versions). I just moved into the neighborhood, craving pasta, but was not at all impressed with their lasagna. It was take out. The shredded cheese wasn't melted on top. The meat sauce wasn't very good. The food is really good. Not anything I'd make another drive out for, considering it is a bit of a distance for me, but it was good. The customer service was amazing though. They were friendly, polite, they drop off your food to your table (fast food restaurant) and the cashier came by to check on our meal, as well as to leave samples of their homemade recipe of an horchata icee. I appreciated the fact that there was plenty of Chicago Police eating there when I arrived. They left, but then quickly after, another couple squad cars showed up with more police who sat down to eat. The area was a bit "lower income" so it was an appreciated peace of mind to have CPD eating there the entire time. The boneless wings were close to Hooters delicious. I NEVER go out my way to write a review, but this time I will. I was REALLY craving soup and since new spot has amazing reviews I wanted to give it a shot. I looked at at menu and saw there was soup on the menu, and it was a done deal. I called the place to put in a delivery... and the man on the phone said we only deliver through Grubhub fine, I downloaded the app and put in a order. I ordered the Belmont Cragin wings, a salad, hamburger, fries, and REALLY WANTED SOUP.... however, I wasn't able to add soup as an option, only if I was getting pasta.... So regardless, I put in my order and called them to let them know that I placed an order and wasn't able to order a side of soup because there wasn't that option. The man on the phone said he would call me back, he did. He literally told me to place Another order; that means I would have to pay ANOTHER 6$ fee just to place a order of soup . Come on, it's not my fault you didn't have that option In The first place. Whatever, I never got my soup. My food finally was delivered...... The fries were SAGGY AS HELL. Burger was okay, wings 2/5. This spot right here... ooooweeee they are good! The piggyback burger is the best!!!! So juicy, tender, great flavor and size. When you call for delivery they are so respectful and courteous towards you. And you'll never wait forever and a day for your delivery. They usually make it to you before 45 mins even hit. We were waiting at the emergency vet for test results. We were tired and stressed and worried about our puppy but we were hungry. We couldn't leave so we ordered delivery and they fucking delivered. Burgers; juicy, flavorful, cooked perfect, on point. Fries; crispy, seasoned great, again on point. I was feeling upset and hangry and by the end of my meal I was feeling better. The wings were delicious. Very flavorful and big in size. The fries were fresh cut and not too salty () I would definitely recommend for someone who wants to have something other than buffalo wild wings and wing stop. Hangrys is 10 times better in my opinion. I also had the tortilla soup and a strawberry lemonade. The strawberry lemonade was very fresh and had the perfect amount of sweetness.
