Omg that Beef was delicious!! I have been seeing this place go viral for the past year. The beef looked delicious so I decided to give it a try. There's parking right in front of the restaurant. Great!!!! So let's get into the foooddddd! I ordered two beef's one double dipped with hot peppers and one dry with sweet peppers and I ordered a slice of pizza. My total was about $40. Service was pretty fast despite the line and efficient. The cashiers had good attitudes. The beefs were nice size. The meat was thinly sliced and very tender. Their giardiniera didn't have olives in it but had something I have never seen before, crushed red pepper flakes. That was a nice addition! It added extra heat throughout the sandwich. I asked for double dipped and they delivered. The aujus had a nice beefy flavor not greasy at all. The fries were the standard crinkly cut fries that were salted well. I ordered a fruit punch it wasn't not carbonated, but it had like an old-school fruit punch juice flavor that I liked. The sausage slice was a nice size. It gave that old pizza nostalgic flavor, which was really good as well! The place had about 10 tables and outdoor seating for the summer. The place was clean and seems well managed! 10/09/26 - OMG their beef is so effin good. Holy shite Batman this boy found a place that is light years above so many other wanna be beef places. I ordered a beef dipped (& they do dippin right) saturated w/Gardinera peppers. The beef is seasoned to perfection so tender seasoned to perfection succulent & tender. I've been a beef freak for so many years & have eaten @ many of the top places like Al's on Taylor Street, Johnnie's in Elmwoood Park & Arlington Heights, Bari on Grand, Mr Beef on Orleans, Frannies on River Road, Jays on Narragansett, Scatchells on Cermak in Cicero.... ordered a beef and fries my fries were over cooked like the grease is old I asked for my beef to be dipped they soaked it to the Point my bread was soaking wet and falling apart when I try to bite into it. I visited this place recently as I saw it recommended on Tik Tok. The sandwich was good. However, the service I received from what appeared to be a manager was rude & unacceptable. His tone with me was unnecessary, he was calling out numbers and looked at me as if I couldn't comprehend what he was saying. He then stated what was in the order and I told him that wasn't my order, I didn't order cheese fries. He then requested to see my receipt, when I handed it to him he looked at it and slammed it on the counter. I looked at him in disgust as I handed you my receipt the least you could have done was handed it back to me. I prefer my cheese on the side so I can dip it but then again you get more cheese when they just pour it on top like how they did. Really wanted to try this place and was going to order it using Uber Eats. Then I saw their prices. Everything is about 30% more expensive for delivery than if you get it in store. Italian Beef $7.50 vs $9.75 Gyros $7.95 vs $10.40 Pizza Puff $4.95 vs $6.95 They really don't want people to order delivery apparently. Or maybe they think people aren't paying attention. Thr food is great as always. What did it for me was the Dude that took my order over the phone. As he's trying to tell me. Next time for future orders just say Give me 3 beef specials dry with hot peppers and one with sweet. Which i was trying to do. I found Marco's via my trusty pillow-mate, the yelp app. (I have to yelp before I go to sleep, each and everyday)! There's a plenty of parking for customers. They do accept credit cards. Yes, it's slightly pricer for the Belmont Central neighborhood standard. However, I don't think the price for the Italian beef sandwich was ridiculous at all. For $0.50 more, you will get a small fountain pop and fries. Of course, there's an extra charge for adding sweet or hot peppers: $0.50 in addition. If you frequent one of those neighborhood hotdog and sandwich joints, they typically charge $0.50 to $0.75 for that extra add-on. With that being said, it's a little more than $8 for the entire meal. Hubby also had a slice of cheese pizza ($2.40). Well, because he wasn't hungry, he went with this option. I personally would order something else other than that expensive slice of pizza. I think Marco's Italian beef sandwich had one of the juiciest beef I've had. However, it was very messy to eat because they really "immersed" that sandwich like a baptism! Anyways, the au jus was delicious. The fries, on the other hand, were alright. If you're a fan of crinkled fries, then you will have a better praise on those fries.
